It's easy to get screwed over when it comes to construction. After talking to a few different companies, I had Jaime come out and take a look at some concrete work I needed done. A portion of the drive way and some steps and a landing area on the side of the house. I could just tell from talking to Jaime that he has a "can-do" attitude. We agreed on a fair price and he and his team came out the next day to begin work. Told me three days and they actually wrapped up early. Very happy with my choice to go with Jaime. read more

I hired Jaime years ago to fix a wall that was missing some cinder blocks, to increase privacy of our back yard which faces the street. After initial inspection, he came with a crew. They added few rows without paying attention to detail of adding sufficient concrete between them. My mom had to tell the workers to fill in the gaps. Then we had to tell them to fill in the gaps on our neighbor side because we share a wall. They did lazy work. Those areas were not filled at the joints. Needless to say, years later, today I am having issues with the wall. Because of the size block they used, my wall is now leaning and starting to buckle out. The new contractor I hired said this new block that was added is not up to code and it is the incorrect type/size. They should have never used it. Contractor also said many blocks are not set correctly because the joints were not properly adhered together with enough concrete between them. I was charged $1300 to add these 2-3 rows of blocks. And this was at least 7-8 years ago. I feel like I was ripped off. Now I have to tear the wall down and do it all over again because it has leaned to far it can't be repaired. It has to be replaced. Very upsetting especially because I wanted to hire a small local business. I want to support my community. It feels like they took advantage of our lack of knowledge behind wall building and codes. That's prob the worst part. read more

Jaime is the man for your one stop concrete and paver needs! I had a small job which involved sealing my outdoor kitchen concrete countertop and Jaime treated it with the same level attentiveness and professionalism as a big job. His pricing is very reasonable, he's very responsive and has great communication! I would definitely hire him for bigger jobs in the near future (I wish I knew about him earlier) and will be recommending him to my friends and family. read more

Portion of my block wall was damaged by a large tree root system that needed to be repaired. Got a few quotes from few companies that were only interested in big projects or were too expensive. Jaime was reasonable compared to other quotes I got, and I couldn't be happier with the work. Once my gardener removed the tree and roots, his team came out following weekend and completed the work in one day. New bricks matched nicely with old. They even cleaned up after themselves hauling away broken bricks. Overall, we were satisfied with the results and the work they have done. Highly recommend them. read more

Jaime came within 2 hours from initial call for estimate on a Saturday afternoon . He was professional and efficient . He emailed the scope of work with estimate . He was not pushy and allowed me to review and ask questions . He understood that I was still gathering more estimates and he waited patiently . I'm very happy that he ended up doing my project . I'm very happy and did extra free tasks . He waited for me to do the final walk through . I'm very satisfied . I will recommend him and his staff to friends and families . read more

I can't say enough good things about Jamie and his crew! After calling three other companies for an estimate and being treated rudely on the phone by one of them my husband and I found Jaimie and we're so glad we did!! He was super cool, professional and did everything we needed in three days. His quote was really reasonable for what we needed done too. We had him add some concrete in order to extend our driveway and build a raised garden planter on the side of our house. I showed Jaimie a pic of one I liked and his crew did a beautiful job. They also extended our water line into the planter so that we can have a drip irrigation system added once we plant vegetables and fruits. Our whole family loves it and is excited to plant a garden in it. I would highly recommend this company!! read more

I reached out to multiple companies for quotes for concrete work to expand my patio space. After multiple companies that were charging outrageous prices I came across Jaime's business. Jamie was affordable, reliable and very responsive. His team completed a 700sq ft + project in 2 days and all the workers were on time and professional. The finished product came out way better than I even expected. I look forward to working with Jamie again as he has shown he offers the best value than any other company out there doing this work. read more

I couldn't second more all the wonderful reviews people have left for Jaime and his team. After getting multiple quotes for concrete, not only did Jaime offer the best price, but it was also evident that he is very knowledgeable. His team arrived very early in the morning and worked tirelessly until sunset. They were punctual, detailed, respectful, friendly and were attentive to all our requests. Everything was beyond reproach. My family and I are so impressed with their professionalism and excellent craftsmanship. They have truly exceeded our expectations, and we are so fortunate to have met Jaime and have him and his staff complete our driveway. I am confident that they will be a blessing to any client who chooses them. Thank you so much again Jaime for offering excellent service. Words cannot adequately express our gratitude. read more

Me and my husband had the best experience with Jaime and his team. We purchased our home this year and the driveway was one of our big projects to take care of. We're first time home buyers, so we needed someone who really knew their craft and could guide us through the process and finding the best design for our home. Jaime was our last hope, after having a horrible experience with prior constructors. My husband found Jaime through yelp and instantly loved his work. Jaime made the entire process very easy for us, from complete demolition of old concrete, to design and new layout. I can't say enough how much we love our driveway and entryway. Jaime designed our new walkway, steps, driveway, and suggested to use light broom finish that turned out great. We definitely recommend him and his team; easy process, honest suggestions and stunning results. read more

I hired Jaime to extend my driveway. He worked with me on different options and gave me a competitive quote. In his quote he gave a detailed description of the work he would do: from preparing the ground to pouring the concrete. Based on the details in the quote I felt that he and his team would do quality work and I was right. During the job he and his team were quick, professional, communicated well, and overall did a great job. I called Jaime for an estimate and he came the same day. He gave me a great price for the amount of work that was done. It was a little bit over my budget but still cheaper than everyone else. He had his workers come over one day later and finished the job in two days. They never slacked off and worked all day the 1st day and the job was finished off in half a day the 2nd day. Was lucky to finally find someone to do brickwork on my porch. After several meetings with other contractors Jaime came through with not only the best price, but also the fastest turnaround. One of the best jobs I've ever had done on my house!! It doesn't get any better than these guys. Cost: I shopped around a lot and they had the best price by far Quality: They did a fantastic job on my concrete. We had a couple of tricky slopes that they were able to handle with no issues. They finished it in 1.5 days, and they even stuck around to fix a bunch of loose bricks that I had around my property. Check out my before and after pics. Had Jaime over last night to sign a contract for him to do some concrete work for us. But not just any concrete work, some very intricate and challenging work with the design we are going for. I found him on Yelp and really wanted him to do our work cuz of great reviews and we saw pictures of his worwe like. His pricing is very reasonable and we are 100% confident that our job will turn out awesome. Stay tuned........ UPDATE!!!! Our job is complete and it looks FANTASTIC!! Great job. I have to say again that design wise our job was probably one of the most difficult jobs to do but he did it and it looks great! He definitely earned his money on this job!! Even came out on a Sunday for several hours to get the design right!!! You couldn't ask for a nicer guy. He is humble, and also listened to my ideas on how to lay out the forms. He's got very great customer service skills for sure!! Great job Jaime, and we have already referred you to 2 of our neighbors. And we will be contacting you for a block fence and gates in the front yard. read more

Jaime & his team were professional, affordable, and went above & beyond. My husband & I wanted to concete our asphalt driveway and had a strict deadline for its completion. Jaime and his crew came by yesterday to remove a patch of grass/dirt area and make it concrete so that I would have additional space in my yard to park vehicles. From the beginning of reaching out to Jaime I knew he and his company would be the company I would ultimately hire. He was friendly, gave me a good price, and was detailed in the work that he would do. He was able to fit me into his schedule within a couple of days of contacting him, and he came by to do the work yesterday. I like that he started early and was able to do a beautiful job. The work Jaime and his company does speaks for itself, before and after pictures provided. They even cleaned up after themselves really well, and basically left the area spotless. I am genuinely very happy with the work Jaime and his team were able to do and will look no further in the future when I need someone to help with concrete projects. Jaime and his team did such an excellent job for me and I highly recommend them. I was between tenants and needed my old concrete staircase replaced. I got three bids that were all similar in price, and Jaime's was actually the highest, but I could tell he cared about the work and would do the best job. I'm happy to say I was right, and he and his team pulled it off so well. We were dealing with a rainy Spring, and the weather was causing issues with concrete job scheduling. I remained in touch with Jaime (texting him mainly), as I needed the job done ASAP, and one day he called me and said he and his guys could do the whole job, from start to finish, the following day just before another few days of rain came in. I could hardly believe it. The next day his four guys showed up super early and got to work. They did demolition and removal, they kept engaging me for details about how to build the stairs, they were thoughtful and responsive, and his foreman was awesome. He didn't speak any English and I speak zero Spanish, but the guys translated for us and we brainstormed how to build the most attractive and useful design. These guys were very hardworking and friendly. Jaime and another seasoned concrete man joined us midday before the concrete arrived and they finished the job by 4pm. My neighbor couldn't believe they did such good work in one day. If you need a concrete job done, hire Jaime and his team. read more

I cant recommend Jaime and his crew enough. I received multiple bids on a home extension project and Jaime was certainly one of the most competitive bids. The wife and I are extremely happy with our choice. Jaime and crew poured the concrete for our home extension foundation. He also poured the concrete for my side yard to allow one of my cars to be parked for storage. Later on i came to find out he also does stucco work which worked out perfectly. Communication was thorough, his team works extremely hard. The pictures of all the work done speak for themselves. I wouldnt hesitate to call Jaime for all your cement/concrete/stucco work. I'll he sending all my family and friends his way. Thanks again for all the work Jaime!! read more

Jamie and his team were exceptional to work with! It took us a while to decide what we wanted to do to the backyard, Jaime was patient and came out more then once to give us quotes as we kept changing our minds. He showed up and he showed up on time each time. We decided to use him to lay concrete in three different areas of our yard, One side of our yard was very uneven and took someone very knowledgeable to know how to lay the groundwork, and all of the work turned out to be exceptional, if any hypothetical barriers came up he brought them to our attention before they were even an issue. The job ran smoothly and the work was amazing! Due to Covid I am working from home, so I watched the job get done throughout the week and his team did not stop once they were working every minute they were here, and his whole crew was very respectful! If we ever need more work done in the future I would not hesitate to call Jamie again! read more

4th of July 4 days from now and I needed someone to install a concrete platform for my SwimSpa that was coming on the 8th of July. No luck finding someone in such a short noticed!...Right? Thank god for Jaime! He referred someone else, which wanted to give me what he wanted, not what I wanted. To make things short, I called him and work my persuasion on him, it worked! BTW. I received quotes from other contractors much higher (wanting to give me what they wanted, NOT what I wanted). I read the reviews before I called Jaime, from experience you have to be clear on what you want and not expect the contractor to know what you want (This goes for all those fools that expect a contractor to read your mind). read more
