The young man Vinny was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and had a great attitude with rude customer service everywhere he was a breath of fresh air. read more

Thank You Luis Came in for the battery test and car test thing bc my car was stalling. He shared knowledge about the gas circulation and the egr valve. He showed his kindness through helping me figure out the issue with the valve and fixed it! Also helped me out with the air filters. He was generous and very informative! read more

Gave a call prior to coming to this location inquiring if this location recycles used car oil. The associate let me know that this location does recycle. Upon arrival, the entrance and exit door both have a hand written sign that their oil tank is full. If they couldn't accept anymore, that would have been a nice thing to know on the phone before coming here and wasting my time and gas. read more

Bad customer service. I asked for blinker fluid and the fat guy in the front told me "are you going to be fucking around or are you going to buy something?" I told him my car needs it and if he doesn't fix I'll report him to HR. My name is Harry Balsac and the fact he thinks blinker fluid is a joke surprises me as he works at an Autozone. I want this place shut down immediately for gender discrimination and the fact I couldn't get my blinker fluid. read more

This is the best AutoZone in town. I live in Fullerton and come specifically to this one for the great customer service. I needed a new battery and Benjamin was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to find the perfect battery for my car. He was helpful and friendly. This store is always has what I need. I don't mind driving the extra miles just to know that Benjamin will help me. Great job. read more

This is probably one of the best AutoZone even though I don't live anywhere around. Was working close by. I needed to change my bulb because my turn signal was not working. Went in. Gave my vehicle make and model. The manager gave the bulb. He followed me out to my vehicle to make sure it was the right one. Brought tools out to help me change it. Some of the screw bits were missing because people don't like to return things. One of the employees went to his vehicle to get me his own personal tools and helped me change the bulb. I can't remeber his name. But it's the bald man with the beard. He has a great heart for helping people and seem to love what he does. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. read more

I went there to buy an alternator, I had called ahead to make sure they had the alternator. I told the cashier that I had called ahead to make sure they had the part he looked at me and said well you didn't talk to me on the phone and rolled his eyes. The manager came to help and he was just as rude as the cashier. I will not be returning to this AutoZone. The AutoZone on Walker and Lincoln has employees that are respectful and polite. read more

Service is fast and reliable. There was a Jorge, Julio, Manny, Alex and Jimmy that worked that day. They truly work as a team. They are incredibly hard working and dedicated. The Store Manager was also amazing and skillful. He is well-respected by his workers. read more

These guys were standing around. We had a line 4 deep and another customer asked for help. They just stood there. If you're in a hurry don't come here. Dudes just standing there yawning out loud. Maybe he needs a nap or to go home. Terrible service. read more

I came in for supplies and Jorge and Manuel were wonderful. They both were very professional.

Went here to get parts and tools to service my 2015 Nissan Sentra. Immediately felt welcomed by everyone when entering. Spoke with Jimmy who reached out and asked if I needed help. Thanks to Jimmy I got everything I needed. He kept me informed, got me all the parts and tools I needed. Jimmy definitely went above and beyond in customer service. The location also has ample parking, which is usually not the case with most Auto Zone stores. Making this my new go-to store for auto parts and tools. read more

Julio P changed my battery, great help, one of the better services I've received at any Auto Zone trips I've ever made

Honestly turned my bad week into a great week. After a couple hours at home I finally figured out how to change my front windshield wipers on my own, only to find out my rear wiper was completely different and I got the wrong one at target, and then the wrong one at Costco, oof! I decided to go to autozone to get the correct wiper, and my headlight just went out too. I was instantly greeted by a friendly woman who got me the correct parts I needed (I didn't catch her name, but I came on 3/15/23 at 7:45pm). She explained the different bulb options I could pick from and what the differences were. Also two employees, (I believe their names are Benwar and Enji) installed the wiper & headlight bulbs for me!!! Everyone was soo nice & happy to help. A huge weight of relief came off my shoulders tonight!! I will never go to Costco or Target for car parts again, Autozone forever!! Thank you so much! read more

I recently came in to Auto Zone to use their code reader for my car. Let me start by saying Abraham is excellent. His customer service skills are thru the roof. He went above and beyond to assist myself and my wife on what we were looking for. He even went as far as not only informing us of what part we needed for our car but he gave us insight of how to install the part and even walked outside to our vehicle to show us where the part was located under the hood that needed to be replaced. If you ever come in to this location do yourself a favor and ask for Abraham. read more

The customer service at this Autozone is just amazing!! I was helped by Raul, who was very knowledgeable and professional. He even went out of his way to help me install my battery because I had no idea how and didn't have anyone else available to help- all the auto mechanic shops were closed by then. He literally saved me from needing to get towed which would have cost me a lot more money. He wouldn't even accept tip when I offered. Chivalry is alive here at this Autozone! I can't thank him and Autozone enough. Saved me when I was freaking out a little. I wish I can give them 100 stars. Loyal customer for life read more

Had them check out my battery and as I tought needed to replace it. They had the battery for my car in stock and they provided me with tools needed to swap out the battery to avoid core charge. Staff was really quick at helping me out, asked to help with battery and very friendly. Would recommend coming to this Autozone with any car needs. read more

My windshield wipers were making some noise for a while, but hey we in Cali and hardly ever rains...Except the past few weeks been coming down so I had to swap the originals...Went in and a kid helped me out by looking at the recommended one's for my car. They didn't fit so I went back inside and Omar told the kid to process the exchange, while he went out to see which wipers would fit the car. He went through about 3 different one's until we found which one's fit correctly. The originals were easy to pop in and out, but after-market would have taken me a while doing by myself...I really appreciate Omar coming outside in the rain close to closing time and taking care of it for me. Thank you. read more

Douglas was very patient with me and came outside to help me attach my windshield wiper, was very good service from this shop today, thanks to Doug and the staff read more

I've been shopping at Autozone since it acquired Chief Autoparts. I hate the service at Kragen/O'Reilly's and Pep Boys (are they still around?). I have 4 AutoZone's to choose from with 5-10 minutes from my house, but I always drive the extra 5 minutes (15 minutes away) to this location. The store is clean, organized and the staff seems to know what they are doing. Kudos to their manager for clearly making sure the staff stays on top of their game. read more

Everyone was super nice and helpful. The manager helped me change my brake light as well as helped my dad with the alternator for his Cadillac. We didn't know what fuse it was, so the manager let us buy both and return one later. Will definitely be coming again for my car needs!! read more

I rented a tool around closing time and didn't inspect so this part is my fault. When I bring it back the next day they pull out a new one to show me that the one they rented me is in bad shape & I would have to come back when the store manager is there. I ask why he didn't rent me that one instead and he couldn't speak for whoever was working the night before.. scam! Haha I'll just keep it.. read more

The associate John was amazing. My car wasn't starting w/ out a jump so we brought it to check the battery and they tested it to see if it was the battery or the alternator. John was great he check it and installed the new battery and alleviated my fear of it being the alternator. Great service read more

Thank you to James Gardner! For great customer service helping ME with my car. Had a dead battery & he helped me. Thank you!!

I really hate auto parts stores because of the lack of customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by the uickness of the staff's attention at this location. I was even more impressed that they did not question me about returning a set of unused snow tire chains. The store I bought it at told me that there are no refunds on chains but this Stanton store is the one that had put a hold on them for me to pick up at the store I picked it up at (sorry, that was confusing). This Autozone seems like a newer location. I think I'll have to check it out more often. read more

I went into this 745pm autozone and asked for a bulb for my brake lights. Jorge the Mgr was talking to a female coworker and I asked if he could help me put it on and he said they are not allowed to got outside after dark due to safety concerns. I didn't want to drive with my brake lights out. I didn't have any tools but there was 3 of them just talking to each other. Bad customer service...check the camera and see if they were actually working..not going there anymore..autozone needs to check this service that they are offering..I'm just disappointed read more
