So I went here twice this week and they were closed even their website and Yelp said they were open. It was a holiday weekend so I get it but what I don't get is the sign posted on their door which states " everyone who enters the store must wear a mask because we were reported"! So this place only requires masks durning a pandemic because they're being forced too?! Meanwhile they are literally storing patients in the gift shop at Kaiser because there's no more room for patients. I will never ever buy supplies here again. I've bought a lot over the years and while the service and delivery has always been good their attitude has always sucked. read more

No complaints at all. I've been here numerous times, to check out materials and most recently to purchase stones for my backyard. I came by today last minute (10 minutes before closing) and the staff was able to help me buy 6 bags of river rock. They also loaded the bags into my car (75 pounds per bag). We came in looking for clay brick & capstone, we not only found exactly what we were looking for but also a variety of pebble and in-stock bricks & pavers that we liked, we didn't need to special-order anything. Everything we bought, they loaded up for us. Prices were clear & reasonable, infinitely better customer service and organization than American on Canoga, who would not give us prices or explain differences on products, barely even acknowledging us. Now that we've seen & priced the styles of brick that we want, they make it super easy to call in our order & schedule delivery. There's no way to reach them directly from the eastbound side of LA ave, have to make a U-turn on 5th street & access them from the westbound side. We're happy, definitely recommended. read more

This is the best place in Ventura county for anything Traeger! I made the mistake of first buying a Traeger from, but it was defective (my mistake for getting it from there, but that's another story). So I stumbled across Simi Pacific online and decided to get, and I'm so glad I did! First of all, they sell genuine Traeger grills, not the crap they sell at Costco. Previously I was using a competitor of theirs in Thousand Oaks but I'm glad I decided to look closer to home. They have a good selection and helpful yard attendants to help you out here. Pricing is quite reasonable too. The wife and I finished a medium sized rock-lined flowerbed project for around a hundred bucks. Not bad at all. I have not yet used their delivery service but they have plenty of delivery vehicles and delivery personnel if needed. It's nice to have a materials supplier with good service so conveniently located and I will be back. read more

I've used this supplier for several projects now and they have had slightly lower costs and decent courtesy with good knowledge. I have income properties in the area plus my personal residence had some work done + more work to come. Compared to some suppliers in the Conejo Valley they are much better. I have used Simi Pacific many times for dirt, gravel, and other building materials around my property. They have the best customer service and knowledge when it comes to the industry. When i went it all the employees were there helping customers and were very friendly. There drivers have the cleanest trucks and are very careful when delivering and know right where to put the material.
