The first time was before the lock down in December, and the second was today, April 17, 2020. Both experiences were very good. I was so happy that they were operating and able to come out for the repair today. They wore gloves and masks and were very respectful of communicating with us while observing social distancing. The repair was fast and inexpensive. I really appreciate this local business and recommend them if you need an appliance repaired.

This is now an appliance store, not a furniture store. Their customer service is Sugar Honey Iced Tea, served with a smile. The guy up front that I thought was helpful wasn't. The compressor of the first refrigerator I purchased was blown within a week and then I had to figure out how I was going to haul it back to this location to swap it for a different fridge. They don't offer refunds. It's very difficult to get in contact with anyone over the phone, the number posted online is the number to the furniture store that used to occupy this space. Long story short, my experience was a nightmare in the daytime. I would give them negative 2 stars if it were possible.

I called them around 7:00 a.m. and left a message. They returned my call just before 8:00 a.m., got the info needed , and set up an appointment for a technician to come over. The woman i spoke with was very professional and helpful. She heard my concerns and understood my urgency of getting it looked at earlier rather than later. She communicated with the technicians that were out servicing other appliances to see if there would be any way to expedite their visit to my home. She also made sure to communicate with me about any updates. The technician was able to finish a prior service job and come by earlier to my home much earlier than the appointment I was given. The woman I spoke with called me to let me know the the technician would be able to arrive within 15 minutes. The technician "Reynaldo" was very professional and very knowledgeable. He wss able to diagnose the problem right away and gave me the quote for the service. I thought I was going to have to set up another appointment and wait for the part needed to complete the job, but he had the exact part needed in the work truck. I of course accepted to pay for the service. I think it was a very reasonable price and amazingly fast service. The technician, Reynaldo, explained and showed me the part that was broken, replaced what was needed, and started a short cycle to test the washer. It worked wonderfully! He cleaned up the work area and was done by 10:45 a.m. Professional and FAST service from both the woman I spoke to on the phone and the technician! Oleg pulled the fridge out, traced the leak, and found a blocked drain line causing the water to overflow. He cleared it, checked everything around the fridge, and made sure there wasn't another issue. What I appreciated most was that he didn't try to make the problem bigger than it was. No unnecessary parts or expensive repairs - just fixed what was actually wrong and charged accordingly. Really good experience and exactly how appliance repair should be.

Eventually come when the freezer started making a completely different, strange noise. I assumed the two problems were connected and was worried that whatever had caused the ice maker failure was now affecting the freezer. The technician checked both issues independently rather than assuming they had the same cause. As it turned out, they were unrelated. He repaired the ice maker and also located the source of the noise around the freezer fan area and made the necessary adjustment. Afterward, he tested both systems before wrapping everything up. One thing I particularly liked was how he separated things that genuinely needed attention from things that could simply be monitores. There wasn't a list of five recommended repairs suddenly added to the invoice. It felt much more like someone solving the problems we actually called about rather than looking for ways to increase the ticket. Everything has been working normally since.

I received 4 baby plants as a party favor at a networking event I went to in San Pedro. I was a…read morelittle scared about caring for them since I never had plants before. Luckily I was told that they are low maintenance and dog friendly since I have a little fur baby at home. A bonus was that they are a family small business in the area so I definitely wanted to check them out. I received one baby that was in a tube of water that has not yet sprouted roots. I had no idea what to do with and I was able to consult with the staff via instagram and got guidance on when it was time to pot and how to properly care for it. My favorite baby is the heart leaf hoya and I recently noticed that it has outgrown it's little pot. I decided to take it in person to have it re-plotted. The store is a cute little plant boutique and I was greet by one of the owners. She took care an replotted my hoya and answered all of my questions as a novice plant mom. She even showed me examples of what my plants are gonna grow into be once they get bigger. I never once felt belittle for my lack of experience with plants. I hope to come back to get more plants once I get the hang of my current babies. I'll be sure to be back in the future with my questions.
