I'm a small business owner and I needed some small marble pieces cut to create a display for a retailer who sells my products. I called Arthur and he was super helpful and let me know anything I need they will help me with. I went in to one shop and met with Arthur's father, who has been in business providing marble and tile for 27 years. He was delighted to help me and we started looking at some of his remnants. We went over what I needed and traced out some cuts and agreed on a price, which was more than fair for all the specialized work I was having done. I left for a couple of hours and got a text when the work was ready. I came back and it was beautiful. They even cut some existing marble pieces I had brought in for me so that my display would be stunning. I cannot recommend A&E enough. I have a big job coming up at one of my businesses, as well as the kitchen remodel my wife has been asking for, and there is nowhere else I will go for my granite needs. Thank you, Arthur. read more

I am likely the pickiest client in America, and Arthur and Norik really did a fantastic job! Throughout the process, Arthur was always available answering my questions. The most important piece for me in remodeling my home has been timeliness and responsiveness, something a lot of contractors don't excel in - but A&E surpassed on both levels. They were in and out, did a clean and quality job. Very professional and I'll be calling them when it's time renovate my bathroom! read more

Arthur is an amazing person he helped me out with all my questions he was fast and efficient with everything.

I really enjoyed my experience with this company. Most importantly the final results are flawless. I have them on more than one occasion. A difficult fireplace remodel. And a complete kitchen countertop installation. Both were great experiences. I highly recommend them. read more

If you're looking to get your counter top done, look no further. I did my fair shopping and not only was Norik fairly priced but he was able to get the job in time for a party that we had planned. He, his son and employee are professional and did everything in a timely manner. He quoted me a time frame and stuck to it and had no surprise expenses. Definitely recommend to everyone. Worth every penny. Thank you again. The counter top and waterfall brought the kitchen together and is my favorite part. read more

This is a family business and they were a pleasure to work with. They located the slabs we were looking for, which others had tried with no success. They arrived on time and cleaned up after, just a good experience! We had to have two seams on the counter top, and they turned out perfect; my wife and I love our new granite counter top! We're going to work with them again on our bathrooms. read more

I needed a new piece of countertop installing to match the rest of my kitchen and after calling around 7 or 8 other places, I couldn't find anyone to do it - literally for months! The job was too small, they were too busy, or they quoted me outrageous prices. Then I called David at A&E. He and Norik showed up to my house within an hour of me calling, measured up, made a template, quoted me a very fair price and left with the piece of marble i needed to be cut, honed and installed. Less than 24 hours later they came back with the marble beautifully cut to size and within minutes my new countertop was installed, caulked, sealed and my kitchen was complete! These guys are professional, clean, quick and precise. I wish I had found them earlier when I had the rest of my countertops installed! I would definitely recommend A&E to anyone looking for countertops! read more

Norik & David did an amazing job on our kitchen. We needed a quick turn around and they exceeded our expectations. Very kind & hard working. Price was well worth the service, quality & speed. Can't wait to get our bathroom done, so that they can come back and install the bathroom countertops. These two are truly good at what they do! read more

How many homeowners come through a remodeling thrilled with the contractor and his subs !! Not many I'm sure but in my case fortunately I can rave about them - Ryan Jagoe my GC referred me to Norik and from our first meeting at the marble yard to the installation was a true pleasure. He gave me confidence to splurge on very rare blue fusion granite and every day I get to love my new kitchen more and more !! Thank you Norik - I must find a new project for you to help me with soon read more

Norik is an artist and excellent craftsman. I had a tired 1950's brick fireplace in my otherwise updated home that Norik transformed into a sleek and stylish centerpiece. From our meeting at the stone yard to pick out the perfect slab to his attention to detail and skill in installation, I could not be more pleased with the experience. We used the leftover slab to redo the counter in my laundry room, making it probably the most stylish one I've ever seen! Recommend this company very highly. read more

A & E Marble Granite Design - Norik transformed my drab brick fireplace. - Countertop Installation Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Norik has done several projects for our firm, so clearly I think their work is excellent. The last job needed an extra coat of sealer on honed marble that stained too easily, but other than that , perfect. Norik even gave us an extra piece after the job was completed. I bid this project and while not the lowest, his pricing was very competitive. When working with stone installation, it is always important to have clear drawings so that you get the details you desire. Norik does his best to clarify the drawings and the existing conditions with the architects specifications. read more

We couldn't be happier with our kitchen counters. Norit got the job done quickly & flawlessly. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had called several contracts to install a granite countertop for an outdoor kitchen. David (son of the owner) came out to take measurements and give a quote. A few days later I received his estimate and negotiated a sight discount based on other estimates. He said he could start the following week, we just needed to purchase the stone. That weekend our search had begun, we found two slabs on clearance that were the perfect color and hopefully size. The slabs were a total of 120 square feet, the area we needed to cover is 108. After a few conversations with David he said he could do it with the two slabs but we would have an extra seem. No problem, we can hide behind the BBQ and you would never know it was there. We purchased the stone and left a message for David letting him know the good news. A few days later we didn't get a response, so I sent a text. Still no response so I called and left another voicemail. No response. Finally after a week I called Norik (his father), he was on his way back from Vegas and said he would call me the next day. Didn't get a call the next day or the following three days after that. Finally, Friday (yesterday) I called him again. He answered the phone and told me his son had underbid the project and he wanted more money, much more. He also told me he wanted three slabs vs the two, said it would be easier to fabricate. After a few minutes on the phone he said he was going to speak to his son again and get back to me. No call back! Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys!! read more

They just finished putting in our beautiful new granite countertop. They also did a marble shower and countertop for our friends. In both instances we were very pleased with the service we received. The work was top notch and the time from templates to fabrication to installation was shorter than we expected. I would be very happy to use them again and I would recommend them very highly. read more
