Glendale Tile really does have something for everyone. Over the last few years we've remodeled 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry room and visited over a dozen of tile shops, but in the end, after all that shopping (I was put through) most of what we ended up going with was from the shop next door. Glendale Tile. Their selection of tiles is large, not the largest around, but curated so it's the best from each price point. Price-wise they're better than most, especially when it comes to higher end tiles. Their staff is knowledgeable. They will point you in the right direction and help you find what you want or don't know you want. BTW If you're looking for the really good stuff, go next door to their sister company Amirian Tile for their top shelf selections. I took a moment to pause over the (what felt like countless) hours and thousands (more like tens of thousands ) I've spent here and honestly have nothing bad to say. This place is a local gem. It's where you should start your remodeling journey and most likely where you'll end up buying from if you do. Ok, one minor criticism. Glendale Tile has a classic movie popcorn machine. They should clean it out and run that baby like it was meant to be run or get it out of the shop. I see it and I crave some fresh popcorn but it's perpetually stale. Other than that, these guys get it right. My remodeling journey has finally come to an end. To the couples who are starting theirs, I wish you the best of luck! read more

Sad to say we were forced back here by our contractor and it was not a surprise to see nothing had changed in terms of customer service. Not only did they fail to follow up with me after making me wait for a sample for several days, delaying my project, but when I called to find out what's going on and dug some more I also realized they didn't have any of the tiles in stock for me to buy anyway!? A complete and utter waste of time once again. How do these people stay in business?? read more

No need to waste your time going from store to store! Glendale tile has everything you need under one roof. Recently I decided to remodel my back house and Glendale tile and their staff made my life so easy. They had a wide variety of options for me to go through with a showroom that didn't feel overwhelming like most stores. I was able to choose all the tiles I need for my bathroom, kitchen, and living area in one shot with great pricing! Overall I highly recommend Glendale Tile and Amirian Home! Looking forward to my next project! read more

The absolute worst, rude customer service. I need slab and tile for kitchen and bath and had to practically beg for help around the showroom. It was awful. Why would I give them my business? read more

My contractor referred me to Glendale Tile. As soon as I walked in I was approached by a friendly staff who answered all my questions and guided me through the store. Tomik helped me with the living room tile and offered unbeatable prices. My bathroom was the biggest project and Nona helped me pick the tile, faucets, sinks and shower head. Besides being so helpful she had a great taste in putting all the colors and pieces together. Glendale Tile truly has a wide selection, discounted pricing and a friendly staff who will help make your home renovation breathtaking. I have posted pictures of the end results. As you can see they deserve all the stars! Thanks again! read more

I'm a customer at Glendale Tile and Anna was the one who helped me and gave me great service. She's the best to work with, she's very professional and super helpful, Anna took her time to even help me find a tile that was discontinued. I strongly recommend people to go to Glendale tile and look for Anna for your tile construction needs. Thank You Very Much Anna. read more

The service is pretty bad. First 2 times we went, we weren't sure what we were looking for, so we figured it made sense that they didn't spend much time with us. The 3rd time we knew exactly what we wanted, and it took us over 15 minutes to get any kind of help. Placing the order was tough. The girl who worked there promised me that she would make some calls Monday to check on inventory. Come Monday, I called them 3 times to finally get in touch with her and have her admit that she hasn't even started the query process. When I placed the order and it finally arrived, I sent my foreman to pick it up and they had given it to someone else. In short, service is horrible. read more

I used to come here a lot for all my kitchen/ bath remodeling needs. Customer service and care needs major improvement. When I first started buying my supplies here, swapping or returning items was easy. I recently purchased a box with a couple broken tiles, brought it back to return but the sales rep wanted to argue with me and accused me of lying. I wont be back. There are plenty of other tile suppliers in the area. read more

Excellent selection of tile, flooring and everything else you would need for a flooring project. It had been several years since I last went there, but just went there again for a bathroom remodel. Took several trips there as my plans changed and every time, Allen was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and got me exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service, response time and product - made the entire process easy and I highly recommended them! read more

Visited once for a quote. They needed to check with supplier and they said they would call back. Did not hear back so I called them. They said they would call back because they were with customers. Never heard back so called them a second time and he was with customers again said he would call back... never did. I ended up calling the tile supplier for another business recommendation because service here was terrible. Other business got the sale. They do have a great tile selection if you can get better service than me. read more

Outstanding, this showroom will knock your socks off. What an impressive selection; flooring section, backsplash section, bathroom section complete with a multitude of built out bathroom vignette's. Great customer service; staff is friendly and willing to help without the hard sell. UPDATE: ************ We've been back to finalize our tile selections, Nona was so very helpful and patient with us as we went through our second and final tile selections after contractor input about install/ maintenance of tiles we previously selected. Nona, besides being stunningly beautiful, has a great design eye and was of the utmost assistance to us in creating a cohesive and balanced selection of tile for our 3 bathrooms. Thank you Nona for diffusing our frustations and for making this remodeling process fun again. Merci Merci!!! read more

From start to finish, the team at Glendale Tile were professional and worked with me and my budget on a total remodel job. Allen was my sales rep... and he's OUTSTANDING. He knows the business, makes recommendations but doesn't pressure the customer... it really doesn't get any better than this in the home improvement space. I don't write many reviews and this one was worth my time hands down. Use Glendale Tile... you will be glad you did! read more

5 stars to Serj and his team! Thank you Glendale tile for providing fair pricing on great quality product. This store is recommended!

My husband and I went to Glendale tile to purchase some material for our house renovation. We were assisted by Allen. I must say the guy is just amazing! I am an extremely picky person. I was impressed by Allen's level of knowledge, efficiency, patience and customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable in this field and was able to give us exactly what we were looking for without having to go back and forth. He was also available to be reached via email and responded very quickly to our follow up questions. He made this process very easy and enjoyable. We have already gone back and purchased more items and are definitely going to use Glendale tile for all our future home purchases. If you ever go there, ask for Allen. You won't be disappointed. read more

My wife and I are changing the flooring, bathroom tiles and countertops in our home. We went to Glendale Tile. This place had everything that we needed and more. We were assisted by Allen. Allen is amazing. Not only does he know his stuff, but he was spot on at picking out the exact colors and materials we were looking for. He also gave us some incredible suggestions on patterns that we never thought of. Allen was also extremely patient with us and did not come off as pushy in anyway. I loved that. His customer service went over and above what I expected. Allen worked really hard for us to get the perfect items for our house. We cannot thank Allen and Glendale Tile enough. We placed a custom order with Anna for our new home. Anna courteously took her time during several visits to design our entire house (bathrooms, floors, walls). She welcomed our request for changes on multiple occasions and processed our special order with diligence. As my project was behind schedule, we were late to schedule the deliver and this caused some conflict with the management but Ana was able to store our rather large order until we were ready to accept delivery. This is the first and only tile store we visited and I'm very pleased with the overall turn around including assistance with design and pricing. read more

Terrible customer service. I called looking for a specific brand/model of tile from a vendor they carry. I was ready to make the purchase, as I was already familiar with the product. I was told by the girl who answered that she would call me back after she checked availability. I never received a call back. I called again a few days later and was told the same thing by another girl representative. Again, I did not receive a call back, although this time it was because she did not even ask for my name or contact information before hanging up. read more

Great products, and the staff is friendly, superhelpful and knowledgable. Also, unlike other tile stores, their hours accommodate those of us 9-5ers. They open at 7 am on weekdays, and they're open Saturdays AND Sundays. I'm doing a remodel and have been disappointed by other tile stores (poor selection, diva salespeople, rotten hours), so I was very happy to find this store. I'm buying all of my tile from them from now on! read more

Beautiful tile. Lovely, well organized showroom. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. A pleasure. I walked around for some time looking and snapping photos for reference. The well organized staff asked me if I was being helped, then when I told them I was just looking as I am doing a kitchen remodel, they actually left me alone, Making friendly eye contact every once in a while to make sure I didn't need anything. Before I left, they wrote down tile models, names sizes and prices and gave me a catalog. Couldn't have been a nicer experience. *UPDATE* Because this was such a great place, I went back and purchased my tile here. Anna gave me wonderful service. She was extremely helpful in calculating the tile I would need, and contacting me when it arrived. She also hooked me up with a great installer! I recently had a great experience at Glendale Tile. I needed to purchase materials for my new home so I decided to pay them a visit. I had been there a few times over the past 5 years and was surprised to see they completely remodeled their showroom. Anna greeted my wife & I and helped us find everything we needed. She helped us pick out hardwood flooring, bathroom tile, quartz counter tops, and bar back-splash. Anna was efficient! Good thing she was because we had our 2 year old son with us and needed to work quickly. I did some price checking after Anna gave us a quote and saw that her prices were better than what I found at other stores. I decided to make the purchase and I'm glad I did. Anthony went way beyond his way to give us the best deal possible to be compatible with the competition also he was kind enough to share with us some of his ideas to put together and match some tile options. He gave us a great deal and we purchased the tiles however the only issue that there was misunderstanding on the price but later I talked with Todd the store manager and he Took care of it. Great place friendly staff highly recommended I definitely will be back to buy more stuff thank you guys . read more

I was really happy with the service at Glendale Tile. Although there was a little confusion on the tile quote they honored the lower price and even went lower with a web price match. I saved 700 dollars off retail. Although the sample selection could be better each tile place serves the community and tastes of its patrons and you can expect every tile out there at one place. Also they do have the best selection of quartz samples. read more

My personal experience: I was referred to them by someone who is currently doing business with them. I approached the front desk, smiled, and said that I came referred from another customer and hopefully they could help me. Tatiana was incredibly helpful, happy, and kind. Not only was she pleasant, but was proactive in helping search the vendor, find my product, place a sample order; take me around the wonderful showroom to show me similar samples. They did not have a sample of my tile in stock, but no big deal. She place an order for it and I'll go back! The price I was quoted was incredibly reasonable and she also pointed out other similar products from other vendors that were more expensive. The other customer service rep also was extremely friendly, proactive, and seemingly interested in my project and needs. I also walked out with a recommended installer. I have read the other reviews and think: Why are you waiting for someone to come to you? I went directly to them and they were perfect! Why are you upset that prices vary from one store to another and expect rock bottom pricing with doing research? I've been all of the city and know the products and know what most things are worth; who has higher prices and who lower? Why are you upset that they don't have YOUR sample? Ask them to place an order with their vendor! I think, sometimes, that each experience has as much to do with your own behavior and your own misguided expectations. My experience in service and in pricing was exceptional. Thank you all for making my morning. read more
