It took only 2 days, 1 day to demo and day 2 to install and they are beautiful, exactly what I wanted! They were on time and finished the project when he said they would, easy to contact. Good, fair price, had alot of options to choose from as I wanted the kitchen and bath to blend without having the same counters. He doesn't do blacksplash tile, so I hired someone else to do that. Can't say enough good things about LA Kitchen Cabinets, and Arsen (the manager), in particular. It was a breeze and pleasure working with him and recommend him to anyone in need of new cabinets. I reached out to Arsen on a Sunday and he was so responsive and even came out within a few hours to take a look at what we needed done. And a few hours after that he sent us some design ideas (which were great). On top of that we had a special request where we wanted one color/style (white, but not glossy) for the upper cabinets and a different for the lower cabinets (walnut). The main supplier only had a glossy white but when we explained we didn't want that he went searching for a white with a satin finish, which he was able to find with some effort. And the finished product came out amazing! We couldn't be happier with our beautiful kitchen. Installation was a breeze, honestly it all was. Arsen took care of everything. Obviously we don't know him that well but he seems like a very chill and down to earth person... who is also very good at their job. Arsen did our first kitchen remodel 13 years ago and just recently he remodeled our new kitchen -- that was much bigger. He was a life saver because our custom cabinet maker made us wait 5 weeks and then bailed on us in the end. They were slow to respond, gave very high estimates, and/or their schedules were so full that installation would have to be sometime in the distant future. Overall, we're pleased with our new cabinets! When we initially planned the layout, Arsen tossed in a few ideas that we hadn't even considered, and we're grateful for that... it has made a big difference! He is also extremely patient, as I was pretty indecisive going into the project. In working with him, though, expect the process to go VERY quickly! I am not someone that typically leaves reviews but in this case I feel I must. I was having so much trouble with my contractor, making mistakes and dragging the job on for over a year that I decided to have someone else do my floors and kitchen. So the search began. I got a number of estimates and met all sorts of people. I liked Arsen right away. He gave me a good estimate, he didn't try to sell me and he even saved me money when we ran the final numbers. We had walls, ceiling and floors that were not straight making his task to hang the cabinets a bigger challenge. Arsen's install was so right on you would never have know it. He made adjustments where needed and he even had someone swing by to change out a cabinet size when we ran into an issue with a plug location that the contractor installed in the wrong location. I'm so happy with the entire process, the ease of communication, the speed of which all was installed and the end result. I'd hire Arsen again in a heartbeat. A few weeks ago, my wife decided to do an addition to our kitchen. After not being able to find anyone who could match our existing kitchen, my wife ran into Payless Kitchen. I was totally impressed that he would ALWAYS return my phone calls and texts right away. He is a very patient and soft spoken individual. His calm personality always put me at ease. I went to his show room (which was at his home I believe) and picked out the color and type of cabinets that i wanted. I also had to choose the granite for the counter tops. I changed my mind a few times and it never upset him. He Always showed up when he said he would from the first measuring to the last molding he had to put back up for me. We have done multiple remodels so when he came out I knew I did not need to interview anyone else. I usually get at least 3 bids. His price was perfect, Better then Lowe's and Home Depot. Within 2 hours of coming out to see our small kitchen in Century City he had 3-D drawings. His response rate and communication was very timely. There was no pressure. Best kitchen contractor we have worked with in the last 4 years. Best of all when we decided to order and use him he had our kitchen installed completely and ordered all within 9 days, from ordering and design to complete installation. I found Arsen online while looking for an inexpensive way to redo my kitchen cabinets. I had old crappy Ikea cabinets and my kitchen was in desparate need of an update. I saw his reviews and decided to call him. He answered the phone right away which was totally shocking since I was calling around all morning and never got a live person on the other end. I was dealing with another guy that took over 2 weeks just to send me a quote. Arsen came over that evening, took measurements and was able to give me a quote right there standing in my kitchen. I was instantly impressed. I felt that if he knew his business that well then I would go with him. My husband did the demo on the kitchen which took longer than it took for Arsen to install the cabinets. My husband finished the demo on a Tuesday, Arsen was there the next day to remeasure and by that Saturday the cabinets were completely installed. By the following Tuesday the countertops were installed and the kitchen was complete. I couldn't have been happier. I have heard horror stories of people being without a kitchen for months while it was being remodeled and it only took Arsen less than a week. Arsen does great work and is very professional. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is very respectful. He cleans up after himself and cares what you think. I do not hesitate to refer him to anybody.
