Also, they have a good variety of landscaping materials. Parking is available inside, but it is limited. We didn't encounter any issues though. We were helped as soon as we needed help. The gentleman who helped us made sure all was okay up until the end. No discounts as pebble prices are already lower per scoop; however, when we asked for a discount, the owner lightened up the atmosphere by telling us funny jokes. What I really liked was how fast and efficiently they delivered. In conclusion, we are very happy with the service we received here and definitely recommend this business.

It's a throw back to places similar to where I grew up on the east coast. They have a wonderful assortment of woods. Being a woodworker since childhood I was thrilled. My experience with Balboa Brick began a few months ago. I…read morewas biking past and decided to drop in and take a look as I needed some filler between stepping stones on a walkway. Alex greeted me and I showed him exactly what I searching for. He gave all the details regarding the Del Rio pebbles that I was interested in. Last week, I went in ready to make my purchase and met Jasson. I showed him photos of the area to be filled in and asked for his estimation of how much I would truly need. I didn't want to get to much because I had nowhere to store extra stones. His estimate was 8 bags. I purchased 5 just to make sure while planning to buy extra bags if needed. His estimation was right on the money! After laying the 5 bags I had purchased, 3 more was the exact fit. Unfortunately, when I picked up the remaining 3 bags and brought them home, I discovered that that wrong stones had been bagged and immediately called Balboa Brick. They were perfectly amazing as they easily swapped out the wrong stones for the right ones. Jasson and Alex are, by far, the best dudes! And, I will be back!

Shopped around various yards for materials, but couldn't find what we wanted. Finally stopped here, and bingo they had everything that we were looking for. Added plus, they can provide labor for the installation. Got the lead foreman to come out, walked the job, some sprinkler lines needed to get re-routed. Determined what additional materials were needed and got a fixed price. Job took 4 days, with some added work to it, no change in the pricing. Guys were ez to work with, clean, and best part, on time. What will make the project flow, is knowing and have a good idea on what you want. Do all your up front work first!

I came in facing the not-so-simple task of finding the right pavers, coping, ledger panel, and stone wall materials for redoing my backyard and pool--definitely not a project for the faint of heart. What could have been a VERY stressful and frustrating process turned into a mostly smooth and even enjoyable one, all because of Oscar's help. He was exceptionally patient, incredibly kind, and took the time to walk me through options, availability, and what would actually work for my project. With supply issues everywhere, finding materials in stock wasn't easy--but Oscar went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I left feeling pretty confident in my choices and really happy with my order. Top-notch customer service like this is rare, and it's clear Oscar truly cares about helping customers. I have a new build house that I wanted to put wall paneling on. In all honesty, I've scoured…read moreGoogle, social media, asked within my network, etc, trying to find a company that offers panels that fit the criteria I was looking for. There are so many different companies that offer this product but they all had something that I would have to sacrifice my selection. For example, there was always a trade-off. They had my size but not my color, they had my color but not my size, it was high maintenance (ugh!) but they hit the target for everything else, etc., etc. etc.. I was starting to lose hope and just going to end up with going with 'wood veneer hub', but then thankfully social media and it's miraculous algorithm started to populate ads for alum LA. Ive never heard of this company before, so I started doing some research into their products and what they offer. I thought that the panels were only ever offered in wood...that's the only type of product I ever found upon my efforts all my extensive research. But it turns out metal slats were actually a thing! I felt immediate relief upon reading up on the details of their metal panel products because AlumLa had completely and single handedly eliminated the various nuissances that had me bargaining which product to end up settling for. Which, i cant stress enough, would've honestly been a bit annoying because I don't want to do any maintenance of any sort. I dont want to have to put oil on wooden panels annually, or do this, or do that. All i want to do is have it installed, walk away, and not ever have to do any maintenance of any sort. No lie, I went to the AlumLa show room in woodland hills the day I saw their ad on social media. Beautiful show room and loved all their products! They hit the nail on the head with EVERY. DETAIL. I was looking for when it came to panelinf. Requires zero maintenance. They have the actually lengths I needed--20 feet! They had the color I wanted--black! And an added bonus that was not even an option I encountered at all with other paneling companies, was the texture! Its like a 'sand' coarse texture. Everywhere else was smooth...smooth is nice, but I much prefer AlumLA's sandy finish...it's hard to describe and you'd definitely have to see it in person to appreciate it. I had AlumLA's panels installed to my kitchen, my bar area, and my backyard 'great room' area. i LOVE LOVE LOVE how it turned out! It adds such a "wow!!!" factor and whenever I have guests over, it is definitely the first thing my guests compliment upon entering. A beautiful, flawless product that I am so happy actually exists! If you end up going to the show room, the owner named 'Guy' will be of the most assistance to you. He certainly made my home renovation dream turn into reality.
