However when you ask about a specific appliance that's listed they force you to visit the store before confirming whether or not they actually have it. The employee told us that all equipment is checked before putting it out on the floor, and they are in good condition. That was a lie. Last week my 16 year old washer died... it had been a slow and noisy death but it finally went kaput. Had a diagnosis from a repair person who said it was the transmission and not worth fixing. Oy, I thought, just in time for the holidays? My brokest time of the year... ;) ;(... ( my emotional state of mind) anyway, I got the app OFFER UP and delved deeply into every listing re: washers. My oh my, so many choices but many more challenges... meeting people at storage facilities wanting cash and no warranty nor guarantee and no way to check the machine's power/working order etc had me flummoxed. People moving and wanting me to pick it up asap again cash and no guarantee wasn't gonna work either. Older machines? Yikes. But I saw a place advertised called APPLIANCE LIQUIDATION pop up many times. I reached out via the app and they let me know their hours and location. Little did I know that they are part of the multi-store conglomerate AXIS SUPPLY CORP. and they have many, many locations... I digress. So, went down there yesterday morning and went in with my trusted and savvy neighbor who owned the truck we were using for my possible pick up. Not the hugest selection, but one machine fit all my needs, but had a large dent on its side. We turned it over and saw it was cosmetic and would not hinder the washing process. ( fingers crossed), right? Decided to buy it because Christian, a lovely and knowledgeable salesperson in charge explained to us that the machines are all checked before they get there and they come with a ONE YEAR WARRANTY!!!! Okay, I put my credit card in ? (NO CASH BUSINESS) and yesterday I got an additional 10% off. He also let me know that all their locations get new merchandise weekly...Walked out the door dancing as they loaded it into the vehicle... such a deal!!! And definitely will not deplete my holiday funds at all. Phew :) Unloaded at our house and it fit perfectly under my protective outdoor covered area. I was chuffed! This morning I used it and IT WORKS PERFECTLY!!! I cannot recommend this business anymore than 5 stars, but it was a seamless and wonderful experience! *My big tip* Know what you want before you buy here and ask a lot of questions before you buy. The entire operation seems kinda shady to me for a few reasons. First up, the company is Axis Supply Corp dba Appliance Liquidation and the name I am seeing on the web is something different altogether. So my friend buys a Hot Point washing machine with a 3 year warranty that she asked me to pickup and install. The guy sitting behind a desk at the front could care less about who we were or what we wanted but we finally established the reason we were there. I had brought my own hand truck (dolly) and this dude actually had me follow him so I could pull the item. This kid is gonna go far, lol So after I had pulled the item and began putting it on my dolly, he just headed towards his desk. "HANG ON", I said and then asked about the extended warranty and as he is again walking away, he says: "parts, labor and repairs" and then continues, now 10 foot away : "If the machine breaks down or quits working, if we can't fix it in 3 years, we will give you a new machine". What exactly does that mean? They can work on it for 3 years? Anyway, the machine has just been installed with new water supplies, new water lines and a new waste water hose. The problem is the machine has no power. Yes, it has a power cable and is plugged in and the circuit breaker is functioning but the unit is dead. Do not even waste your time coming here. Total scam. They verbally tell you there's a one-year warranty but there is nothing to confirm that in writing. They say you have to buy something first and get the receipt to get their company store phone number. That is such a red flag. Even then, no one ever answers so it's impossible to reach customer support. Plus the homeboy working in this store has the worst attitude and is obnoxious by how much he doesn't care about being helpful. read more

Dont let appearance run you off, broken glass looks disorganised however i was on my way to buy a used mini fridge for 80.00 and stopped in and found what i wanted mnew in the box price was a little more than my target however i asked clerk about it and he said you take 60% off marked price ,i said ok and just waited for some additional fees or charges ,nothing marked price minus 60% plus sales tax all in . Then Ipulled my car around and as I am nurseing a foot injury the sales person had asked where i lived earlier and stated he was just going to lunch and offered to follow me and help me get it into my apartment , He came and carried it up the 15 steps to my apartment and off he went . There are still some good souls in this caustic world. talk about not meeting but tatally exceding my expectations . total 5 star experience ,thank you read more

SERVICE HORRIBLE and RACIST employee. The "employee" there was so rude to my mom. He literally ignored her when she was asking where the stoves were at so she called me into the store. When I asked him the same exact question he ignores me as well and tells me to "wait". THIS MAN was literally on his phone texting.
