So let me get this straight: instead of checking the return eligibility first, they had me do all the labor, then denied it once everything was already offloaded. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers' time and effort. If there are strict return policies, why not communicate that BEFORE making someone unload a full load of material? To make it worse, after putting me through all that, they expected me to load everything back up myself again. No accountability, no attempt to make it right, no basic customer service. I would not recommend doing business here unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like your effort doesn't matter.

Last week, I went in ready to make my purchase and met Jasson. I showed him photos of the area to be filled in and asked for his estimation of how much I would truly need. I didn't want to get to much because I had nowhere to store extra stones. His estimate was 8 bags. I purchased 5 just to make sure while planning to buy extra bags if needed. His estimation was right on the money! After laying the 5 bags I had purchased, 3 more was the exact fit. Unfortunately, when I picked up the remaining 3 bags and brought them home, I discovered that that wrong stones had been bagged and immediately called Balboa Brick. There are so many different companies that offer this product but they all had something that I would have to sacrifice my selection. For example, there was always a trade-off. They had my size but not my color, they had my color but not my size, it was high maintenance (ugh!) but they hit the target for everything else, etc., etc. etc.. I was starting to lose hope and just going to end up with going with 'wood veneer hub', but then thankfully social media and it's miraculous algorithm started to populate ads for alum LA. Ive never heard of this company before, so I started doing some research into their products and what they offer. I thought that the panels were only ever offered in wood...that's the only type of product I ever found upon my efforts all my extensive research. But it turns out metal slats were actually a thing! I felt immediate relief upon reading up on the details of their metal panel products because AlumLa had completely and single handedly eliminated the various nuissances that had me bargaining which product to end up settling for. Which, i cant stress enough, would've honestly been a bit annoying because I don't want to do any maintenance of any sort. I dont want to have to put oil on wooden panels annually, or do this, or do that. All i want to do is have it installed, walk away, and not ever have to do any maintenance of any sort. No lie, I went to the AlumLa show room in woodland hills the day I saw their ad on social media. Beautiful show room and loved all their products! They hit the nail on the head with EVERY. DETAIL. I was looking for when it came to panelinf. Requires zero maintenance. They have the actually lengths I needed--20 feet! They had the color I wanted--black! And an added bonus that was not even an option I encountered at all with other paneling companies, was the texture! Its like a 'sand' coarse texture. Everywhere else was smooth...smooth is nice, but I much prefer AlumLA's sandy finish...it's hard to describe and you'd definitely have to see it in person to appreciate it. I had AlumLA's panels installed to my kitchen, my bar area, and my backyard 'great room' area. i LOVE LOVE LOVE how it turned out! It adds such a "wow!!!" factor and whenever I have guests over, it is definitely the first thing my guests compliment upon entering. A beautiful, flawless product that I am so happy actually exists! If you end up going to the show room, the owner named 'Guy' will be of the most assistance to you. He certainly made my home renovation dream turn into reality.
