I went here to change my left front low beam since I found out it went dead. Anthony assisted me with great customer service he shows me the brightness for each different type for low beam RAV4 2013 XLE. He also helped me checking out my car battery as it was leaking corrosion for about 2 months. Luckily it is still under warranty and he hooked me up with a brand new car battery. Horrible Experience - Racially Profiled by Vince P If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I had an absolutely disgusting and humiliating experience at AutoZone thanks to an employee named Vince P. From the moment I walked in, I was being followed around the store like a suspect, not a customer. Vince had multiple people trailing me, clearly watching me like I was going to steal something. He kept pressing me about what I was looking for, and when I calmly said I was just browsing, he got mad. Literally mad. Then he started gossiping with another customer about me -- while I was standing right there. Completely unprofessional and wildly inappropriate. To make matters worse, Vince took a picture of me without my consent. Like some creep. For what? I was just trying to shop like anyone else. The racial profiling was blatant and disgusting. I've never been treated with such disrespect in a retail environment. Had the worst customer service experience ever! Management seem to be pretty bad at this location recently. I called prior to coming into the store to check inventory for washer fluid, was put on few times by David when called. Got frustrated and come to the store instead, same guy, kept seeing putting calls on hold while he's on his cell phone, this is very in professional. On top of that, the store was messy. My last visit was about a month ago, employees customer service was top notch and the store was very clean and organized. I don't know what happened with this location's service but I will not be returning for the future. I hope I'm not the only one experiencing this unacceptable service. read more
