Great place for original plumbing parts Great selection of products for bathrooms and kitchens read more

Walked in to find a store full of beautiful things to upgrade or repair your bathroom or kitchen. I was personally looking for a part to repair a leaking shower. I had looked all over the place and they had exactly what I needed. Don't remember the name of the workers, but started off with an African American man who was very helpful and ended up being helped by a very helpful and kind Hispanic man. Either way, drove a great distance for excellent service and my parts. The place is clean, easy to find off of a main street. Easy parking and plenty to choose from. Definitely recommend! read more

This place is definitely not the cheapest, but when you're looking for a rare plumbing item or fixture repair part this is the place to go. For me i found certain O-ring sizes for old fixtures that none of the big box stores carry and I got rings for my old piping here as well. Parking is good here as well and it's very convient to me, but I know what I want always so it's not a bad experience, definitely not a place for newbies or somene needing advice, on what to buy as it's very old school and for professionals. read more

Display products are aimed at upscale customers. No longer the wide selection of items for the average home owner in this neighborhood.

The owner here is a real jerk and extremely rude! I had a very small gumball machine in this establishment, which was for a good cause; it donated proceeds to children in need. The National Children's Cancer Society to be exact. And I was told to take it out because "it was in the way" and because "it was not selling " This machine is about 3' tall, and the base is about a foot in diameter. This machine was in the corner, NOT in the way at all! He then proceeded to tell me it doesn't sell, which this machine was my best-performing machine thus far. This is a plumbing supply store, it's not like customers were coming here solely for this gumball machine! I showed him the quarters that it made, and I still asked if I could move it before taking it out completely. He was very aggressive in telling me to take it away! So no, I DON'T recommend coming here for your plumbing needs. Hirsch Pipe and Supply in Lawndale is way better and way more friendly than this jerk! read more

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, especially the manager, Henri. I would give them zero stars if I could. We came in ready to make major purchases for a full home renovation including faucets, tubs, sinks, toilets, vanities, and drains. We gave Henri our budget upfront, expecting knowledgeable guidance, but instead he wasted hours of our time showing us products far beyond our stated price range and offered no effort to help us find anything that actually fit. When we visited a competitor the next day, we realized just how off he and the experience was. Either he pushed brands and products that made no sense for our budget or his prices are wildly inflated. On top of that, his attitude was detestable. He was dismissive, condescending, and openly chauvinistic toward my wife. It is hard to believe someone in customer service could behave this way. Business must be good for him to treat paying customers with such arrogance. Months later, when we found out our chosen supplier could not get the soaker tub we wanted, we reluctantly went back to see if Henri could help. True to form, he was rude, unhelpful, and laughed at us when we asked if he would match a competitor's price, saying no because they were not an authorized dealer. When we explained we would be requesting a credit from our rep for the mix up, he laughed again and said, "Good luck with that." Well, we got the $1,000 credit and ended up buying the same soaker tub from another company in Los Angeles for even less than our original quote just to avoid giving Henri the sale. So thank you, Henri. Your arrogance actually saved us money, and we were able to spend $25,000 with one of your competitors instead. Save yourself the frustration of going here and specifically avoid Henri. You will be glad you did. read more

Looking for incompetency? You have found the right place! After multiple (yes, multiple visits) to the store, consulting with three different employees, I still did not get all the essential parts to finish the remodel of my bathroom. Knowing that I am inexperienced in this area, I consulted who I thought would be experts (as they work at place that sells all of the plumbing items needed for the remodel). They are not. I asked again, again, and again, each time I went to the store if I needed to purchase anything else, as the remodel was just around the corner, and was told on repeat that I was good to go. Spoiler alert, I was not. The first time, I was told the sink I picked was the wrong size and I need to pick a new one (it was not, and the one I picked fit perfectly, so thank you for that waste of time). The second time, I was told everything I picked would take 6 weeks to ship so I needed to pick new items again (and that the previous employee who helped me didn't know anything about anything). The third time, I changed the whole look and design of the bathroom based on what they had in stock right then and there, checking that I had everything I needed, again (and again...). Only to find out mid-construction that I did not have all I needed because when I specified I want these two items, I guess that meant I only wanted one of them, but please act like you gave me both, and try to make it seem like I was the fool. That's what I get for trusting "experts." Lesson learned, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, fool me three times... read more

I was sent here by another plumbing supply place that did not carry the part I needed. Luckily the guys here were able to help me very quickly as they are very knowledgeable & carried the part. It really looks like they have everything you could ever need in stock. The showroom is very clean & organized. Lots of parking for this shop as well. Overall I was very impressed. read more

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years but now I will no longer purchase from them I ordered a faucet and the faucet needed up being a used faucet that was faulty and missing parts. When I went in to complain because I had to have a plumber put in the faucet and then take it out, the manager Henry there did not care about any of my issues. read more

This company is nothing short of AMAZING! Alex was so patient & kind, and he explained everything about the bidet seat we purchased, both over the phone and in person; he took so much time with us, and we never felt rushed. The item was waiting for us, and ready to go, when we arrived, as Alex promised. Everyone who we met was so nice! Reback's showroom selection was FANTASTIC, with more fixtures than any other store we've ever visited! We drove over an hour to get there and would do it again many times over! All in all, 5 stars and an exceptional experience! read more

Worst customer service. One guy in particular is straight up rude. Never caught his name but he's a AA fellow. I've never experienced anyone as rude as this guy in my life. I tried to support a small business but not this one ever again. Avoid at all costs. read more

Always outstanding service! They have the hard to find parts and they able to identify them .

We have been shopping at Reback's Plumbing for years. They have a great selection and reasonable prices. We recently had to replace a broken Kohler toilet. The sales person who helped us suggested that we buy a Toto toilet and explained all the features that would allow this toilet to handle the hard water of Manhattan Beach. Once ordered, it arrived the very next day. read more

We went here because they have a large selection of faucets and plumbing supplies. We were on the "hunt" for an instant hot dispenser to replace ours which finally "gave up the ghost ... After having "visited" many websites ... we decided to give Rebacks a try ... "It was our lucky day" ... We found the one we wanted ... but more importantly, we were helped by Carlos Sanchez ... To say that Carlos is "one in a million" is an understatement ... He has years (and years) of plumbing knowledge ... he was patient ... answering our questions ... probably most of which have been asked "over and over again" by many customers before us. We felt he was really interested in the choices available and what was best for us ... He's got a wonderful sense of humor too. Carlos is exactly that person which makes customers want to return and shop here again. What a great experience ... AND while we we were there I saw a notice posted which I'm still laughing about today ... I posted it here ... read more

Unfortunately this place has absolutely no customer service. My husband and I went there this morning and not once did we get greeted by the 4 employees we saw, nor did we get asked if we needed help. But for some odd reason they asked other people. We walked around and left because no one decided to approach us. Don't go here. They are rude to the general public. It looks like they only care about their commercial sales then consumer sales. JUST to let you know I ended up purchasing a $1.6k faucet set for my bathroom From someone else. But im sure you guys don't care. That's probably chump change to you. read more

YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2017 - PART 2: 59/100 One of my toilets wouldn't stop leaking, so I dropped by Home Depot to score whatever part it needed. Unfortunately, they no longer carried whatever that was. But luckily, they referred us to Rebacks. Sure enough, they had it! But I thought I was quite pricey. I guess it's because it's no longer available everywhere. (I'm sure I could have found it cheaper online, but, it just couldn't wait.) What they do have, though, is some cool stuff! What beautiful choices in bath accessories - from faucets to sinks to tubs! What really wowed me, though, is the built in TV in a bathroom mirror! Not like I need it, but I thought it was really cool. Honestly, though? I'd probably only come back if neither Home Depot or Lowes don't have what I need... read more

My contractor sent me to Reback's for vanities, sinks, toilets, shower valves and faucets for my major remodel. He knows that I do not want common Home Depot contractor grade stuff and I was not disappointed in the selection of product here at a Reback's. For the 1-1/2 hours that I was there, I got personal help from Henri the manager in selecting each item that I needed, something that you never get at any home improvement store. He had knowledge and explained the differences in the models that I was interested in. He made me feel confident with my choices, unlike the idiots at Home Depot that try to act like experts but have to go ask another associate for help or just feed you a line of BS. Reback's sells premium grade products. It cannot be compared with prices of contractor grade stuff at Lowe's or Home Depot. I don't mind at all paying a premium for expert personal service and high end fixtures. Reback's is a good old fashioned brick-and-mortar establishment where you still get good quality and personal service. 4 Stars and not 5 because there is a negative to Reback's service: The woman who answers the phone there is not very friendly, and some of the others I happened to speak to seemed impatient. I've spent thousands of dollars here and expect courtesy. read more

I needed an adapter for the portable washing machine I bought, to work with my faucet. My first stop was Ace Hardware and when they didn't have the part, the guy goes "if we don't have it then you'll just need a new faucet". Uuuh, thanks - for nothing! So I went to Lowe's next. They didn't have the part but the gentleman was kind enough to suggest Reback's. He said, "whenever we don't have a part, the person goes, I'll just go to Reback's then!". Sure enough, they had an adapter that works with my faucet - no new faucet needed - and they couldn't have been more helpful. read more

This place is hit or miss. Place is a bit of an old school dump where you would be more comfortable if you are a plumber as they cater to plumbers but the also have a tight and packed showroom with high end products. Best to go in for help as you can get some very patient and helpful people on the phone or some real jerks. Most of the time I've had jerks. When I purchased a bathroom faucet the salesman said he would have it in a couple of days to a week (exact words), so 5 days later I called and said, "I happen to have the day off and I was wondering if my faucet came in?" The guy on the phone said, No, it will take a couple of weeks. I responded I was told it would be a week, So he starts tearing into me, "IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN A WEEK! YOUR FAUCET WON'T BE HERE FOR 2 MORE WEEKS! Then he starts repeating himself and I am thinking, who talks to customers this way? I've worked in customer service for years and have never ever raised my voice, let alone shown frustration. Obviously not wanting to do business with Rebacks I cancelled my order and went back to get my refund, I had to pay a 25% return fee on an item I never even picked up. My faucet was $428.00 and I paid $107 restocking fee. If you do go there you will see 6 signs that say 25% minimum on return items. I'm sure I'm not alone with this story. read more

This place is a plumbers best friend and worst nightmare. Plumbers love coming here for parts which cannot be found at your local Home Depot or Lowes. The nightmare comes in when the plumbers customers discover this place for themselves! I still love our plumber...:) I love coming here looking for items that are hard to find especially when you don't want to spend the money doing a major overhaul of your bathroom or kitchen sink all because certain brands want you to conform to how bathrooms of today are built. We have a pretty old fashioned kitchen faucet and when it finally came time to change it out we found that Home Depot and Lowes didn't carry those types of faucets. Needless to say we were pretty defeated until we remembered Reback's. This has been a local staple in Gardena since 1950 (I think even the sign is still the same from when it first opened) and as a supporter of local businesses it only made sense to come here. To our relief we found the type of faucet we were looking for and also some other The prices are a bit higher than your local hardware store, but it is a local business and aren't subsidized like other places they guarantee their products just the same. The staff are super nice and knowledgeable and wont try to sell you something you truly don't need. If you are looking for hard to find plumbing products, this is the place for you! read more

I was there today and needed and a new part for my cold water handle bathroom sink that would not turn. He was named Carlos and was one of the most helpful nice people that I've had the pleasure of working with on something like this.
