Arsen helped remodel our kitchen this year, May/June 2021. Bottom line - excellent quality, faster and cheaper than anyone else. Friends are shocked at how quickly it got done- within 2-3 weeks. He was great to work with. An extremely nice person, super easy going and does what he says he's going to do. Process: -After the design was decided, demo'd in one day. -Dropped off the cabinets within a couple of days. -1 week from demo, his guys assembled and installed the cabinets. All in one day, including the cabinet hardware/pulls. -A few days after that, another team cut and installed the quartz countertop. It was so much faster and less expensive than others we talked to. We started off with Lowe's, but it would have taken months to get the cabinets and was significantly more expensive. Lowe's was also quoting veneer. Also got a quote from a local cabinet guy, who was a lot more than Arsen. I was a little nervous at first about hiring someone I didn't know, esp for such a big project, but I have zero regrets about hiring him. Although the cabinets are not custom, Arsen was able to do just about everything we originally wanted, including doubling the size of our island. He is very patient and works with you to get you the kitchen you want. The cabinets are good quality (no veneer) with soft close hinges and dove tail drawers. He also put in a spice slide out, pull out shelves in pantry and elsewhere, lazy Susan and pull out trash/recycling unit. The quartz is also beautiful. Feel free to message me with questions. Extremely happy I decided to take a chance on Arsen to do the new kitchen for my rental remodel in West L.A. Arsen was fantastic at communicating (which is a huge deal with me when dealing with a business/tradesperson). He came in with what I thought was a very reasonable quote for a full kitchen of pre-fab cabinets and countertops (he is a very small operation which may be why he can keep his prices low). The process could not have been easier and faster. After working out the design, Arsen delivered ALL needed materials on one day (nothing was missing or delayed), his extremely efficient crew put all cabinets together and installed on another day, and counter top was delivered, fabricated on site and installed on another day - so basically 3 days to install a brand new kitchen!! Outstanding! The installers were fast, efficient, careful and detail oriented. The quality of materials was great (frankly as nice or nicer than my own custom built kitchen cabinets) and Arsen was able to come up with some creative solutions for certain design issues. TL;DR; Arsen is a chill dude. Fair Prices. Came next day. Full Review Arsen is pretty chill and laid back, but also does great work. I was remodeling an ADU and wanted to install my own kitchen cabinets buying from Lowe's Master Collection of CNC Cabinetry after doing research online on the best bang-for-buck plywood cabinets with soft close. After receiving my cabinet shipment from Lowe's I was severely disappointed at the quality of the cabinets as they came misaligned and some of the rails fell off completely during transit. They were unusable. This is when I reached out to Arsen for a simple quote for plywood construction base cabinets with soft close sliders. He quickly gave me quote directly over the phone and the prices are fair. After our phone call, I took a look at his online catalog and sent him the name of the cabinet face I'd like to have installed. He quickly ordered them and informed me as soon as they are delivered, he would come by and install them on a day that wasn't raining. A couple days later he called to say he'd stop by to install the cabinets. He and his helper came with their own equipment and set up a table on my driveway and hand assembled the cabinets and drawers. In a way, you can say that you are getting custom cabinets that are made to order. Arsen did a fantastic job lining up all the cabinets with my very crooked walls. He also came with toe kicks and scribe moldings to add that extra finished look to the installation. These extras would have cost extra when ordering from any pre-fab store like Lowes or Home Depot. It was nice of him to provide them with the installation. This project continued when I considered installing my own butcher block countertops, but when I realized that the overhang would not be sufficient for a counter height island bar because the island butcher block from Home Depot comes in a fixed depth of 36" which would've only left about 8-9" of overhang for bar seating. I knew this would not be enough and would dread hitting my knees against the wall every time I sat at my island, which is the only dining area in my studio ADU. I then called Arsen again (2 days after he finished installing my cabinets) and told him my situation, which was convenient because he understood my dilemma because he was just at my place earlier that week. He immediately remedied the situation and offered a cost-effective solution to countertop problem which involved some craftiness from his installers who came the VERY NEXT DAY. Needless to say, the countertop installers were both professional and worked diligently and efficiently to install my quartz countertop which came out looking fresh AF. They were also very leveled because my OCD forced me to check. Although it is not the butcher block that I originally wanted, I couldn't be more satisfied with the stylish quartz countertop his guys installed. I am now happy with the sufficient overhang my bar has based on Arsen's expert recommendation of size and knowledge of available options. When I remodel my main house, I will without a doubt give Arsen a call for both cabinetry and countertops based on the fantastic work he did for my ADU.
