This is my worst experience by any cleaning service and this time I had to pay more than $100 for a…read morereally bad service. The good- The managerial staff, one whom I was speaking over phone, gave a prompt reply and arranged for the service well within time They were flexible to change the payment method instantly (to PayPal) when I was uncomfortable sharingy card details over phone. The bad- The cleaning staff came 10 mins late. She was constantly struggling with her earphones and was taking more time to plug them in her ears. This happened for more times than I could count She was constantly ignoring the instructions and left huge patches of carpet Not cleaned, I must add that she was throughout the time distracted by her phone and music. She left most part of the cleaning for me to do and when there were 15 mins remaining for her time to complete, she asked me if she could leave. Let me remind you, she came 10 mins late. I asked her if she could at least do dusting for the last 15 mins, she said she doesn't clean windows from outside, nowhere did I ask her to clean the windows from outside, just the normal dusting inside the house. Overall, not a good experience.

After they completed the job and left I noticed that my Ocedar mop and bucket were missing. I reached out to them several Times to return it. I spoke to someone named James who was very rude and unprofessional. He said the mop and bucket wasn't taken instead of doing his research and rectifying the situation.
