So we happen to find Simi Valley tile and marble by accident, we were at the window store next-door. I decided to go in there because we were looking for tile. We had a house fire and had to rebuilt pretty much from the ground up. We ended up buying every tile for our entire house from Simi Valley tile and marble , we did three bathrooms, two fireplaces, flooring for living room, family room, two bedrooms and a 2 hallways. The guys here are so nice and helped me find the perfect Saltillo and deco tiles for my rustic 1910's kitchen! They look so beautiful and with some baseboards and new paint I think my kitchen is going to look so warm, cozy, nostalgic, and beautiful! We have nicknamed the style we are going for in our house "Vintage Californian" and we want to mix historic colors and materials like this beautiful southwestern tile from Mexico. Don't listen to the haters who think everything has to be black, white, or gray. There is a world of beautiful tile out there of all types of textures, colors, and cultures. Explore and have fun! I love that this tile was hand made and that someday when this house is eventually destroyed this tile will return to the earth from which it came. From clay back to clay. Dust to dust. I think you can find cheaper tile elsewhere, or if you are a more experienced buyer, but the quality seems very good and I am satisfied with my purchase as a first time home owner. BEWARE!!!!!!! I was going through a remodel and purchased tile flooring from this tile store for several rooms in my house and two bathrooms. Over $4,000 worth. I received a call from the owner stating that the bathroom tile is no longer available two days after I purchased it. Why didn't the owner call the manufacturer to confirm that it was available when I purchased it in the store. It would of been a two second phone call! The owner became annoyed when I asked for a refund for the bathroom tile but we were still going forward with the other tile that I purchased. The tile was delivered to my house and unloaded by my installers and everything was good to go until we started to inspect the boxes. We discovered that over 70% of the boxes had water and mold growing on them. We opened them up to find that the boxes had bleed into and stained the tile. See the pictures!!!! I immediately contacted the owner and sent him photos via text. Without hesitation he offered me a discount....a discount?!!!NO! This is when he became upset and said he'll have his driver and another person pick up the flooring but I would need to have my installers load the truck...sure no problem buddy, is this guy for real!! My wife and went that night to Flooring Decor in the valley and purchased new tile. Highly recommend!!!The two guys showed up at my house the next day and I showed them the moldy boxes and stained tile. He actually had the nerve to say that it wasn't stained and that is how it's supposed to look....really! I offered a free eye exam but he declined. After they loaded up their own dam shit tile, I received a text message from the owner. See photo. You have now been officially warned!!!! read more

Extremely helpful! Very knowledgeable! Best customer service, considering I went to so many tile stores. I would recommend to anyone to go there first, they are the best! I searched high and low looking for a trim piece to match my 24x48" porcelain tile. I'm not a fan of using schluter, or jolly as you would still see the edge showing mortar. They actually made a quarter round that was 12" in length and painted it to match the color of my porcelain tile. Had I known about this store I would have ordered everything there.
