Amazing quality ! They gave us a good and fair price everything that we purchased. Our sales person Javeed was excellent! On top of that, he recommended a great tile person, Mark Adams also a wood floor installer named Carlos. Beautiful work from both of them. They both showed up when they said they would they did the job correctly, couldn't have been more happy with both of those craftman.

Don't listen to the haters who think everything has to be black, white, or gray. There is a world of beautiful tile out there of all types of textures, colors, and cultures. Explore and have fun! I love that this tile was hand made and that someday when this house is eventually destroyed this tile will return to the earth from which it came. From clay back to clay. Dust to dust. I think you can find cheaper tile elsewhere, or if you are a more experienced buyer, but the quality seems very good and I am satisfied with my purchase as a first time home owner. I love my kitchen!

No worries, that's reasonable. Heck, it can be any day, just do what you promise. Monday nothing. Tuesday nothing. Call Wednesday. Says I'm really busy, No apology until I call them out on what they promised. I didn't set the expectation, they did. I tell them, if we don't even have a contract and you're being like this, what am I to expect? Next day, I get a text about the room to be done, is it upstairs or downstairs, and the bathroom, is it being done? I'm totally confused, we never spoke about a bathroom and the room is upstairs. I get the quote finally. It's ~$30k more than another quote I got from a 5 star Yelp business. WTH. Looking deeper into the quote, it's talking about terracota tile and grout...we never spoke about that, we spoke what I already have downstairs, which is laminate. They even stated, that's a manufactured piece we can't get anymore but we can get something close to match. Don't always believe Yelp reviews, but I'd believe this one.

Our first correspondence began in January, and although he was unable to accommodate us until March, we were understanding and willing to wait. Initially, he quoted us for three separate projects. While the pricing seemed high, we still decided to move forward and schedule the work. One of the projects involved plumbing concerns, which became more urgent, so we decided to have our regular plumber handle that portion separately. I reached back out to revise the scope of work down to only two projects. Surprisingly, the updated quote for two projects ended up being more expensive than the original quote for all three. When I questioned the pricing, I was told the original pricing was only lower because the work had been "bundled." A few days before the scheduled appointment, I asked whether it would be possible to push the work back by one day due to a busy client schedule at our business. He declined and instead suggested an entirely different date that worked better for him, which delayed the project even further from the original timeline. We agreed in an effort to remain flexible. He later requested a deposit, which was understandable. However, because this was for our business, I requested a detailed written quote and W-9 form so our accounting department could properly process payment. Despite multiple requests, he was unable to provide the documentation needed, and communication became increasingly delayed and inconsistent. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable moving forward and decided to cancel the project. His response afterward was extremely unprofessional, to the point where I ultimately blocked further communication. We ended up hiring another handyman who completed the same work professionally and for nearly 50% less than his quoted pricing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this handyman to other business owners looking for professionalism, transparency, and reliable communication.

Arlez did my bathroom title in January 2019. I selected and picked up the porcelain tile from Home Depot. I noticed that he performs his work diligently. I guess it was a slow season due to the cold whether. He was working by himself. He lay the tiles from the bathtub area to the floor. I had someone else to repaint the bathroom and install the shower door I ordered from Home Depot. He was able to coordinate his job with the painter. After all was done, the bathroom looks amazing. I had several quote from other contractors for the work that exceeded $20,000. This job was a fraction of that (probably due to the slow season) and with expert workmanship. I want to state the cost of the remodel here but might not be fair for Arlez. My whole family loves it. My younger son used to shower at my wife's bathroom. We asked Arliz to retile our bathtub. The demo was concrete and a big job, which he did cleanly. He designed and implemented a beautiful layout, tub to ceiling, using subway tile, and including a shelf niche. Before laying any tile he designed and drew up the complete plan so he would know where all the cuts and aligns would happen, and so the rows would show nice symmetry. The result was perfect, very professional. And he threw in a matching tiled sink backsplash for free. read more

We were able to make multiple trips back to the showroom to select our luxury vinyl floors along with bringing samples home to our house to see it in our living room and bedrooms with a natural lighting and house lighting. An important part of a vinyl flooring install is self leveling the floors prior to installation. Jeff recommended this when other contractors said we didn't need to do it.
