Erik was a pleasure to work with. I had flooding issues in my garage, so he installed a trench drain in front of it to mitigate the problem. He then connected it to a sump pump well, and created an exit line that runs under the length of my driveway and drains out to the street. He also created a dedicated underground line for my gutter downspouts, and connected those as well. Erik was great to work with. Our job was a small one, but that didn't stop Erik from giving us quality service and workmanship. Erik is knowledgable in his craft. ETM Concrete was really responsive to my initial request for an estimate and that level of response and communication continued throughout the work done on my front yard. Erik was always professional and willing to make changes to the initial job. The stamped concrete came out great and the work went beyond to include leveling the rest of my yard, including the front sidewalk area and filling it with gravel. I found this contractor on Facebook through Diana Deleon. The owner (Erik) came out and gave a very fair price to take out my lawn and dirt, haul the dirt away and pour the concrete. The company stayed in constant contact to let me know the schedule and they're professional, courteous and nice. They compacted the area after grading it, then put rebar and a nice broom finish as requested. I'm parking a travel trailer so they made sure the are was reinforced. Great work Erik and Diana. I hired ETM concrete to pour a new slab in my garage to replace one that I had demolished. They were not only extremely professional but also a pleasure to have around. I've worked in and around construction for most of my life and these guys are true professionals. They really went above and beyond even what I asked of them. They put in more rebar than they had to, tied into the existing concrete better than required. They poured a beautiful flat slab with ramps at both ends. They even added a nonslip texture to the ramps for better grip. Hire these men, they do great work for a reasonable price. ETM just finished my driveway and patio. Over 20 cubic yards of concrete. Eric and his staff did a great job from demo, grading, drains and the actual pour. The job took a little longer then originally stated but between some bad weather and changing / adding to the job it was in line. Eric was at my house 75% of the time and when he wasn't he was easily reachable via the phone or texting. We ran into some issues along the way. ETM Concrete did a driveway remodel for us. We hired Erik after an exhaustive search for someone who knew what they were doing and who had a fair price. We settled on ETM after meeting Erik for the first time. He is the owner of the business and was prompt with appointments, showed up every time that he said he would, and did beautiful meticulous work. His price was fair and he outbid every other person who gave me a quote. His crew was also outstanding! Very friendly and always professional. Our remodel was difficult in that it was an extensive demolition of old asphalt, footings and an old existing cement platform. Erik and his crew had to level all of this out, and rebuild a section of retaining wall. Erik added some very pretty brick work to hide fence poles and also added brick to the driveway to match the house. We had a bad experience with the person who was to rebuild our fence (Anderson Electric Gates) and so Erik fixed and put up our fence for us even though this was not his responsibility. I am so disappointed with Erik because he doesn't keep his promises. I normally don't like to write bad reviews for people but I have to prevent others to be a victim like me. I trusted him to do the work. He seem like a reliable guy at the beginning and then as the job goes one day he didn't show up and went to the another job and left me hanging. I later found that he did not even connect the pipe right and just covered with the soil. I had to fix the pipe and some of the work that he did earlier. Didn't even do the job right. I also paid for some material and he took some of those with him he didn't even leave it for me. He took more than half of the project and the project is not even half done. Not professional at all. I tried to call him so many times and he never returned my call after he took the 2nd payment. He said that he need the last payment before the job is finished nobody does that. People who are responsible and know that they will do a good job and finish the work will not worry about not getting paid from customer. You worry about not getting paid because you can't do the job right. It is very disrespectful when you don't communicate back to the customer. Just be straight with them and tell them that you can't finish the job because you don't have the ability to and don't take their money. Your reputation is more important than money. Jaime's custom concrete is his brother I'm not sure how he operates either but he seems a little nicer. Anyway please be very aware of this person and concrete company. You will regret hiring him. I've always only chosen contractors that were highly recommended or that I knew (I used to be a contractor) because there's a lot of sketchy ones out there. I recently discovered so many products and services on FB marketplace and ETM was one of my discoveries. I decided to just ask for a quote and would go from there. Diana was super nice, accommodating and always responded quickly. She even spent I don't even know how long trying to find the perfect color to match some blocks I'll be using.
