I loved how Covid ready this tile store is... a nice guy checking at the door and gals in masks, and a super helpful friendly gal Debbie showed me around the showroom coordinating my new kitchen of floor, backsplash and island slab ideas. I think she must be a professional designer. She said it was her birthday... Happy Birthday Debbie and I Love love my kitchen!

I've completely remodeled 2 homes and I've used Tile City for every project. Debbie, Heidi, and the rest of the team are all very knowledgeable and they've helped us find the perfect tile every time. Picking tile is hard - there are so many options to consider - and people often get stressed out with the decision process. This may explain some of the negative customer service reviews on here, but I've never experienced this. I recognize everybody in the showroom is struggling with design choices so I'm patient. I see the same from the team working there. They will jump from person to person (as they should) and it gives me time to think about their suggestions without tying them up. Once you've decided what you want, they translate your measurements into exactly how much you need of each piece. The prices and shipping time is reasonable. I highly recommend them!

It was like pulling teeth to get him to respond with prices, Timelines, updates, etc. He always seemed soooo bothered whenever we would have to call him, chase him down to get an update. You could tell he was just so bored with his job and so over selling windows and dealing with customers. I get it; I would never want his job or choose that as a career. But we as the customers only care that we are spending a lot of money and we expect decent, at least, customer service and responsiveness, which we never got. It was during the pandemic, so I just kind of wrote off the whole experience. So now in October of 2026 we are in need of a few moe windows to finish off the house, and one we need fairly soon, so I called Builders FirstSource again to get a quote and timeline on the window. Once again, I find myself chasing down the sales guy who also sounds bored and apathetic, couldnt care less. He says he is going to send me a quote, and he never does it. I call and am told I will get a call back, and I never get a call. He also leaves very early, so you have to do all of your chasing early. I sit here now; I still have never heard back from this guy and am calling the window company directly to discuss this issue. In this day when reviews can make or break a business, and you are only as good as your worst employee, it's unbelievable that these businesses think they can still get away with and survive with this total lack of customer service. Absolutely everything they sell in there can now be ordered online, and for less money. So I don't imagine this company will be able to survive much longer. But if you are a prospective customer looking to do business with this company just now that you will be in for a whole lot of frustration, you will not be saving any money, and I suggest you spend your money in a place that takes customer service seriously

I shopped around to a lot of places and found that Arena had the largest selection of everything from Marble, to quartz to quartzite. You can't beat their prices also. They were by far less expensive than many of the competitors. I received personalized service from Johanna and Riza, the owner was always on hand, if we had any questions. It is a small business owner, which we like to purchase from, rather than the chain stores. We choose to use their installer and were not sorry. They sent us Melvin and his associate who did awesome work. They were diligent, cleaned up after themselves, timely and produced quality work. I was very pleased with Arena and would not hesitate to use them and recommend them to others.

In the 10 years that I have lived out in Westlake Village we've remodeled our entire house and I've been in there multiple times and even bought a slab of marble once just because they had what I wanted and it was discounted but otherwise I would not have purchased from them at all because I hate their personalities and their attitudes. I have purchased thousands and thousands of dollars of marble and Tile and slabs from other stores but I refuse to even go into the store anymore. I recently went in there just to look for some 12 x 24 Carrera Blanco and no one could be bothered to even walk up to me or look up from their desk and when I finally just walked into one of the offices and asked a man for help he looked so put out an irritated same with the heavyset older woman in the office next to him. I guess they just don't realize how much competition they have out there and that a lot of people are just ordering stuff online now but I see they've expanded their showroom so they must still get customers. If I'm going to spend that kind of money in a store I want friendly and helpful sales staff which they definitely do not have there

~ THE FRIENDLIEST SUPPLY YARD EVER ~…read more As a lady who's 5 feet tall and knows absolutely nothing about construction or landscaping materials, walking into a building supply yard alone was way outside my comfort zone, but the team at Peach Hill Soils made the experience not just easy, but actually enjoyable! I called in advance looking for a specific rock material for a landscaping project. I had no idea what it was called, but after describing it the best I could, Marcus was so kind and patient, he helped me figure out exactly what I was talking about, gave me a rough estimate on how much I'd need, and even priced it out for me over the phone. Super helpful. When I showed up in person, I was greeted with nothing but friendly smiles. Andy helped me right away and walked me over to see the material in person. Not only did he explain the differences between the options, but he even put together a small sample for me to take home. That extra step meant a lot! Placing the order later was just as easy. I called in, gave them my card info, and let them know my landscaper would be picking it up at will call - done and done. No hassle, no confusion. Whether you're a contractor or just a homeowner trying to figure things out like me, this team is awesome. They're knowledgeable, kind, and truly make you feel welcome. I'll absolutely be coming back! *TIP: If it's your first time at the location, drive all the way in past the piles of material, you'll find a small office on the right. That's where you find the staff!
