Im currently on crutches and it's really hard for me to get around while carrying things, so after helping me find the correct bulb she carried it up to the front for me as well. I also needed new windshield wipers, but didn't know if I needed j hooked ones or clip on, so she volunteered to check my car for me and had me stay inside-- incredibly kind and thoughtful of her. After she helped me find everything I needed, she also installed my replacement headlight and windshield wipers with a smile. I'm completely clueless when it comes to car stuff, so her help and kindness really means a lot. Everything was very affordable compared to other auto places (such as o'reilley who charged me twice as much for the same exact replacement bulb when my other headlight went out). I'll definitely be coming back here if I need any other car parts.

This former bolsa auto parts has been around since forever. My father used to order parts here all the time before he retired his auto mechanic shop. Even today, I was able to come in and talk to the owner buying an expensive part for a great deal for my Acura TSX to fix my check engine light. You should definitely speak to the owner here as I saw her juggling 2 phones while speaking in many languages (English, Vietnamese, Spanish). However she can multi-task and still cater to me, helping me to order a part that fits my car perfectly. It is located in the plaza and there are ample of parking spaces. This store has been a lifesaver for my car and it seems that the owner has a lot of spaces and inventory to store a lot of parts. Most parts when ordered, will come within 2 days. I am glad I made the long drive from Huntington Beach just to this location solely due to the convenience and value. Yes, it is just that good.

They give me a discount, but it's still higher than what was said on phone. So you guys determine for me, whether they're purposefully doing a bait and switch and wasted my time. He offers the best, most inexpensive prices and every time I've gone to him, he's gone above and beyond what is expected. He has installed windshield wipers for me, the piece that opens & closes my center console which I broke on accident, my car door handle on my passenger side, replaced my various car fluids, provided answers to questions that some mechanics won't even give a proper answer to, and has directed me to specialty shops for whatever I may have needed things to get done (i.e. alignment place, brakes place, timing belt/water pump place, etc.). The cost for my 2005 Honda Civic passenger door handle was over $200 for a 100% authentic part, so of course, doing his due diligence, he had to make sure the thing was really broken before he charged me the ridiculous price for the part. It was definitely broken, so he took apart my passenger door not just once, but twice to install the new door handle. Talk about 5 Stars customer service! I emailed them and got a response the next business day. After a couple of emails, they were willing to give me a refund. When I went back to get that done, I spoke to the owner, who asked if I'd mind letting him see the issue. I had no problem. The new filters were clearly of higher quality then the ones that came with the car. They also were made withy higher quality materials. That seemed to be the issue. The old filters fit very loosely into the air filter housing and the new ones did not fit easily. After a few minutes and some pictures, the owner discovered that the filters do fit, they are just far more snug. He as willing to give me the refund or have someone trim the filters. After they fit, neither was necessary. They'll work fine. I really appreciated how willing EDO was to deal with the issues I had, including giving me a refund, which I ended up not wanting. The engine failure was not caused by the Tomioka turbo. The turbo held together through an internal engine implosion. The blade damage was minimal and no damages to the bearing, which shows the strength and build quality of the unit. EDO assisted with obtaining the missing components for this pre-owned kit. They supplied the required bolts, nuts, gaskets, couplings and the sensor in a fast and efficient manner. Due to current pricing and inflation, the total parts cost was about 1,000 dollars. The turbo kit has performed above expectation. My vehicle produces 361 hp and 301 tq at the wheels on flex fuel. I expect solid service from this pre-owned kit. If any issue arises, I take comfort in knowing a long-standing shop such as EDO Performance is available to support me.
