Great selection of used washing machines. and very good help. Delivery and set up seamless.

Well here I go again. Maytag washer failed after 20 years. Kimo's came through with a brand new 'out of the box' Whirlpool H.E. Washer (Maytag is part of the Whirlpool family now). Fair price and GREAT customer service. Nina the sales rep is still a rockstar, knows these appliances like her children. The delivery guys were awesome again, Luis and Juan. Give Kimo's a chance before you go elsewhere. I love Kimo's, but hopefully I'm set for another 20 years now :) read more

Very helpful and knowledgeable, bought a fridge for our garage. Great deal, great value. We're very happy with our Frigidaire. Good stuff!!!! read more

I did not have a good experience at Kimo's. Came into Kimo's about 8 months back. They posted a killer deal on Craigslist, got there and they would not honor it. Owner said it was posted by mistake, and was really shitty about it, like I was trying to rip him off. Okay fine, if something seems to good to be true, it is. Was still able to find a used washer and dryer set for double the price. Install and delivery went well, they were real professional and the owner even came through to install them. 3 months later the dryer took a shit. Called Kimo's, they said it was past the warranty and could do nothing about it. I would have to pay to have it fixed or buy a new one. So I bought a new one on sale from home depot, seems to be working fine so far. Now the washer took a shit, and I'm out 900 I spent on the set plus what I have to spend on a new washer. I love the idea of buying used appliances for the discount but I ended up spending a lot more money than I would if I bought it brand new. The truth is everything is so poorly built now a days that it's going to break down no matter what. Manufacturer's want you to buy new appliances every couple years, that's their business model. And it's fucking over customers and a small business like Kimo's just trying to stay alive. It's lose, lose, unless you're the giant corporation taking advantage of honest people just trying to wash their fucking clothes. Good luck Kimo's! I'm rooting for you guys. But I won't be buying anything from your store ever again. read more

I was looking for a used appliance, hoping to score a deal on a garage refrigerator. This place is great for those who want deals and value on refrigerators. While they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, everyone was really friendly and there was a great selection of both used and new appliances. The only downside is that it's a little more expensive than big box retail, which is unfortunate since this mom-and-pop shop can't quite compete on price. But if you want to support local business, you can do so at Kimo's. In the end, they didn't have something that would work for me, but I'm glad I checked it out. read more

I will searching for a refrigerator I needed one immediately. I looked every place in the valley and I was referred by Waadt to Kimo's. I called and spoke to Nina, she was very pleasant, helpful, very customer service-oriented. I told her what I was looking for she told me to hold on a moment. I came back to the phone and said, we have two choices for you, they're both brand new. We're here until 6pm. Once she told me the address I said, I drive by there every day.I had no idea I could actually come in and buy some appliances. I arrived at 5:30. Nina was at the front desk to greet me with a smile and lots of energy. I actually thought I was going to get the runaround. She was going to show me some refrigerators that I did not want. That were not the right size much. To my surprise, she went right to the 2 refrigerators told me how much they were opened them up told me all the benefits told me what the delivery would be. I was ecstatically surprised and happy. I immediately made my purchase. My refrigerator was delivered on time as promised. I would recommend them for any appliance needs and don't worry. Nina always has a smile. read more

20 STARS !! This is the 3rd time I have had Kimo's to the house only this time it was the washer flopping back and forth turned out to be the washer tub had cracked and needed to be replaced Tony did a great job super reasonable price as my fridge washer and dryer are old school tough and if parts are avail I will not invest in Nylon or Plastic parts. read more

I've gotten several appliances from Kimo's over the past decade... you just can't beat the prices! Plus the staff is very knowledgeable. My refrigerator died at a very unfortunate time and I was able to get a new one there for over $900 under retail. Delivery went really well too! If you are on a budget, they really work with you. Highly recommend their repair services as well! They don't over charge, and are completely honest. Thank you again Kimo's for making me yet again a very satisfied customer. read more

3rd time purchasing an appliance from Kimo's. Great deals, come with warranty. Never had any issues with what we've bought. Took away our old machine when they delivered. The used machine we bought looks new and saved us about $700. Delivery team installs and showed us some of the new features of our washing machine. read more

I found a great fridge at Kimo's! And the delivery was awesome! It was a tight fit, from the front door, to the kitchen doorway. We thought we might have to remove my front door, but the delivery guys angled it just right and it slid right through! Hurray!! If you need an appliance at a good price, go to Kimo's. From the front office gal to the delivery guys, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I'll definite use them again. read more

Our buying experience with Kimo's was great. Friendly, professional service with a wide selection. We purchased a slightly dented garage ready freezer, they picked up our old broken freezer and installed the new one. Highly recommend them if you're in the market. read more

Our refrigerator stopped cooling, and Kimo sent a team to inspect it. They determined that the refrigerator motor was faulty and too costly to fix. Amazingly, the day before Thanksgiving, Kimo delivered a new refrigerator, and it has been working perfectly since then. We've also had issues with our washer , but they promptly sent someone to fix it. They are incredibly honest and professional. I highly recommend their services! read more

KIMO'S TO THE RESCUE! I called to ask if they could repair the transmission on my beloved Kenmore Series 90 washer. A lovely and nice woman named Martha said she would ask the technician. 20 minutes later she returned my call with a confirmation it can be repaired and their tech Tony would be happy to make a service visit. I was thrilled!! Tony arrived on time and within minutes provided the exact part my washer needed. I was thrilled again! Within one hour the job was completed to beyond my satisfaction. My washer runs better than ever! Tony was nice, knowledgeable and professional. But it doesn't stop there....James from the office called the day before to confirm the appointment, and Nina called after the repair to see how it went. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE? ........KIMO'S!!! What incredible customer service! Thank you so much Martha & Tony for the reassurance that Quality and Caring service is still alive! Yours truly, Karen L. read more

This is my second review of Kimo's because I purchased a second major appliance from them last week. I don't know why I bothered to look at other places before ending up, once again at Kimo's. They have everything. Their prices are lower than anyone else. For real. But even better, honestly, is the service and the people who work there. Greeted at the door by Nina, she noticed I wasn't feeling well and immediately gave me a cold bottle of water. Like who does that? I was shocked and so thankful at the same time. She was super helpful finding us the appliance I was looking for in my price rage with options. I went home and decided to purchase the appliance but still not feeling well did not feel like talking and guess what? I could text. No way! So happy about that. AND I was able to purchase it via Zelle. She typed up my agreement/invoice within minutes and my delivery was scheduled. Thank you Nina. When it was delivered by James (aka Kimo) it was just an ideal delivery with perfect results, as usual. I love this place. Don't go anywhere else. You'll thank me later. read more

AMAZING! Love this place. I first interacted with Kimo's in February 2025 to fix the drum in my washing machine. Now, the lid won't lock which means machine won't work (July 2025). Another appliance repair company came out and quoted me close to $400 for the part and labor. umm... my washing machine is not fancy. I could buy new. I talk to Kimo's and they said - it's too much. We will come out and take care of it. AND THEY DID. For a fraction of the price. I highly recommend for any appliance needs. They are honorable, direct and easy to work with. just note... they are closed on Mondays so wait until they open before you panic about the laundry piling up ;-) read more

I recently purchased a used stove from Kimo's Appliances, a shop that sells second-hand appliances. But don't let it fool you into thinking that used appliances are necessarily cheaper than new ones. Case in point: The used stove Kimo's Appliances sold me has turned out to be MORE expensive than some brand new models. Moreover, the installation wasn't provided by licensed professionals. Worse yet, James Kimo -- the owner of Kimo's Appliances -- is not only passionate about driving a hard bargain but also steadfast in his refusal to make the smallest repair of the used appliances he sells. So before you think you will get a bargain at Kimo's Appliances, think again and check out new appliances at other stores. read more

I bought a new GE stove and a used Kenmore dishwasher from Kimo's and they just got delivered today. The prices were great, and the delivery was on time and very professional. I was amazed they manage to haul the stove up my narrow stairs. I definitely recommend getting your appliances from this store instead of going to the big box store nearby, as you cannot beat the value or the level of service. read more

I recently purchased a used refrigerator from Kimos Appliances and it was such an easy transaction and the pricing was excellent. Unfortunately what I purchased broke down, and I reached out to James and since I was in the 3 month warranty period, he sent out a tech free of charge to see if he could fix it. The fan had stopped working (an easy fix) but it caused other issues, and the parts were hard to find. Within a 24 hour period, they replaced my fridge with a new one (it has just come in with slight floor damage) and James and his assistant recommended this one to me. In addition the pricing was a savings from the "floor Damaged" ones I saw at the big box stores of over $300. I have become so used to lack of knowledgeable customer care in todays times, that I was almost unnerved at first and had to ask again. If you are looking for any type of appliance, they offer them all, used, slightly used, floor models, I highly recommend it is worth a call or a visit to Kimos Appliances. Not only for the pricing, but being treated so well. They have my business for life. read more

Our dryer was making an odd rubbing/scrapping sound so I called this outfit for a repair. 2 men showed up. They were here for about 10 minutes max. Showed me a part they said came from my dryer. I paid them $125 cash. Asked for a receipt, they said call the office. Sure enough, next time we used the dryer the scraping sound is still there. $125 for 10 minutes of work. Dryer not repaired. We absolutely recommend Kimo's appliances! our washer and dryer were delivered today on time (early actually!) the owner James, was one of the two who set up our appliances. James took the time to show us how everything worked and put both through cycles to make sure it was in perfect working condition. He was patient, helpful and friendly. Being renters and not wanting to by new appliances at retail prices, we could not be happier. from the first phone call with sales rep Jasmine, to James's installation, my husband and I could not be more impressed! Check them out before buying anywhere else, their selection is great. They stand behind their inventory because they appear to be very selective on what they buy and sale. read more

We love this company and the owner is so nice and knowledgable. We purchased a washing machine earlier this year in February when ours stopped working and we love the new one - it works great! We were so happy with the price, ease, service and quick delivery that we decided to purchase any future appliances here when possible. We were in need of a refrigerator a month or two back and found what we needed right away, a beautiful stainless steel LG fridge. The owner and co-worker delivered it pretty quickly and got it all nice and set up. We highly recommend checking out this company for new and refurbished appliances before you go to a chain store to buy just a new one. Thanks! read more

I've purchased several items from Kimo's over the last couple of years and am always satisfied with their products and amazing service. The washer, dryer, and refrigerator have lasted years and it wasn't until recently that I had to replace the refurbished washer (which lasted 4 years after purchase). We did discover there was a minor issue with the washer we purchased, to which the owner was able to send a technician out promptly to take a look, and even replaced it for us for no extra charge. Highly recommend Kimo's to anyone looking to purchase appliances as they're always friendly and helpful. read more

Recently purchased a Maytag washer and dryer from Kimo's. Jasmin helped us look through all the inventory. As usual the hardest part was convincing my wife what the best deal was. The transaction was very straight forward and we were on our way in under an hour. They even helped me load my purchase into the back of my pickup. It was not hard to install and my wife and I are both happy. You owe it to yourself to look at Kimo's and compare what you are buying before you make a purchase elsewhere. read more

Had an old dryer checked out by a different tech and told that it would cost more to repair than to replace. I looked online to purchase a used dryer and went to Kimo's. The owner, James, only had one dryer that would possibly work for me but asked why was wrong with my old dryer and I showed him the video and he said, my guy can fix that. His tech came 2 days later and sure enough fixed it for $175 with a 90 day warranty. Instead of pressuring me for a sale, he genuinely helped me out and saved me quite a bit of time, money and hassle. I would def use them again. read more

Avoid this business like the Plague! Bait & switch tactics - unethical business practices. Needed to sell a dryer (thats almost new!) So we contacted them to see what they would give us. For a $675 retail price machine, they offered $50. Ok, pretty low and not what we want. Fine. We keep it in mind. Fast forward to last night we tell them 48 hrs in advance that we need it gone and we'll take the $50. We offered to have them come out after business hrs if they preferred to make the deal happen. Instead, they bait & switched and saw an opportunity to take advantage of the situation. They told us they can make it out on monday BUT they can make it out on the day we want IF we give them the dryer for free. Are you serious guys? What a joke! I rather not do anything with the dryer than waste time driving out to meet them so that they could pick it up for FREE and then sell it for $300 on their website (they are selling an older model Kenmore for $300 for reference). I understand times are tough and you need business but if this is way you're going to go about it then you might as well close your doors and switch careers. If you're reading this review then do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere to a business that still has integrity and honest practices. read more
