Located on Westminster Boulevard is in the spot parking is ample because they have their own lot. My purpose for visiting was to purchase lightbulbs for my vehicle. I found exactly what I wanted hanging on the shelf, a Sylvania pair of lightbulbs for $5.49. I carefully shopped and compared the other lightbulbs to choose the exact bulbs to replace. When I got to the register the employee indicated they were $10.99 and when I asked for an explanation she said some people put stuff back in the wrong spots. To me this is simply clear that this is not what happened. The store is just charging me double from the advertise price, and it seems like a poor way to make additional revenue because I will not return to the store. I came in to get some fuses and had asked for advice because I hadn't changed them before, but had a vague idea. The American employee at the front proceed to be as useful if not less useful than Helen Keller. He mocked me when I had said I checked the fuses but they didn't look blown and I asked if there's anything I should know to replace them, by saying "wait so you don't know how to replace them but you've checked them?" In a snarky tone. Honestly I would have appreciated help more from Helen Keller I'm almost certain she would have been far more useful and polite. But hey he sold two fuses so I guess that works out for him. I'd give a lower rating if possible. Perhaps a 1/3 of a star. read more

Great service. Called because I bought rotors and breaks the month before and for some reason my breaks went out already. Unfortunately can't remember the gentleman I spoke to at 8:20'am Monday morning. But I was assured to buy them again and bring the old ones back and I would be refunded my money. So far great. Went there the next day got my rotors and breaks. Great service. I was going to give them 5 stars for their service but I had to choose 1 star because the brakes from O'Reillys that they call their own brand suck they go out after 2 to 3 months if you commute like me. Which is 50 miles to and 50 miles back. Do yourself a favor do not buy their in-house brand. Choose something else. Don't say I didn't warn you. read more

Great service. I called in the morning to order some 5w 50 oil since they don't carry it on hand. They had to order a whole case (12qts) all I needed was 4. I was called the same day before 1 pm and told my oil had arrived. When I got there and started talking to the rep, I was able to get the whole case at a cheaper price than per single unit. We're in the middle of a pandemic, but as an 'essential ' business, they're open. There is a very prominent sign on the door that says wearing a mask is required. As there should be! However, inside, the two store clerks and two other customers didn't have masks and were all talking to each other as if its four months ago. Must be a pre-req to be an unethical idiot to work at this O'Reilly's. My cousin was strapped for cash, so I helped him take off his warped rotors and measured to see if there was enough depth to have them turned (meaning have them put on a lathe and have some material removed to make them uniform flat again). I called up this O'Reilly and they said sure, no problem bring them in. My cousin waited in like for about 15 minutes, only to be told another 15 minutes later that they WOULDN'T turn them. He asked why and spoke to the store manager. Store Mgr says oh they're not safe anymore and promptly brought out brand new rotors to SELL without being asked to. My cousin got smart and called me, I told him to bring those rotors back and I'd find somewhere else to get 'em turned. Now, I did call another store and it turns out that O'Reilly won't turn rotors anymore because they've been sued by another customer when a rotor shattered. Now, if this store had simply told us that over the phone, we'd be ok with it and moved along. However, for fucking lying over the phone to get us over there, make em wait, and then try to FORCE A SALE, this place would and deserves negative stars, not 1. I won't ever step foot in an O'Reilly's ever again because of this, and remember, if it sounds a little like horseshit, realize that these guys are trained salesmen, not mechanics. Any advice they give that you need this or that is bound to be a sack of monkey shit piled on with whipped cream. Run by your car scenario if you have a friend or acquaintance before turning over your $ to these assclowns. These guys know a whole lot of nothing.They half way ruined a pair of rotors and told me they were warped to much run out they are beyond the point of cutting them, after they already tried cutting them and jacked them up and of course offered to sell me theirs for $200. I asked if they measured the rotors...there reply NO.Went down the street to another parts store they fixed it no problem,plenty of life left. BUYER BEWARE OR BE SCREWED !!! Purchased two set of snow chains on 12/21/12. When we opened the first set, discovered they had been used, returned, and resold. We opened the second set and they appeared to be new. I tried to return them both (due to bad faith sale) and was told there was a no return, no exchange, no refund, no store credit policy on these items. I was not told of such a policy when I bought them and there were no signs posted (before or after). Tried to contact online help and have been ignored. A POOR PLACE TO BUY AUTO PARTS FROM !!! On-line resolution: After much much effort, an on-line directive was sent to the store to provide a refund (for a never used product !!). I would still advise not buying here.
