I'm heartbroken to see such low reviews for Aquakor, because I consider myself lucky to have had them work in my apartment. This is the letter I mailed to them: Dear Aquakor, It is with sincere appreciation of Peter, Azniv, and your team's work in my apartment that I write this feedback letter. I hope your company receives recognition for its quality carpeting and floor work despite the unique situation I experienced during my remodel. My remodel was taking place over two weeks in May, and I had to drag all my furniture outside into my building's common area for the entire duration. After the painters had gone on Thursday, I was expecting the carpeting appointment with Aquakor to occur as scheduled on Friday. Somehow, miscommunication with my building's management caused my appointment to be cancelled. This could have easily caused a delay with bringing in new carpets and would have forced me to leave all my possessions outside for another weekend--the one with the rain forecast! In my frantic attempts to do something Thursday night, I was lucky to reach Peter and Azniv on the phone, who said that they would work together to bring in some last minute back-up carpet professionals so that my things wouldn't be destroyed in the weekend's rain. On Friday morning, Peter confirmed that they had gathered 4 people to come and change my carpets and floors: Fernando was in charge; Sebastian; and two other young men whose names I unfortunately can't recall. Fernando and his men worked quickly, carefully, and thoroughly. We could see that they took pride in their work. Everything was done in one day, and they left my apartment and the outside area they used for work very clean. I wanted to feed them, but they refused to eat until all the work had been finished. They behaved modestly but with dignity, which evokes much respect. Even though the remodel was over a month ago, I want to express my appreciation in writing for Aquakor's work on my carpets and linoleum. Thank you. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. I have been referring my friends and family for years without any hesitation. I recently took one of my friends to meet with Sergio as she was installing tile in her bathroom. She was beyond pleased with her purchase and impressed with Sergio and his helpfulness and knowledge. During the process I decided to upgrade my flooring with a waterproof flooring and install new carpet with a waterproof backing. Peter came out to measure my house and was so helpful. I am very pleased with the installation. Esben, Freddy and Erin were pros at what they do and it was a pleasure working with them. Almost forgot to mention I bought new counter tops for my kitchen and bathroom. The owner of Aquakor, Krikor, came out to measure the counter space and was so personable. And... if you need molding for base or ceiling this is the place to go to. They are half the price of the big box stores. I am going to install it myself but they are there if you need them. This is the only place to shop! Excellent products, excellent customer service! I went to Aquakor just to shop around, but when I saw all the products they have there and the best prices I have seen (and I had been to a lot of places) I knew I had found my place and there was no need to go anywhere else! I live in Santa Clarita Valley and Aquakor was well worth the short drive. Only 15 minutes away! The products and prices beat everywhere else, but the customer service was excellent and puts them over the top! I went there looking for flooring but not sure which kind. Gina spent 3 hours with me and never made me feel rushed. I can't thank her enough for her patience and kindness. She is a complete pleasure! We have purchased more flooring from Aquakor and will only purchase from them. I email Gina with any questions and she is always quick to respond. She goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. They are a family owned business and they genuinely care about their customers. I could go on and on about how amazing the Aquakor experience is, but do yourself a favor and go in to Aquakor and see for yourself, you will never go anywhere else! read more

Man oh man! this place is like home! I went back to Aquakor to buy synthetic grass, which I never knew they had. I called in before driving down there and they said they did and had some samples to choose from. They have complimentary coffee for the customers. I get there and the owner greets me very professionally. He showed me all the samples they had in synthetic grass and I just have to say it is better quality than the one I found at the Home Depot and at a cheaper price! Adriana completed my order she was very sweet and kind. She gave me a lot of information I needed to know to keep my grass always looking like new. I explained to her I had nobody to pick up the material for me so she scheduled me a delivery to my house same day my grass arrived. Had a wonderful experience with this company. Jose and Krikor are top notch, the finished product is stellar!!! I had them remove a fiberglass tub that was installed in 1972 and put in a magnificent walk-In shower. Porcelain tile looks way high end!! I can't say enough good things about Aquakor. All their installers were friendly and very capable / knowledgeable. I will use them again and again going forward on more remodels, flooring, cabinets, counter tops etc. I recommend them for great products and even greater customer service!!! I had my hardwood floors installed by Aquakor! I went to the showroom to get ideas of what I wanted based on my budget and Oscar helped me with finding me the right product at its best price. Oscar had a lot of knowledge about all the floor types. They scheduled me for a free estimate krikor was punctual and quick since I my time was limited. The installers did a fantastic job. They did an unspotted, bright job I was really impressed and satisfied with the results. They made sure I was content with the job before they left. I definitely recommend Aquakor. I have a business s Day Spa in Sherman Oaks, needed the tile floors clean and polish. I had another company service it a few years ago and did a terrible job, they came in and couldn't wait to get out of there. I saw this ad, Aquakor flooring. set a appointment for estimate, he looked at it and gave me a fair price, but before they started the floors really need work. they came in and I was surprise and happy with the work they performed, that also needed new carpet had them come back, put that in, the tile looks like the first day it was installed. I had to have my bathrooms redone! Aquador was able to replace my cracked bathtub and order me one from Germany. They also rehung my shower doors and fixed my downstairs bathroom.
