I went with the waterproof laminate, it looks so nice and it's very durable and very easy to clean. The installer was very good about making sure the sub floor was prepared and level, and installed the appropriate underlayment for the concrete we had. The only thing to watch out for is the 30 day return policy. They also tried to charge a 30% restocking fee for any extra boxes of flooring that was returned, saying that it was disclosed on my receipt. However, this was not printed on my receipt for some reason, so they refunded me the entire amount for the extra boxes I had. (No restocking charge). I thought that was fair treatment and for all of these reasons, I will be inclined to give Top Flooring my repeat business since I do manage properties. read more

In our home remodel I wish we had never purchased flooring from this store. The manufacturer is Republic flooring, one of which Howard at Global Supply carries. We have 3 kids and 2 dogs and shopped at multiple small business to learn about and choose the most durable flooring. Republic came highly recommended by Howard so we ordered it for our entire home and spent over 12k. He confirmed it was great quality and waterproof/scratch proof. Within a week of installation I called Howard and told him about the problem in which it was already showing visible deep scratches. He did not believe me so I brought in an extra plank and he tested it for himself and agreed the flooring did scratch easily. He would do nothing to help except direct me to the manufacturer who insisted this had never happened before. They offered no help and refused to honor any type of manufactures warranty. I try to shop small businesses whenever possible but I'm this case I wish we had gone through Home Depot. Do not buy Republic Brand Flooring or use this store if you need quality recommendations or a backed warranty on the product. read more
