We are so happy that we found Hami after many months of searching. He is knowledgable, helpful and very honest. I could message him anytime of the day and he would always be available. He did a great job of following up with us, and made sure we are satisfied with how everything went. From start to finish the experience we had with Hami was exceptional. He really went above and beyond! What amazed us was his team of 5 showed up and finished our 2nd story and stairs in less than 2 days slightly earlier than promised. They were fast and efficient without compromising quality. Gabriel, the crew lead, has over 40 years of expericence under his belt. He focused on our stairs and it came out beautiful. We already got a lot of compliments from friends and family. Thanks again Hami!! read more

Best customer service! Beautiful flooring selection. Great pricing. Will buy all my flooring from here. The best

Would 100% recommend Ventura Flooring. They did great work on our home and I would hire them again. Wonderful customer service as well.

I would without hesitation recommend Ventura Flooring for anyone looking for flooring in their home! Hami and the team were great from the initial meeting to final installation! Great customer service and they work with you to get exactly what you are looking for! Thank you again and the flooring looks great! read more

I am a long time Realtor & have used Hami & his team at Ventura Flooring on 5 homes over the past several years. He has proven to be "my secret weapon" in flooring remodeling for our clients. Exceptional options, pricing & customer service. A few months ago I had a water leak that damaged the entire first floor wood st my house. Of course my first & best decision was to go see Hami at Ventura Flooring. Hami & his team including Colin, Gaby, & JP worked hand-in-hand with me through the entire process. i ended up replacing my entire first floor with gorgeous French Oak wide plank wood AND I decided to remodel my kitchen too. Hami & flooring team did an awesome job every step of the way AND JP did an amazing job designing & installing my new kitchen. Ventura Flooring does kitchen design & cabinets too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAMI & JP at Ventura Flooring. Highest integrity, best prices, & I LOVE the end result. read more

Very affordable compared to othe flooring we have visited. Highly recommend this store. read more

From our initial meeting to designing a new kitchen and floors (replacing carpet to LVP), Ventura was incredibly helpful. After replacing windows first, we then had Ventura install solid wood, soft close cabinets and new floors. The whole experience was great. After the job was complete, I noticed that one plank seemed lighter than the others in the room which bothered me. Without hesitation, Ventura sent a team out an replaced the plank no questions asked for customer service. What can I say, my son used another flooring company in Simi Valley who cracked their floor on a threshold and would do nothing, I asked for an aesthetics issue and they were right there. They ARE THE BEST IN SIMI VALLEY. read more

Colin, our Salesperson, was very friendly and professional throughout the process. He proved to be straight-forward with all communications and came through on all of the promise he gave to us. The 6-man crew who installed the laminate flooring were also friendly and professional. Though the installation took a little longer than expected, their craftsmanship was superb. We are most happy with the service and the outcome of the product. I highly recommend Ventura Flooring. read more

We were referred to Ventura Flooring by a friend. It's no wonder our friend recommended them. In a nutshell, they were amazing. We couldn't be happier with the work they did. Sure, it was a messy process as is any construction you do, but they did a great job of minimizing the mess. Colin walked us through everything that would happen and he was spot on too. We did get quotes from others including costco but Ventura flooring was a better company than the others, and we got a far superior product installed. I think it comes down to price and the company that stands behind the price and the work that that company does. Ventura flooring has it hands down. Highly recommended. read more

I went in to Ventura Flooring to see what laminate flooring options they had and what prices I might be looking at. I was in the market to replace 3 bedroom carpets (555 SqFt) with flooring. The salesperson, Sal, was quick, responsive, and helpful. The showroom had great options, and the ability to take samples home was great. Ultimately we went with Ventura Flooring instead of Flooring101, for the following reasons: 1) They were VERY transparent with pricing. Pricing question resulted in immediate responces without hesitation. Flooring101 was the opposite. 2) Fantastic value. Once I got the pricing, I compared it to the pricing I got from Flooring101. For the same exact CoreTEC flooring, here were the quoted prices: Ventura Flooring: $3.89 per SqFt (555 SqFt, $2158.95 for material only) Flooring101: $4.50 per SqFt (550SqFt, $2625 for material only) The results from Ventura Flooring were stunning. They were quick, responsive, and very effective being done in just one day. I would recommend them to any and all family and friends. read more

This is the best Flooring company in town, honest with their pricing, professional, in addition to high quality material and craftsmanship. I had a previous flooring company that I was using who wouldn't even call me back. Thanks to Yelp reviews, I found this Ventura Flooring company, just trusted about what I read and went to the showroom located in Simi Valley. I was greeted by Hami who was so nice, not pushy at all, let me take my time to look and asked me few questions of what I was looking for. I showed him a picture from Pinterest of the Vinyl Flooring color that I was thinking of, he was able to match it, and recommended a commercial grade type of flooring, he was even able to give me a pretty accurate quote right then from his computer since I had the square footage. The whole process was less than an hour because I already had the color theme in mind. At that time, I was in escrow and I wanted to make sure to have flooring scheduled so that I could move in at a certain time period. Hami gave a super reasonable quote, scheduled a tentative date for me (in case closings changes on my end). When the day before install, he called and confirmed, his team of 5 guys arrived on time to my new home, demo and installed all in one day, my home wasn't very big only 1200 sq ft, but still thats amazing!!!! The team was phenomenal, they were professional and stayed until I inspected their work, and made sure that I was happy before they left. I was so ecstatic with their work that I even gave them a gratuity (they don't and didn't expect it of course). I have been telling all my colleagues and friends about this Flooring company. I'm writing this review because that's how I was able to trust and go try this company for my needs. I have walked into other local flooring companies in the past and they are terrible and unprofessional. I hope if anyone reads my review, just know that I this is the best company in town, all you have to do is drop in, talk to Hami and he will take great care of you. I wish I knew about them 2 houses ago, good honest companies are hard to find, what a great business owner Hami is too, I am so grateful for him. Attached is the work they did at my little home... I have received so many compliments from my friends about my floors. read more

Wow!! Just WOW!! I have a condo with 33-year-old carpet that needed an upgrade to laminate flooring and Colin @ Ventura Flooring was terrific in suggesting some great floor ideas. I waited a few weeks and three guys came over on time and got to work moving my furniture around and ripping out my yucky carpet. From 8:30am to 3:30pm they worked tirelessly and quickly, putting in laminate flooring that looked awesome! They cleaned everything up, and even repurposed some custom baseboards! Fantastic work! Nor only was Gilbert incredibly helpful in selecting the right flooring for us, BUT the guys that laid the floors were extremely experienced. The 4 who floored arrived on time and ready to work. They need to have a 10 star or more review, because Hami and his workers deserve it. I had water damage that destroyed my flooring throughout my home. Of course I came back to Ventura Flooring to get my floors and carpet done because there's no one better. Hami and his crew did everything we needed to accommodate our situation. I wish more companies put as much pride into their business as these people do. Thanks again Ventura Flooring, you are the best!!!!! read more

I highly recommend Ventura Flooring. Colin was the most kind, professional, and prompt staff member who assisted us in ensuring we signed up for quality LVP waterproof and dog safe floors from Provenza with labor and product warranty. The crew was cordial, professional, and quick to install our quality floors in 4 rooms and 3 closets all within one business day. Sal was awesome to address any follow up issues. It has been over a month and our floors are lovely and bring so much joy to our home and dog who loves jumping all around. They are easy to clean and hassle free. Thank you for your wonderful business, product, installation, and professionalism. Hami's team at Ventura Flooring have done several projects for me personally, and also for several of my clients. Sal, Hami, Colin, & Crew Now I understand why you guys are always so busy. Great quality work, and excellent job totally worth it. The floor is absolutely beautiful. The crew was fantastic. If there is 100 stars, I will give 100 scores to Ventura Flooring. They did excellent job from the beginning to the end. We planed to replace the flooring since 2 months ago . The owner , Sal gave me many idea and choice of flooring. Finally, I got one is fit for our house. As I was not in Thousand Oaks , he suggested me find a local store which selling the flooring I like. Got a sample. That is easier to make the decision. It works! The outcome is perfect. The job was done in the expected time frame. We satisfied with the workmanship and they provided 2 years warranty for the labor. So that, we are no worry at all. Highly recommend to everyone who wants a professional to install new flooring. read more

I was looking for engineered wood flooring and went to a few places. I am so grateful we found Ventura Flooring. Hami and Colin were so helpful and patient, and didn't push sales. Hami even gave an itemized estimate without a commitment, unlike his competitors. On top of that, Ventura Flooring's pricing was lower and had more of a selection. The crew of 6 showed up, worked hard, were professional, and even accommodated a special request. Everything looks fantastic! We are so happy and give Hami and his crew 5+ stars! If you are looking for flooring, this is the place. They are amazing. We worked with Sal but talked to other people too. They are all very nice. The installers are incredible. They came in with a crew of seven people, and finished our upstairs and one downstairs bedroom in one and half days. Their price is unbeatable. We got other quotes that were way higher than them. Can't recommend this place enough. We are so happy with our new floor. read more

We had our flooring completely changed in our house to LVP. Collin was fantastic in recommending to us a high quality flooring that met my families needs and answering any questions we had. The installers were also excellent and did a fantastic job by making every attempt possible to clean up after themselves and doing a great job laying out the floor the way we wanted. Thanks Guys! read more

This will be the second home we've done with Ventura Flooring and, once again, they were excellent. Very patient, and highly educational, as we made the initial choices of product, design and colours against our practical (pet) and design goals followed up by an on time, well executed installation. All at a price that was competitive and not hard sell. The new (since we did the first house) store has a huge selection although the first wasn't bad. The owner is a gem, quotes my wife, and very responsive as were the rest of the team. read more

I was super excited to use Ventura Flooring to tile my bathroom floor! I saw all the great reviews and they are a 10 minute drive from my house, score! What can I say, very disappointed... I went in and spoke with Hami. Right away he seemed very confident in his crew and their ability to handle my bathroom. I had prepped the subfloor and installed a DITRA membrane myself. I wanted someone with experience to tile for me as it was my first time. He offered me a quote and told me he would check in the next day as he would talk with his installation crew. 6 days yet still no reply. I texted and reached out to him and nothing. He completely ghosted me. Very unprofessional. I am stuck with an unfinished bathroom having to scramble and look for someone else. Wife is pregnant and due date is coming next month and I am simply running out of options as most home renovation companies don't tile small 6x6 bathrooms as it is too small of a project. Thanks Ventura Flooring. My advice? Don't get your hopes up or guarantee their work until you sign a working contract with them. read more

Phenomenal customer service and an awesome product, highly recommend Ventura Flooring!!! We worked with Hami from our very first visit to the store front. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose the best laminate product to stand up to our large dog. Hami gave us an initial estimate that was not only more affordable, but included a much better product than any other local competitor. Hami followed up at our home for measurements and we were able to get an install date about a week later. In fact, they even called and offered to move up our install date a day earlier. Hami's install crew took care of moving all the large furniture, full demo of our current flooring, and haul away. Even though our old flooring had been installed poorly and required a tremendous amount of extra labor, Hami stuck to his word and it was all included in our price. Hami personally came to the job site four times to check on the status of his crew, provided us extra flooring, and ensured all our baseboards were repaired and or replaced. I will be referring Hami and Ventura Flooring to all my friends and family and it will be the only flooring store we use from now on. read more

we hired Ventura Flooring after a bad experience with a so-call contractor. Our previous contractor damage our floor while doing home renovations. The damage was bad we had to move quickly to get it replace for the holidays. Ventura gave us a good price, they provided us floor samples & their service & support was always top of the line. When Ventura showed up to get our floor replace, we spoke with their installers & all their installers work for them so it was a relief to know we weren't heading on the same path we did before with our previous contractor. Wonderful service! Really realizable. So happy we found them and had them help us with all our flooring

I needed to replace carpet with either hardwood or laminate flooring. Hami showed me the various materials and actually recommended laminate as less expensive and easier to care for. I have noticed a sample that fit all my parameters. Hami highly recommended it as being Belgian laminate. Installation took five hours to cover about 430 sq. ft. I am extremely happy with the outcome and quick install. In addition I was given an extra box of laminate just in case, included in the price. Ventura Flooring and Hami are very professional and honest with reasonable pricing. If I have any more flooring needs I will only use them as well as recommend them to others. read more

Hami is the most patient, knowledgeable, good-humored and kind man you've ever met. I had no idea how much I needed him in the middle of the insanity of our home renovation! Every time I sent him a panicked message he was calling me back, getting on FaceTime and finding solutions and making my life easier. Every. Single. Time. Who does that? I have a long list of reasons to love this business, accumulated over 6 very long months, while this saint was there for us, ever step of the way and waited for us to be ready for the installation! 1, Hami went to bat with Shaw to get the ultimate price on my dream flooring 2, Not once pushed us by asking when are we getting our act together and finish this job? 3, I was worried about our sub flooring and he calmed me down, reassured me they will prep the floor, even it out and I wont have any issues (he was right!) 4, the living room, once we removed the old tiles had terrible leftover Thin-set, probably from the 60's! Our workers tried to remove it and It became a disaster. We couldn't even breathe and had to move out of the house! We got ill from the dust! For the fraction of the cost of anyone else, Hami got his guys to fix this problem for us. 5, Hami always has a smile on his face and laughter in his voice. Not once I saw him in bad mood. And trust me we were not the easiest clients,. We had so many problems! 6, He is reachable and he gets back to you and he helps you. He wrote back to me from his holiday! (I actually felt bad about my timing there...) 7, He is not one of those guys who constantly pushes the bill at you. We had to split the work up between the guest house and the main house and while other companies are all about the money he got all the different stages of the job done and only afterwards asked for the balance. 8, Hami taught me so much! When I walked into Ventura Flooring I knew nothing, I mean less than nothing. He taught me everything that I know now and helped me make the best decisions for our family and for our home. He is insanely patient. 9, He went out of his way to lend us the flooring samples and just so you know while a sample is not there nobody else will be able to see and choose that product. So taking home a sample is a huge deal. Taking home several samples even more so. 10, Hami, Sal, Colin - all generous with their time and expertise, I had such a good time just visiting the store! Have I mentioned that it took a long time to get this job done? I really mean that it was a crazy long time! Some days I was at the store for hours, even though this store is an hour and a half from our house! Going there was so worth it. 11. The installation crew was so on top of their game I could not believe the speed and efficiency with which they got the job done. And they did a tremendous job. Our floor is stunning! Hami is all about the service, the help, getting the job perfectly done and making his customer as happy as a clam. Boy our family became a full-blown, creamy, happy clam chowder here. We are that happy! read more

Where do I start! I love my floors, I love the experience, the customer service. Everything about this place is AMAZING. I walked in, I was helped immediately, Hami, explained everything, gave me lots of options, and whatever he promised, he delivered. We needed the job done fast, we were moving in to our new house. Promise made, promise kept. In this day and age, it doesn't happen very often. Thank you for everything. read more

My husband and I have been shopping for new floors for our downstairs for the past 2 years. Of course, the pandemic slowed our search but we looked at several flooring stores in Ventura County. We happen to stumble upon Ventura Flooring while running errands in Simi Valley and decided to drop in. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of flooring, then next, by Hami and his knowledge of each type of flooring/brands. We found a vinyl flooring that we liked and within the hour Colin was at our house to measure! By the end of the day, Hami called with an estimate! We we're waiting for another estimate from another company but we pretty much already had our minds made up. Later that week we ordered the flooring and had a very positive interaction with Sal and Hami. A few weeks later, our floors were installed. Once again, the installation was seamless. The installers were quick and professional and did an amazing job. Our floors are BEAUTIFUL--we can't stop looking at them!!! Getting the new flooring was such an easy streamlined process with Ventura Flooring, I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again for all our flooring needs.
