He threw out some design ideas and within a few weeks my hideous carpet was replaced with beautiful laminate, including new treads and risers for my staircase. Pretty floors. Unfinished work. Stairs started lifting a WEEK after install. Stairs look completely unfinished. Owner did not care.. told me it was my job or a painters job or a carpenters job to finish the stairs. (I was shown pictures of FINISHED stairs. Never told anything about having to hire anyone else in addition to the 4k we paid for the stairs) Refused to do anything. Not happy with the work done. Quarter rounds not installed properly all over the house. Noticed they're coming up in the closets (maybe they thought we wouldn't notice?) it's been maybe a month since install now. read more

From the minute we entered the store until we said goodbye to the crew, we were treated with much respect. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the best flooring for us. We were given a start date and time. Actually next week. The 3 man crew arrived and were ready to start. They listened to a couple of our requests and agreed to them. We have a very curious cat. He was exiled to our bedroom. They said it would take about 2 1/2 days to complete. They had to remove existing tile and carpet. The tile was put in place with cement and required several hours of hard labor to completely remove it. They had wrapped almost the entire house in plastic to keep the dust corralled. It worked, we had hardly any dust. When they finished they did a walk through and completely removed any and all traces of their scraps. The entire project went very well from start to finish. We had our entire house carpeted by Ahmad about 5 years ago. We decided to lay more hardwood flooring and have some carpeting removed. Called Ahmad and set up an appointment. Stopped by to look at some flooring in the TO Mall at Hardwood Area and set up a date and time for Ahmad to stop by to measure. Then a nice dinner at The Cheesecake Factory! Ahmad came out with several samples, and a few others, to measure and give a quote. We got a written estimate, agreed on a price and signed on the dotted line. I asked if you could think about it and he said sure let me know tomorrow. I called the next day and said let's go for it. I sit out and drop by and gave them a check. Call me the next day and said, "I made a mistake I added incorrectly." Now I'm thinking OK here it comes. He said to me, "I was off by $1500 your bill is actually $1500 less." Who does this? Not only were you so knowledgeable of the service you provide, but you do so with humor and authenticity. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and your suggestions with color and practicality. Backstory: We had just closed on our house and wanted to replace the carpets in all the bedrooms (3) and upstairs hallway before our furniture got delivered. I showed Ahmad pics of the house from our phone and from that he made some great suggestions. I wasn't too thrilled about the interior paint of the house, but with these new floors, it added the harmony that was missing. Also, Ahmad made a brilliant suggestion - in order to cut costs, he suggested we re-purpose some of the clean strips of carpet that was removed from bedroom areas and install them on the stairs.
