AMAZING! My house looks so good and I am so happy - it's nice to have trustworthy people in the house so you don't have to supervise. My house is organized but do a lot of dog sitting and the dirt and grime that builds up is hard to believe. My linoleum had so much dirt embedded in it and the cupboards and walls just get dirty. Fast forward to today when I went out and came home to a spotless house. I loved that it smelled good but not like chemicals and products, just clean. The windows are sparkling clear and the floor and cupboards are great. My husband does all the cooking so the kitchen stove, oven and sink were important and he was impressed. I've had quite a few house cleaners over the years in many different residences, and I can honestly say they've been the most pleasant. I opted for the first-time deep cleaning. Communication was great before (via Yelp messages, then text and email messages) and during, they were on time, and they went beyond expectations. Also, it's a bonus to have a team that includes a handyman in Sam. Not only did they get my place nice and clean, they also fixed a loose toilet seat and a loose bathroom fan cover. Great service! I desperately needed a last minute cleaning on my apartment during busy Memorial Day weekend. I found this cleaning service on groupon, texted Jenny & she was more than happy to put me into her schedule. I live in Long Beach and they were able to easily travel to my location. The deep cleaning job was superb, stovetop, inside microwave, scrubbed a moldy shower, & mopped tile floor all of which were very dirty. My favorite part of the cleaning is they brought all non toxic, green cleaning products which is super important to me. I was glad my apartment was was sparkling clean when I got home & didn't smell like icky bleach & other nasty chemicals. We have had a couple different mainstream cleaning companies before but could never have our place cleaned as much as we wanted due to the high priced options or the contract you had to sign to keep the company coming back multiple times a month. Best house cleaning services I've ever had. I've never stuck with a house-cleaning company in the past because I either wasn't satisfied with their work or felt the price wasn't right. But I've ended my search: Reliable C & M did the most detailed cleaning I've ever had -- even cleaning my screen doors and air vent. And also, Jenny (who I believe is the owner) was exceptionally easy to communicate with and friendly. I cannot recommend more highly. And their prices are very reasonable. I wish I had made the decision to have house professionally cleaned years ago! The team did an amazing job, cleaning the things that I specifically asked for and going above and beyond and doing things that I hadn't even thought about. Not only do they do house cleaning, but they also have maintenance services that I will be trying out as well. And they were very comfortable being around my dogs, which is super important to me! They arrived on time (early actually), brought their own supplies, and worked the entire time as stated. I had a deep cleaning done, and it was so good that Jenny herself even stated they would only need to come back once a month. They could have totally taken advantage of my situation, but didn't and were very fair with their pricing. I have recommended them after one use to my family and friends. They did a fabulous job! For two days after, I was still finding little things that they cleaned, but the biggest improvement was that my mirror closet doors had no streaks in them. They also cleaned the inside of the windows, which I don't think have ever been cleaned. I know they weren't cleaned before I moved in. Even my magnets on the fridge were lined up and straight.
