Karina was a great salesperson who gave us advice on the countertop design. She also introduced us to her painter -- who then arranged our cabinet maker and electrician. She also sold us a quartz sink manufactured by Elkay, a well-known, high-quality German company. The bad. The countertops took over a month to install. The owner, Andrey, said the delay was due to rain. The sink was delivered very late. Giallostone dropped the ball because they did not follow up and check to make sure the product was available and arrivedon time. Again, they had several weeks to cheviot on this. The installers then had to rush to find an available sink a day or two after the countertops were due for installation. After research, they then rush sink was delivered but with chips. The sink was manufactured by Elkay, a renowned German company. There were several delays and the owner finally stopped responding. read more

Stay away from this business and the owner owner Andre! The business is terrible, the workmanship is poor and Andre is a bully with anger issues and is untruthful. We chose this business because our quartz manufacturer, Cambria indicated we needed to use a Cambria certified installer/fabricator to get the warranty and this business was on the list. This business was 2x more expensive than my other estimates not Cambria certified. From the start Andre was a jerk, was put out that we had questions and that we were trying to schedule him around the rest of the kitchen remodel. He assured me he was much busier than me or my contractor. We bought and paid for the quartz through the business and the price was more than other locations. Andre was irritated that I wanted to see the quartz slabs and see the template prior to installation. When I went to his yard to see the quartz he was late and irritated. Andre then sent two young guys to do the installation who were not Cambria certified who did a poor job. Throughout the day, they had trouble with the install and admitted it was hard for them. The left gaps by the walls, chipped the quartz, installed the island area off center and left a big gouge where they cut too much in one area. They tried to fill in the bad work with grout and silicone. (A few pictures are added here.) Mistakes happen and when I contacted Andre that day about my concerns and to find out how it could be fixed, he said it was fine, I needed to pay for the install that day or he would sue us and put a lien on our house and when I said I wasn't happy and wanted my contractor to look at it, he screamed at me, called me names, threatened me all while on speaker. I started crying, was shaking, his workers got scared, one ran out and my other workers could not believe how he spoke to me. He came to look at the job, yelled and threatened my husband in front of workers and the appliance delivery people and they were so scared at what he might do, they were ready to call the police. Ultimately, my contractor had to fix his workers mistakes and cover the poor work with drywall and wood borders to cover the gouge and gaps at extra expense. It was a nightmare that I hope no one else has to experience. I since investigated Andre and his company and found out he's been reported to the BBB, he's yelled at another customers and other people have had bad experiences with this company. I showed pictures of the work to designers and contractors and they were appalled how bad it was. Stay away from this business!! read more

My wife and I needed a new countertop and Giallo Stone really helped out. We were able to get a remnant piece from among multiple options and the piece we settled on is well worth the price. Going to the warehouse Andrey helped us find the right countertop and was very efficient at getting the installation process scheduled. At no point did we feel like we didn't know what we were getting and what we were paying. Andrey came to do the measurements one week after we bought the countertop and then a week later we had the piece installed and the old piece was removed. After months of looking for the perfect quartz with a marble look, and flirting with porcelain, I finally found that Cambria was within my price range, especially through the Costco program, where I was introduced to Karina at Giallo Stone. Karina visited my home and proved she knew all the products and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. The process was a pleasure. Andrey, the owner, took over with the next steps and he's a real professional. He delivered on his promised dates of install, and the cuts in the stone for the maximum impact. I appreciated that the install was only a two weeks from signing the contract, as I was over the plywood look. He kept in touch with updates and was always available for questions and had the answers. Lastly, Ramon and team came to install, and again, I was not disappointed. They showed up on time, and completed the job in a professional and timely manner, and kept the kitchen clean. He talked me through small details and issues. The template Ramon created for the backsplash was intricate, as I was adding a shelf and we had specific spots where we needed holes. It was perfect once installed! I've had a less than perfect experience with a previous contractor that installed my bathroom countertop on a downward slope, so I was nervous about this given the amount I was spending. If you are looking to redo your counter tops or any other project that you want to use any type of stone or quartz don't think about going any place other then Giallo Stone. Andrey (owner) is fantastic. He is honest, helpful and his costs are reasonable for the quality of products that he carries. With Andrey's help I chose Cambria Quartz using two different designs, one for my counters and a similar color but different design for my island. Andrey also helped me to decide to take down my current backsplash and to replace it with the same quartz as the counter tops. I'm so glad he did as the kitchen now looks amazing plus I now have more options when designing the kitchen as my old backsplash was sage green subway tile. Andrey came by one day to do all of the measuring then a week later Nolly and David came on Tuesday to do the demolition and to install a new sink, the counter tops and island and then back again on Thursday to install the backsplash. We decided to upgrade our kitchen counters and after research decided to check out Giallo Stone. The showroom contained a wide variety of colors and materials. Once we decided the material and color the installation process was simple. They came to our house once and measured the counters and backsplashes. They scheduled a crew to come to our house to demo the existing aged limestone counters and install our new ones. They were fast and clean. We expected lots of dust and debris, there was none. I was especially impressed when I subsequently chipped a piece of the counter by accident, and they sent a repair person who quickly fixed it perfectly.
