This place has a drive thru lumber yard, so you can pull your truck straight in to the store and load it on to your truck, this alone makes it superior. My back is very happy about that. They have a great window selection, great quartz counter top selection, (also in the lumberyard). They have great deals on doors, floors, cabinets, and everything you need for new build or remodel. Love this place. Staff isn't overworked like other places, so they are MUCH more helpful and knowledgeable.

Well, look at the picture: the forklift slipped and damaged my house. To their credit, Arroyo was quick to repair the damage by reputable people. HOWEVER, they denied my reasonable request for a refund of the delivery fee. I think it's safe to say that a customer is owed back a fee paid for a service that resulted in damage to their home. Not a good way to treat a returning customer.

I'm glad they never got back to me because C&M is superior in every way - price, service, and quality. The rep who answered the phone was super helpful and nice, we got delivery scheduled for the next day and it was the smoothest drop I've ever experienced.
