I accidentally drove to the OTHER Santa Ana location but was able to get to the right one, this one in Friday traffic right before closing. Like, ten minutes before closing. The associate who greeted me, whose name I didn't get, was polite, helpful and quick. He got my receipt printed, some coupons placed in my hand and a battery in my arm in short time and I was on my way back into the traffic to go home. While the battery ended up not being the issue with our Internet (boo) my experience here was great (yay) and I plan on brining a dead car battery to them if it doesn't charge up correctly in the future.

Craig (I believe was his name) was the first gentleman to greet and assist me. I told him my car make and model and that I needed to replace my battery since I hit my 3-year mark on it and he instantly let me know it would cost $105 (which included installation by the way; what a good deal)! Not only that, he and Juan got started on it right away and it only took about 10 minutes to get it replaced! By the end of it, I had to pay with two cards and Craig kindly only charged me a total of $103.90, I had to give them a 5 star review! He helps me get the perfect package of super glue, a package containing 4 small tubes for less then the price of 1 larger tube, I was ecstatic because I generally throw them away because they get dried up and useless before I use ore than a few drops. anyway he then asks me about my choice of oil and checks the adds for me and finds a better brand for cheaper that has a special for a free oil filter with the purchase. So yes I like saving money. I am sure my mechanic will use the filter at my next appointment. So everybody wins. Basically I was given great service by Victor or Vincent sorry I can't recall, he helped me above and beyond while the guy that was working with him was on the phone the entire time and it didn't sound like a work call based on the F bombs he dropped.
