Great experience. Vic was friendly and wonderful to work with. We were looking for something a little different to update our kitchen and bathroom, and he helped us find the perfect selections. Reasonable prices as well. read more

Customer service is negative 0. The owner needs a lesson in customer service. He is truly rude and ignorant person. He told my parents not to touch the tile because he was afraid they might drop them. read more

The hidden gem of the foothills! I walked in here thinking of getting ideas but going into the city to find cheaper options, well there was no need for that. They had wonderful laminate flooring at great prices as well es very beautiful tiles I ended up buying for the bathrooms as well. They weee easy to work with, service was wonderful and the prices were just amazing! All and all I would give the spot a 10 out of 5 . No bull just walk in and see for yourselves. read more

Went to Tilemax to get just 2 large tiles. I talked with a nice lady, Astkhik at the counter...and she referred me to the owner Vic, who asked me a lot of questions about the type, size, and why I only needed 2 pieces of tile. I wanted two tiles to place on top of 2 metal stands that the top had disintegrated. Vic looked into the back of the store and brought out 2 large porcelain tiles. When I asked how much they were...he told me that they were free. I was willing to pay for these very nice and large tiles, but he insisted that I could have them for free. I appreciate the very generous and kind offer. Tilemax will be the store that I go to for all my future kitchen remodeling needs. read more

We visited the store and had an amazing experience with their friendly and knowledgeable people. They patiently explained the details about the items that we were looking for. They even went above and beyond. Very nice and good quality materials are available in the store. We are happy we've learned about this store in our neighborhood. read more

I showed up 4 minutes before they closed with the impossible challenge. To help me find 5 tiles matching as close as possible to some broken 1970's tiles from my old kitchen. The lady and the two men working there went out of their way ( and out of their way I mean, looking in the back, in the back of cabinets to find the oldest tiles they could get for me. And they did find some and gave me more than I needed and better let me have them charge free! How many businesses noways do that? Thank you so much for your amazing customer service. I don't need more tiles at this times but I will surely head your way the minute I do. And count on me to recommend you to my neighbors and friends. Thank you. read more

Great place to find all kinds of tiles, including porcelain wood looking long tiles. Owner and son family owned business. Vic, the owner has great eye and suggested a lighter grout on darker ground pebble tiles and he was right. It came out amazing. Thank you for your input and speaking up when I wanted darker grout. Didn't let me make the big mistake. We will be back for all our remodel needs. Thanks for having our best interest in mind. read more

Maybe I went on an off day, or maybe you need to know the staff to get good service. In my case, I walked around looking at different tile for a solid 10 minutes and was completely ignored by the staff. I was the only customer in there and didn't even get a hello. I tried to support local but this experience was a good indicator of this store's service goals. read more

Grade A guys, I changed my boring fireplace tiles to this new modern look and the guys at Tile Max hooked it up. Raz and Vic were the people for the job. Got me a great deal on the tiles and found someone to install it for me too. I am so glad i went to them, everyone else was charging me an arm and a leg. Speak to Raz or Vic for any questions tell them Robert referred them to you, and let them get your next new look. read more

Solid company, good people and quick service.

I bought tile from her during our home remodel. I bought a tri-color italian stone tile to do the fire place in the family room. All was great until my tiler was mid putting up all the tile and I noticed that the colors were not the same as in the store... two were identical to each other (very light) and the third color was yellow... this was resulting in diagonal yellow lines on my fireplace, not what I was looking for at all!!! Yikes! They were good about switching out the yellow to one of the light colors when I took it back. Now my fireplace has one color tile, but it is lovely and the tile quality is good. read more

This is my third time purchasing material from TileMax and I couldn't be happier. The employees are very helpful and genuine people. They took the time to understand what I wanted and weren't pushy with sales. I looked for a specific tile for months and couldn't find it anywhere. TileMax went out of their way to find me my tile for a very fair price whereas no other store was able to. I believe one of the employees is an interior designer with a great eye for design. She was extremely helpful in helping me put together different designs. Will definitely be back! read more

Not recommending this place. Extremely overpriced. Return policy is the worst and the owner lacks customer service. He should let his son take over. He definitely is better to work with. Will not be using their service in the future. read more

They have a huge selection of tile and everything you'll need to install it in all price ranges, they even let you take a piece of the tile home as a sample to match color walls, etc..
