I was looking for a company to help with a full build-out for my cousin's new restaurant, and my classmates Cesar connected me with American Chef Supply. Before coming here, I walked into another showroom where the guy was glued to his phone, didn't acknowledge me, and didn't even say hello. The contrast was immediate. From the moment I walked in, I was helped by someone who was clearly passionate, attentive, and genuinely motivated to help with our build-out plan while actively showing us inventory in the showroom. What really stood out was the pricing and professionalism. They quotes us about $5,000 cheaper than another company, which made a huge difference for us. We were extremely satisfied with the entire process, from the sales quote to the delivery. Communication was clear, expectations were set properly, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The team, Uriel, Pablo, and Cesar, were one of the most coordinated teams I've seen in a long time. Everything was organized, efficient, and professionally handled. If you want someone who truly cares are your project and makes sure you get your money's worth, ask to speak with them directly, you won't be disappointed. read more

I found exactly what I was looking for from Amazon, but I wanted to shop at a local business. I went to American Chef Supply and again found exactly what I was looking for - but left it on the shelf. I could not stand to be in the "showroom" for another minute. The stink of cigar smoke hits you the second you walk in the front door. The whole place stinks of cigar smoke. The sign out front says "Open to the Public", but no thanks. Back to Amazon... You're welcome, Jeff Bezos. read more

Well what can I say from American Chef Supply, this company is really family oriented and I cannot complain on anything I have done to my recent restaurant build out. Especially with the young handsome gentleman Cesar. My god this kid is a rockstar, he may seem young but knows his stuff and educated us on our buildout from the measurements of our cook line for what we needed under our hood, to providing us a good selection and breakdown in the different values of our equipment. The value and service we got from this young energy positive young man was amazing and would not work with anyone else unless it is not Cesar. read more

One of the staff members here named Brigham, should definitely be considered for a 'bump' in pay at his next employee review. Two years ago I bought an Everest freezer from American Chef Supply for the non-profit agency I work for (we provide housing, and meals to families experiencing homelessness). We even upgraded the electrical outlet it would be plugged into beforehand, to ensure the buildings electrical system wouldn't be compromised, and the unit would function properly. About a month ago it stopped freezing, and I called ACS to address the repair since it's still under warranty. When I described the issue they pointed me in the direction of Everest - the manufacturer, who basically did everything they could in my opinion to avoid sending a tech out to address the malfunctioning part (which also had a warranty), ultimately saying because the freezer was at a 'residential site', and assuming we don't get inspected by the health department like a restaurant they couldn't help us. Long-story-short, when I described to Brigham that we are a business, and that we get inspected several times a year by the health department, in addition to how unsatisfactory it was for us to have a really expensive appliance, with (2) in compliance warranties sitting idle, he went to bat for me. His advocating on my behalf with Everest on multiple occasions got the freezer repaired today. That level of customer service should not be taken for granted, and for that I'm am extremely appreciative. read more

I'm opening a transformation community center & smoothie shop in Miracle Mile and i cannot begin to thank David for helping make this first time location open smoothly and well equipped. Not only did he find the exact items with odd specs, but he did so in a timely and generous way. Every time we called asking for something else, he made it happen so quickly. I run my business with a no-problem-attitude and David does too! Visited the store again today, and I noticed how clean and organized everything was. Ultimately, ordering items that were not stocked was easy and quick! So helpful that David has a great working relationship with his vendors which made choosing American Chef my #1 choice when we need to upgrade our space or open another location. Hello Everybody, I will love to share my great experience at American Chef Supply. I found this company off of Yelp and I had to check them out. I was in a need of a 6 burner range because the one I had just died on us. Once I walked in, I was approached by a salesman named David who helped me out during my time there. His customer service was amazing. He answered all my questions and explained the differences of all the ranges they carried. I ended up purchasing an American Range 6 Burner. I had one of my greatest experiences at American Chef Supply. I totally give it a thumbs up and will be bringing my business here from now on. read more

I have been doing business with this company for a while now and it hasn't failed me once. It is nice to see other companies that show interest in yours so that you could thrive and propel forward. I am now an owner of a an app company and have a kitchen for my employees, for them I bought some coffee machines and other products that are superb and at a great price, it would be a shame to waste your time else where. Before my app company I had done service with them through a company that I worked for in DTLA and they would only call David to expedite the process. Overall great stuff at great prices and service is awesome. read more

One time David stayed after hours just to help me with finding the right appliance to fit my kitchen because the dimensions were a big obstacle. But David came through as he promised, Delivered on time as promised, and the grill fit. It was great, he treated the issue like it was his very own. Love the team at American Fixtures, we all hope noting breaks down in our kitchens, but when it does these guys are my go to guys. read more

Outstanding! I first found out about this company on Craigslist, I called the number and was greeted by a very helpful and understanding guy called David. Now I'm battling with the health department like most people and needed more advice than anything else. David was SO good with everything. I went down to the store this morning (a playground for most foodie and restaurant people) it's a legit shop with everything you could ever need. I was met by David's father who was also a legit dude, I was taken care of like I was family. I'm leaving this review with all of the stuff I needed on the back of the truck and with the confidence that I've done everything to code and within budget. I'm not affiliated with this company, just a customer (for life) Don't waste your time with anyone else, go and see the pros and get the deal you actually want. Thanks so much boys, you made this experience very easy for me. :-) read more
