    Had a great experience using Marble Bros for a recent bathroom renovation! The staff was super helpful in guiding us which tiles would be best to achieve the look we wanted for our bathroom/shower floors and their prices are fair for the high quality product they provide. We will definitely be back for any and all tile needs!

    I bought a "bundle" of stone for a small floor repair in my condo. Pio and the employee from the warehouse were very friendly and helpful. I found a great installer who only needed 2 1/2 hours to repair the floor. No one can tell there was a problem there before. If you need a stone/tile/backsplash installer, call Luis Murguia 818.648.6765.

    I ordered the black slab on the top, but they released the wrong one to my installer (white slab). And they didn't refund me!!

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered BLACK quartz countertops from Marbles Bros for my kitchen project. Today, my installer picked up the 3 slabs with proof of invoice. When I showed up to my project, to my surprise, the countertops where WHITE with brown specs. Marbles Bros gave my installer the wrong material!! Night and day difference. My installer, not knowing the color of the quartz just based it on the invoice order, and installed my countertops as is. I quickly called Pio at Marbles Bros to explain the situation and told him they were installed but that they released the wrong slabs to us. Pio acknowledge the mistake and said he was the one that helped load them in the truck and acknowledged that he DID give white instead of the black slabs. He was trying to make it right and offered that if I stay with the countertops already installed a full refund would be provided if go back to the store to refund the credit card. I asked for options because I truly did not like the slabs. He was unsure if the owners would give the slabs and refund the new installation. With the compromise of the 3 slabs, I was willing to leave them. When I arrived at Marbles Bros, Pio asked me to speak to his boss, Faruk Kuruz. Faruk acknowledged the mistake was on their but did not honor the full refund as indicated by Pio. Instead, Faruk tried to also put blame on me because our "project manager" or contractor did not catch the mistake. I had to go to the project with my two toddler children to check the countertops and find the HUGE mistake due to their error. Frankly, Faruk was not willing to compromise with the mistake. He only offered a refund for HALF of the material or give me the 3 slabs again, but I would have to pay for the install again. This could have all been avoid only if the correct countertops were released. What really set me off and irritated me was when he CHUCKLED at me, which is extremely disrespectful. I even had to tell him "this is not funny, why are you laughing." He said that my request was unreasonable and that he would not be able to refund the entire order and that what he was offering was more than fair. He said that since I am staying with the slabs and not taking them back, that he would end up losing too. Mind you, if I reinstall the right ones, I would have to pay $1000 for installing AGAIN for THEIR MISTAKE. I offered to take him back the slabs, all broken if he wanted, since they were already installed. The lack of accountability of this business is incredible. I have purchased from them multiple times, but no longer will I take my business here nor recommend them. A true shame and lack of customer service. Now, I have to purchase a new backsplash tile because the one I purchased will no longer match with the WRONG slabs they gave me. Faruk even tried to use Amazon returns as an example. Even Amazon will let you keep items that were wrongly sent or damaged PLUS give your money back. Pio even offered to pay the difference out of his pocket to make it right. He was also not sure why his boss wouldn't just refund the entire order when we he admitted to the mistake. I bet you Faruk WOULD make Pio pay for it, which is a horrible business practice. The business should always respond to these claims and do what is right for the customer when the error has been on their end. I would never take money from Pio for this, but the fact his boss would, makes me sick. Faruk dismissed the principle of the issue, tried to put blame on me also, chuckled at me, and expects me to pay more for my project due to their mistake! Wrong all around.

    Keeping it short and sweet... I needed tile for my bathroom floor ASAP as work was already underway. After stopping at three big well known tile stores that were very limited in stock tile, I found Marble Brothers. Mable Brothers had a good selection of what I was looking for 12" x 24" tile. They also had a great selection of other tiles in various sizes. Customer service was also helpful, friendly, and laid back. I told Chito what I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction. I made my purchase and was in and out in 20 minutes! Prices and parking were also better than the other stores I visited. 5 solid stars!

    We were looking for stone countertops for our kitchen. We found that and mire. Our overall experience can be summarized as follows: - out of the ordinary stone and tile material selections, - awesome prices - helpful staff that goes out of their way to assist customers. We purchased our countertops and referred us to a qualified installer.

    Beautiful store with a lot of selection for different tile, stones and counter pieces. I was very lucky to have a patient sales person named Pio He spent over an hour with me going over my different color choices for the bathroom room and floors. Never once did I feel that he was waiting for me to make a decision or hurry it up. I felt welcome to just browse and take my time and come back again to check selections. I didn't feel pressured. Another thing I thought was really nice of you-guys is that you give your rock-bottom price right away. I've been to other tile stores so I know the difference for different tiles prices We'll be back to purchase. Thanks PIO and the AWESOME OWNER

    Worst experience ever. Do not buy your material here. Overpriced product and very rude staff. Went in to purchase a number of items, ready to buy, sales rep responded that he could not get a better deal for me because the tile I liked ($60/tile) cost a fraction of the bolt on my Range Rover. Highly poor taste. Further, I would hope that long term service means giving good deals for longstanding business. It appears they may be short term goal oriented. Following, my white Maltese that was walking with me thru store got dirty paws (bc the space is a warehouse) and one salesperson noticed and told my to give my dog a bath. I responded his white paws were probably getting dirty because the warehouse space. Either way, I am a true believer in customer service. Being treated or judged while hoping to build what is already a large project, lost my vote immediately. Plenty of different tiles stores that don't openly express judgement or unfair treatment based on a biased stereotype.

    If you are looking for a simple repair or a straightforward project, Eshed may be a great option…read more However, if you are looking for very utmost craft, precision (ie. 1/8" grout lines), working with curved tile shapes and expect a professional partnership throughout where there is no harassment and unsolicited comments beyond the scope of the agreed upon project, then this is not the small business for you. I, too, found Eshed via his five star reviews but was completely disappointed with the way the project unfolded. The initial project quote was 15 business days. Though I had to unexpectedly travel for work and attend jury duty, I ended up being without a kitchen for 2 months. Expectations were not met. Partway through the tile project, my closet broke and a closet expert came to assess my storage needs while Eshed was at the property working on the kitchen backsplash. While showing the closet designer my dresser drawer, it tipped over due to all the drawers being opened. We called Eshed in to help us rotate the dresser back upright and I thanked him for his help. I carried on with my closet consultation. At the end of the work day, while Eshed and I were discussing progress, Eshed made a comment about seeing all of the underwear in my dresser drawers and breezed past it as if it was part of standard conversation practice. In addition to this, while wrapping up on a Friday, he has sent me photos of where he's headed for the weekend and at one point even verbally suggested that I go with him to climb rocks on the beach. These instances, though not tied to the project, demonstrate a lack of professional standard that I expect from the highest quote that came in during my research for a quality tile installation. When all the tile was installed, right when the first wall's grout was applied in the kitchen, I was shocked to realize that the spacing that we were aiming for (1/8") was not at 1/4" or greater in some areas. I asked him if he used spacers to control the spacing and he said no. I asked him why he didn't use spacers and his response was aloof, telling me it was inefficient. This is not the bar of craft of excellence once expected from a project where the tiles cost more than the labour and the labour was already the highest bid across 5 businesses. Upon project completion, the matte black door knob on my front door looked like a blender had been taken to it because of all the broken tiles he was managing while going in/out of the property to cut tile pieces. I pointed this out and he did not make any suggestions to make this right or compromise. Lastly, he had an unprofessional meltdown in front of my electrician, a fellow tradesperson after passively suggesting that the electrical outlets need attention and that I should bring the electrician back (for the 3rd time). He raised his voice, got overly dramatic and read the text message he wrote me in front of the electrician to prove a point that only worsened his credibility. On the final day of completion, instead of calling me out of my office to confirm that the project was complete, he texted me while leaving the property and told me to send a check. No final walk through of the work was discussed. It is likely Eshed will respond publicly with a rebuttal, but I hope these examples as a whole give you the context you need when considering your next tile needs.
