Well, that was easy. Autozone location is very convenient and easy to get to. In the past, I had gone to places further away for my auto needs. Easy parking and a good way to get into the front door. While there, I noticed how clean and orderly all the aisles are. It was actually better to just ask for the items I needed than to wander through the stocked shelves. I was immediately helped at the counter by a friendly staff member, and he actually walked me to the items and helped me pick up the selected products. Good service. He added up and rang up the sale. Then the manager came, and he added me to the Autozone list. I will now receive future promotions and specialty sales. I'm glad to have found this conveniently located Autozone store.

I came in On an emergency pick up. My headlights went out. I was coming from corona California which is about an hour away. I got their 10 minutes before closing. The representative helped me with the tools and gave me the headlight lightbulb. I Literally was changing the lightbulb outside the store because I had to drive back. Turns out that Brandon contrer gave me the wrong headlight lightbulb. I had to sleep in my car and wait till the store opens. I'm sure whoever is reading this can Understand that I'm frustrated. I have taught myself not to be really really loud but very assertive. I walked in the am, Headed straight to commercial account because I do have a commercial account with AutoZone. The guy sitting in the far right who turns out to be the general manager of the store. His name is Matthew Taylor. I greeted him and said I'm very frustrated. My life was at risk yesterday. He responded to me and said why was your Life at risk. I Explained to him i had to sleep in my car and that that's risky. I showed him what i needed , He then was explaining to me the difference between the bulb I purchased yesterday And the bulb that I needed. I got irritated and said why are you trying to explain this to me. I don't need to know this at that moment, but your employee needs to know this. It's literally a step-by-step computer process. He then said in a condescending tone well if you have a commercial account you should know this. You can imagine my face. I then told him no I don't. He then said that he didn't like the way I was speaking to him. Trying to get out his mistake... trying to blame me. I said I'm speaking to you fine i am just Sounding assertive and that it's not rude. You are sitting here trying to school me and not even apologizing. (Which is baffling to me now that I think about it. He's sitting running a store and I own businessES.) I then asked where is the manager. He then said he was the highest up and then began to laugh. I told him it's not funny and I can't be Believe you are not taking this seriously and that we're done here I will contact your district manager and get an apology. I'm confused on Why he was granted such a position. If he worked 4 me I'd tell him you need to apologize or you are terminated. He is painting A bad image for AutoZone. AutoZone please fix. Mathew doesn't possess common sense. Maybe this will help.

I purchased BMC performance air filters for my new Nissan Z here. I picked them up when they were…read moreready. When I tried to install them, they did not seem to fit correctly. I emailed them and got a response the next business day. After a couple of emails, they were willing to give me a refund. When I went back to get that done, I spoke to the owner, who asked if I'd mind letting him see the issue. I had no problem. The new filters were clearly of higher quality then the ones that came with the car. They also were made withy higher quality materials. That seemed to be the issue. The old filters fit very loosely into the air filter housing and the new ones did not fit easily. After a few minutes and some pictures, the owner discovered that the filters do fit, they are just far more snug. He as willing to give me the refund or have someone trim the filters. After they fit, neither was necessary. They'll work fine. I really appreciated how willing EDO was to deal with the issues I had, including giving me a refund, which I ended up not wanting. I already saw that they have a great selection of high end car lubricants and I will be back here to have them do the oil changes on the car. I came in to buy air filters and I left wanting to be a returning customer.

My feedback reflects my experience and the issues I faced…read more The EDO product line is strong, including the Tomioka Turbos. I purchased a used unit from a vehicle with a blown engine. The engine failure was not caused by the Tomioka turbo. The turbo held together through an internal engine implosion. The blade damage was minimal and no damages to the bearing, which shows the strength and build quality of the unit. EDO assisted with obtaining the missing components for this pre-owned kit. They supplied the required bolts, nuts, gaskets, couplings and the sensor in a fast and efficient manner. Due to current pricing and inflation, the total parts cost was about 1,000 dollars. The turbo kit has performed above expectation. My vehicle produces 361 hp and 301 tq at the wheels on flex fuel. I expect solid service from this pre-owned kit. If any issue arises, I take comfort in knowing a long-standing shop such as EDO Performance is available to support me.

dont even bother, as they are all either rude or just incompetent…read more oh, where to start. let's see...i brought my bosche battery here because my car wasnt starting and the battery was totally drained from trying to start it. I figured if nothing else I could at least test battery to make sure the batteries battery wasn't the cause of my issues. I'd see a commercial about how their experts would be happy to test a battery and stuff anytime. Well, needless to say, I went in there, and the person working in the counter, looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language when I asked if they could test my battery to make sure that it wasn't my battery that was dead and then it was something else and so he goes and get some tester and reports back how there's no charge and I'm like "yeah I know that, but is it able to hold a charge?" and he looks at me with a dumb stare like again I'm speaking a foreign language. Regardless, I end up basically donating my boesch batteries and buying one of their batteries off the shelf there. Why do I say donating? Because of course I get home put the battery in and it still is not starting so it's not the battery that's bad since I have a brand new one of theirs that I really didn't want instead of my OEM boesch battery. Fast-forward to three years and I start having more issues with my car not starting so again I'm trying to rule out the battery as this battery doesn't seem to be holding a charge after only three years. Once again, I end up replacing the battery with a brand new one only to find out that it still isn't starting so it probably wasn't the battery but whatever now I have another brand new battery that I don't really want. Here's where it's good, I go to get the core deposit back for the original battery of theirs that I bought that I didn't want and I was faced with nothing but rude and just unimaginable horrible customer service from who is the manager working in the story at the time. From the moment I walk in there and they hear that I want a court deposit. I am met with nothing but attempts of trying to deem me in eligible to get a court deposit. "Well it's gotta be done in 90 days..." is the kind of stuff I hear from the manager. Here's the best part, is I originally had purchased the first battery myself and put it on one of my credit cards, the second battery I was in a bind and my father in attempts of helping me out quick had me put it on his card so I didn't have to worry about it because I was in a hard place financially at the time. Oh boy did this just completely mess everything up because I didn't have my original receipt for the battery from 3 1/2 years ago and apparently they were unable to look it up in their computer. OK it just happens. I have my laptop on me as my phone was dead.... do they have Wi-Fi I can quick hop on in search out this receipt so that we can get this $20 or whatever it is refunded to me? No, of course not. So I have to go out and basically Ward drive to find a Wi-Fi signal in the area businesses surrounding the store so I can finally get on a free Wi-Fi and searching my email for the receipt for the original battery. 15 minutes later I finally get it all tracked down and go back into the store and once again just rude attitude while I go and track down the receipt for this thing. So what is the manager finally do he finally gives me the court deposit back but he refund it to my dad's credit card why the hell would you do that when it was on the original battery that I purchased on my credit card that makes absolutely no sense and even more so he could not even ask me if that was the preferred method of receiving this deposit back he just took it upon himself to do it without asking. And then when I questioned him in doing so he looked at me and snapped at me like I was some idiot, and it was a ridiculous question to ask. Never again will I set foot anywhere near the store as they're just incompetent rude and I'm still pissed that I gave them even a dollar of my money in the past.
