He did all the necessary corrections before starting and while I thought I knew what grout color I wanted, he suggested a much better choice and boy am I glad I did. After a quick call, Arliz informed me that I could just text him a picture of the bare concrete, the tiles, and he would let me know when he would next be available. About a week later (seems like everyone's still getting home repairs done while things are slowly opening up!), Arliz came, performed the repairs in less than 2 hours, and was on his way. Arliz tiled our kitchen. It was pouring rain outside where he had his equipment set up; our window above the sink isn't quite level; and the tile is rustic, so the edges are rough and tiles are inconsistently sized. It was a tricky job. It came out perfect. He was mid-priced of the three bids we got, but we feel it was money well spent. He scheduled our project just 2 weeks out (1 guy wanted to schedule us 3 months out), and he started and finished on time...and he gets along with dogs. read more
