Went there to source marble slab and shower and bathroom flooring. Celeste was awesome - so helpful and made me feel like I was progressing in a direction of decisions and also suggested options I would not have seen on my own. Definitely check out and ask for Celeste. She was great!! Manager was also awesome - he was helping the team move things and also when I was waiting in line to ask a question, I decided not to wait any longer and as I walked away he jumped in to see if he could help me. Clearly all working together to make sure customers are first. I would definitely recommend. I am remodeling three bathrooms and soon my kitchen and I will be using them. Thanks! read more

Quartz quality not consistent. Got same design quartz for kitchen counter and master bathroom counter and master bathroom quartz design quality far below standard. Supposed to have come from the "same slab". read more

We renovated our shower, and came to be impressed by the products. After touring quite a few tile stores we realized that Arizona has a very professional and kind staff, they were super patient with our indecision and always welcomed us nicely. The tiles themselves are of a high standard and in the end it turned out to be a beautiful shower!! Highly recommend Arizona Tiles read more

We came by late on a Friday afternoon and I love that the stone yard is accessible to the public without appointments. We were greeted upon arrival and welcomed to browse around. The stoneyard isn't expansive, but we knew exactly what we were looking for so it was easy. Once we chose the slabs we wanted quotes for, Jennifer helped with pulling the prices for each selection. We went with White Carrara Marble! They were able to hold 6x slabs for us for 7 days until we could calculate with our contractor and fabricator how much we needed! Our fabricator coordinated the sale and we were on our way. SO EASY! read more

If we could give this company 10 stars we would. This place is AMAZING! From the first minute you step in the showroom till the last minute when we made a purchase we received the highest standard of customer service ending with the best price on Granite slabs we found. They even responded to our email and extended the hold of the product we chose to buy for additional 2 weeks. Special thanks to JS RODRIGUEZ who took the original order and branch manager Louis V. Castillo who promptly responded to our email and extended the hold. This is the CUSTOMER SERVICE at its BEST! Undoubtedly , we highly recommend Arizona Tiles. read more

I scoured over 40 top slab yards from San Diego to Las Vegas and Arizona Tile was hands down the WINNER! The answer to my perfect kitchen laid within owner Matt Huarte's impeccable service, Jennifer in Sun Valley's Slab Dept. for pointing me to the Calacatta of my dreams and Larry White in Sun Valley for his patience in helping me find the perfect black stone counter slabs. Big props to Alec in Las Vegas for pulling the best 4 Calacatta slabs I had the pleasure of snagging up and Arizona Tile transferred them from Las Vegas to Sun Valley without a hitch. What I appreciate about Arizona Tile was the teamwork amongst their locations, the big selections, and the reasonable pricing. My favorite aspect that sets them apart from the competition is the ability to see various slabs within the lot and they pull them without making you feel like you're bothering them. I really like how they will have the slabs pulled in advance if you tell them what time you are coming and the numbers from their very handy updated "Online Inventory" search tool. This is a huge time saver to be able to use that many slab yards do not have. I had a really hard time finding a quality slab Fabricator and they gave me their printed list of referrals. I hired the one that had the best communication and he did a fabulous job. Thank you 1 million times Arizona Tile & team. read more

Our first experience with Arizona Tile was very good. The agent who assisted us was knowledgeable and nice. She even gave us samples of a quartz counter top we were interested in at no charge without us even asking. Other places either didnt give samples or wanted to charge you for them. read more

I have been shopping at Arizona Tiles for over 5 years now. My wife and I manage and renovated different properties in these past 5 years. We have been falling in love with Arizona Tiles and their products and, whenever we installed their products, the place always brightened up and it became way easier to rent or sell it. Their quality is just super and they are also very friendly and they provide you with samples so you can better decide what to use and what not. read more

I've truly had the best experience working with Arizona Tile on my bathroom remodel! Not only are their prices amazing, their beautiful Flash Tile was so unique and gorgeous installed in my bathroom. Jennifer helped me by phone with everything from invoicing, orders, helping select the right grout color and quartz slabs - I don't write reviews often but the customer service here and how quickly they ship their tile, and communicate with customers about their orders is unlike anywhere! read more

Beautiful stone and great service! We bought a gorgeous quartzite for our kitchen remodel from Arizona Tile. Good price and exquisite stone.

Great full service place. So many other places you are on your own, minimal help, no samples. I got samples and they were really good about advising me and answering all my questions. Prices are reasonable too! read more

Arizona Tile, the only person in the store was the receptionist. No managers, no customers. It was the same receptionist who informed us you were understaffed, no one available to assist us. Period. As a result, we ended up taking our business somewhere else. As I said before, worst customer service ever. read more

I have not ordered yet but after several visits to the store, I must say the customer service has been awesome, the showroom is clean and bright and the slab warehouse has wonderful options. In addition to my visits there, I've been to many other tile stores and was feeling overwhelmed. Karina was so kind and helpful on my most recent visit and I'm grateful for the help. I'm planning on ordering this week. read more

I have been dealing with Arizona Tile Co. while remodeling my house. I'm not a contractor or an interior decorator, but I was assisted by the very helpful staff with selecting beautiful material!!! Yolanda and Jen assisted my wife and I, with selecting the perfect granite, backsplash, and flooring!!! While Arturo conducted my orders and purchases like he was conducting a symphony. Overall I give Arizona tile 10 stars for the sense of material awareness, and knowledge of the trade. Thank you read more

From beginning to the end of the purchase of the material, Betty was helpful, funny and friendly. We need more customer service like the way she executed....exceptional! They're on the corner of San Fernando Road and Penrose. I believe the only entrance is on Penrose through a fenced area. Lots of parking spots and there's a receptionist up front when you walk in. The people inside were friendly, but let me browse around on my own. I was trying to come close to my floor tile, and trying to find an accent piece where my new shower is two inches smaller than my old tub. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything close to what I was looking for, but I'll keep them in mind for my next tile job. The showroom was medium sized, brightly lit, and lots to choose from. read more

Arizona Tile - Outside view - Building Supplies Near Me - Sun Valley, California

Walked in here with my fussy baby (NOT ideal shopping conditions) and the two women working were super gracious and kind, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. I was clueless as to where to start (first time ever doing a bathroom remodel) and they helped me identify where I should be looking. They were generous and easy going with the samples, and had samples of everything I wanted including grout! I loved their simulator tool online that helped me to envision what my tile would look like in my space. Compared to another place I checked out down the street where I basically had to sign a waiver just to walk in and they only had one sample out of five items I wanted. Quite honestly there was one option at the other place I might have liked a smidge more but found my experience at Arizona so much more enjoyable I wanted to give them my business. read more

This is for both the showroom and the slab yard. Slab yard What an AMAZING selection they have! The rep we met with walked with us and talked through options between 3cm and 2cm slabs and had our backup option on standby if we changed our mind. If we ever need a new counter for a new place, they're our first stop! Showroom Incredibly attentive and patient staff who are around when you need them but give you room to breath and take in all the options. Staff was fantastic with providing samples so we could see everything in the light at home. Some stunning tile and patterns I never thought of. The team at Arizona Tile are fantastic! Kelly Huarte out of the Anaheim location referred me to Sheri Johnson the Branch Manager of the Sun Valley location. The communication between all parties was professional, efficient and clear. I am merely a home owner but I was treated like their largest customer. The showroom was clean with great samples and a courteous staff that welcomed and assisted us immediately. Sheri was an absolute pleasure to work with. She assisted with unbiased recommendations and the patience needed to guide a husband and wife through the first home remodel. Javier and others helped with smiles on their faces while pulling numerous granite slabs for a picky set of buyers. They never rushed us once, they were courteous and helpful the entire way. Shaun and the other order desk staff were really helpful in confirming our order was correct, lining up and coordinating deliveries, and double checking we had everything we needed to complete our job. When we came back to pickup the material Javier and team were the most helpful crew I have ever dealt with. Sheri's leadership has really created an awesome work environment for her team and it shows from start to finish in the customer experience. I will never go anywhere else for future projects.
