I stopped into Arrow Designs after visiting the MSI Showroom next door.. I was interesting in pricing out quartz countertops but MSI does not sell directly to the public but Arrow is one of their vendors. Mery was very helpful from the get go.. showing me different options and sending me with samples to look at home with. I ended up buying my countertops though them as well as my cabinet hardware. Mery was very communicative and helpful with all my questions which I appreciated. Pricing was very good as well. Service is great when you haven't given them money yet. Once they get your money, they day they will be there, no show, next day no show. Had us waiting on hold then hangs up a few time! Yes they would hang up. We threaten to call the police and make a report because they took our money. All of a sudden the worker can come in 30 mins to do the install on the counter top ordered. These days it seems to be real hard to find a honest reliable worker to do the services in a home and I would never recommend these people because the experience was very stressful for us. You say you never had a customer name Madelin, It is under my father's name for the account because he is the one who paid and then had it install at our house. I have a receipt to prove this with two payment we made to your company on our credit card. One household can share family members. You should teach customer service to be nice and show up when they make the appointments, or a least call when you can show up. read more

Arrow Design did an amazing job with my husband and mines kitchen cabinets . We had seen their business before but wasn't sure what we wanted until we started remodeling. Jasmine was the greatest and so helpful with the initial quoting process....did you know she has a background in Civil Engineering!!! We scheduled a time for Vic to come look at our kitchen and do measurements. From there he made recommendations on the layout since we had such a small space (townhome kitchen). Took about less than an hour which was great . We had been getting our floors done as well so we had to wait until those were done to let Arrow know we were ready . We gave them 3 days notice that we'd be ready for them . They came Thursday morning and worked 9 ish-4pm, and the same for Friday . The cabinets were about 90-95%done by Friday and we just needed handles and a few other things . They offered to come Saturday to finish which was great and they finished within half a day. Few tips : -When you check the final product with them , ask if they can help move the appliances in so you can see if there is any access sites that need to be made . We didn't think of it so we had to do them ourselves...no biggie since we're both pretty handy . -think about where you want the large and small handles on our cabinets so they can add them . -consider the functionality of your kitchen lik...will certain cabinets interfere with say a dishwasher....their recommendation was to move it to the other side and now we see why lol . **Only thing I will mention is that they did come LATE the first day....around 945am and I never got a call that they were on their way or they were here. I was in my car about to leave when they pulled up. Other then that, service was great ! read more

This place has the best prices and customer service around town! When I picked up my white marble tiles, they had red streaks on them, which is normal but I was not happy with it.
