I had a worse experience than LaTonya. I would give this company zero stars if I could as the experience was so bad. Their one man crew was incredibly late, missed an appointment, did not speak english, damaged property, did not tell me it had been damaged, and then tried to tell me it was already that way. I had to call another company to fix the damage he did. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are MUCH better companies out there that you could can go with. read more

I couldn't decide what to get because I liked most of them. The girl that was helping me was very patient with me, helped me decide on one. I finally decided what I wanted and they gave me my quote. The price was great for what I was getting I expected to pay more :) The day before the installation day I had to change it to another day. I called to reschedule and I spoke to Krikor and he told me that it was ok. He was very helpful and understanding. This company's prices and quality are great the service was done professionally and quickly I took advantage of there $199 New carpet special for a room up to 12x14 basically you go pick the carpet you want (it's remnants carpet IE what's left over from big jobs they do) and most of the stuff we saw was high quality and there was a good selection to choose from. We originally choose one and during there remodel of the warehouse they misplaced it but they were very apologetic and we went to pick another which was good because it turned out even nicer than the original one we picked . Anyhow other than that little mishap. This place is great I believe it was Peter who helped us the first time a nice Armenian guy who spoke perfect Spanish an English and when we re selected it was a guy named Oscar I think nice as well. I think this carpet is bit higher end and the price we got from aquakor was very competitive, not to mention the installation is accurate and detail oriented. I purchased quite a bit of tile from these folks at the end of last year when we were remodeling the bathrooms in our new home. Excellent selection and reasonable prices. We will likely be buying travertine tiles from them when we remodel our backyard soon, It's just a showroom so they need to order anything you need. It usually takes a 2-3 days for it to come in. They can also install tiles or wood flooring, but we found cheaper options for that My rating might be 5 stars if they would deliver the product when you buy a lot. It is rare that I pay for a service and really feel like I got my money's worth. Today was that rare day. I had a travertine floor that had not been properly maintained and had stains, scratches and absolutely no shine. I received a very reasonable quote from Aquakor and, after reading some reviews, selected them. Their stone floor refinishing expert showed up on time and worked all day and it looks like I had a new floor installed! Used cleaning service to clean vacant apartment. The one man crew was extremely late and did not speak English. Had to rehire another cleaning company to reclean apartment. Would not suggest any property owners to use this company to clean vacant apartment units. Company is extremely affordable but the quality of service is horrible. Makes no sense why he avoided my husband and me and called my contractor instead. We found out about Aquakor from our local swap meet. They had a booth set up with a variety of flooring samples. We went down to their warehouse with the idea of getting tile but found beautiful wood floors to be in our budget once we saw Aquakors amazing prices. We had an estimate done by a very nice man named Peter who came to our home to measure. He emailed our estimate that same day. We were pleasantly surprised by the cost of labor and material for our project. A few weeks later we had an almost 1400 square foot project done in 5.5 days. We had 2 men demo our already existing carpet and tile and replace it with gorgeous wood floors. Another gentlemen came and placed on our new baseboards. These men worked so hard and I found them trust worthy in our home as I had to leave a few times to drop off and pick up my children from school. They did an exceptional job! We will be using Aquakor again for future projects. Next project will be replacing our carpet. read more

I had such a great experience with my Travertine floor (see review below) that I hired Aquakor to tile my kitchen almost a year later. I am SO glad I went with them again as my floor looks wonderful. I wanted a shop that was a one stop deal as I do not want to be running around trying to coordinate tile pick up, delays, and a flaky tile guy. I used these guys for Hardwood Floor installation, not cleaning, via their Sherman Way office. They were GREAT. Specifically, I dealt with ERIC and KRIKOR, both of whom were awesome. Smart, honest, dependable. They got me the lowest materials bid (I shopped around), and they really went over the details of installation with me, focusing on quality rather than quick/cheap installation. Their price quote was still very competitive. They know their craft, for hardwood floors there are a lot of mistakes you can make if you don't research. The most pleasant thing was that they were very concerned about keeping within my budget, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. We hired Krikor to refinish the floors on a home we were selling. The hardwood floors in the home needed some TLC and Krikor and his guys worked their magic. The floors looked as good as new when they were done. Not only did Krikor save the sellers money by refinishing the floors (instead of putting new flooring in), they got the job done in no time! And, my dealings have all been with the President (Krikor)!! I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE. This is my first ever Yelp review. One of the worst companies I had to deal with in the last few years. Even after making an appointment for a Tuesday to reglaze a bathtub and after confirming a day before, they never showed up at 10 AM as promised. When I called to see what's going on they gave me all kinds of excuses. Finally when the guy shows up at 3PM instead of 10AM, he says that this is a tub that needs to be reglazed in the morning as we had planned before. I was so frustrated after so many calls, I gave up and cancelled the job. read more
