(see photo attached) It's strange you would lie about this when there is text communication. The issue here is that someone got the job done right after you with no issue, when you could not, and you consistently asked to be paid throughout the project via Venmo when you were not finished and it was obvious you couldn't do it. Then proceeded to tell me that it's dust build up and i should throw away my irobot roomba and invest in a "good vacuum". You said you would do your best but forgot to disclose that best could also mean I won't see a difference. Again as a professional if you truly couldn't help (which you didn't) then you should have said I can't help because the rug is beyond help. No you took the money and said you did a "fantastic job". I was distraught! Beside myself, as I had water massive intrusion. I'm petrified of mold and water damage due to a previous intrusion in an old home, and the illness is caused me. Eric arrived within the hour. He was calm, cool, collected, and so compassionate. He wanted me to know that everything was going to be okay. He went into detail about what he was going to do, and he even showed me this neat little tool he has that detects exactly where water damage is still sitting in the walls. He was patient, and very detailed and his work. That being said, you better believe he cut out all the water damage. He made sure to clean up everything afterward as well, and he even brought out industrial strength fans to dry out the area out until he returns again. I was more than at peace by the time Eric was finished and ready to leave, so I had him take a quick look at my couches, which I purchased a year and a half ago, and although not wet from the water intrusion, they definitely needed a good clean. He said his schedule was very tight, but he could make it out this morning. Needless to say, he kept his word, showed up bright and early today, and cleaned my couches.
