Also emailed them about a price inquiry and they're very responsive too. Because their products are also available at Home Depot, they will match the price if Home Depot has a sale, amazing! Also, since they are located in So Cal I bought direct with them because the delivery was faster than with Home Depot and it was just nice to know I was supporting a local company. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable for an aluminum door (a lot of cheaper doors are vinyl) and if your product is in stock, you can receive it pretty quickly! When I was looking at similar products at other door and window stores, they were all like 6-8 weeks out! I'd say the only downside is learning how to lock and unlock the tricky locks (definitely child proof)--but I'm guessing it's also a safety feature! Highly recommend Eris!!

They were by far less expensive than many of the competitors. I received personalized service from Johanna and Riza, the owner was always on hand, if we had any questions. It is a small business owner, which we like to purchase from, rather than the chain stores. We choose to use their installer and were not sorry. They sent us Melvin and his associate who did awesome work. They were diligent, cleaned up after themselves, timely and produced quality work. I was very pleased with Arena and would not hesitate to use them and recommend them to others.
