Glendale Tile really does have something for everyone. Over the last few years we've remodeled 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry room and visited over a dozen of tile shops, but in the end, after all that shopping (I was put through) most of what we ended up going with was from the shop next door. Glendale Tile. Their selection of tiles is large, not the largest around, but curated so it's the best from each price point. Price-wise they're better than most, especially when it comes to higher end tiles. Their staff is knowledgeable. They will point you in the right direction and help you find what you want or don't know you want. BTW If you're looking for the really good stuff, go next door to their sister company Amirian Tile for their top shelf selections. I took a moment to pause over the (what felt like countless) hours and thousands (more like tens of thousands ) I've spent here and honestly have nothing bad to say. This place is a local gem. It's where you should start your remodeling journey and most likely where you'll end up buying from if you do. Ok, one minor criticism. Glendale Tile has a classic movie popcorn machine. They should clean it out and run that baby like it was meant to be run or get it out of the shop. I see it and I crave some fresh popcorn but it's perpetually stale. The service is pretty bad. First 2 times we went, we weren't sure what we were looking for, so we figured it made sense that they didn't spend much time with us. The 3rd time we knew exactly what we wanted, and it took us over 15 minutes to get any kind of help. Placing the order was tough. The girl who worked there promised me that she would make some calls Monday to check on inventory. Come Monday, I called them 3 times to finally get in touch with her and have her admit that she hasn't even started the query process. When I placed the order and it finally arrived, I sent my foreman to pick it up and they had given it to someone else. In short, service is horrible. read more

I used to come here a lot for all my kitchen/ bath remodeling needs. Customer service and care needs major improvement. When I first started buying my supplies here, swapping or returning items was easy. I recently purchased a box with a couple broken tiles, brought it back to return but the sales rep wanted to argue with me and accused me of lying. I wont be back. Never heard back so called them a second time and he was with customers again said he would call back... never did. We placed a custom order with Anna for our new home. Anna courteously took her time during several visits to design our entire house (bathrooms, floors, walls). She welcomed our request for changes on multiple occasions and processed our special order with diligence. As my project was behind schedule, we were late to schedule the deliver and this caused some conflict with the management but Ana was able to store our rather large order until we were ready to accept delivery. Terrible customer service. I called looking for a specific brand/model of tile from a vendor they carry. I was ready to make the purchase, as I was already familiar with the product. I was told by the girl who answered that she would call me back after she checked availability. I never received a call back. Beautiful tile. Lovely, well organized showroom. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. A pleasure. I walked around for some time looking and snapping photos for reference. The well organized staff asked me if I was being helped, then when I told them I was just looking as I am doing a kitchen remodel, they actually left me alone, Making friendly eye contact every once in a while to make sure I didn't need anything. Before I left, they wrote down tile models, names sizes and prices and gave me a catalog. I'm a tile contractor i went there to buy grout for one of my clients. I ask for the price of a tile cutter. I was happy with the price. I went to put the grout in my truck and then I went back inside to buy the cutter. Now they are telling me is a Different price then they first quoted me. Then they started talking to each other in Armenian right in front of me. I couldn't understand a word they where saying (Very rude and unprofessional. Will not recommend to no one. I was looking around to get some ideas and prices to remodel my bathroom spoke to Anthony over the phone he was very helpful and encouraging me to drive all the way there which is about 45 minutes away. So we decide to drive there and sure enough Anthony welcome us and give us a tour around there beautiful show room which is very well set up there is a lot of finish samples for shower units and bathroom set up. Anthony went way beyond his way to give us the best deal possible to be compatible with the competition also he was kind enough to share with us some of his ideas to put together and match some tile options. He gave us a great deal and we purchased the tiles however the only issue that there was misunderstanding on the price but later I talked with Todd the store manager and he Took care of it.
