I dropped off one of our dealership vehicles at this shop on September 12, 2024, under the ownership of Adolfo Acosta. After nearly a month of repeated follow-ups regarding the delay in repairing my car, the owner of Force Electronics contacted me on October 20, 2024, to inform me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident at 6:05 AM that morning. (Why would you drive our vehicle at 6 AM without our permission?) He stated that the car was impounded at CS California Towing, located at 2202 W 5th St, Santa Ana, CA 92703. The vehicle was released to me on the same day. Following this incident, Force Electronics instructed me to return the car to their shop, assuring me they would either repair it within one week or purchase the vehicle from me (I have witnesses to corroborate this). Despite these assurances, nearly two months have passed, and the car has not been repaired. Moreover, the owner has neither purchased the car as promised nor allowed me to retrieve it from his shop. At this point, we have handed all relevant documents to our attorney team, and they will handle the situation from here on out. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the install. The work was done efficiently and the screen works perfectly. I recently had a 2024 Honda Civic tinted by this place. From the get go when I had a look at the car, I noticed that the tint had been rushed and had a lot of bubbles. I was assured that the bubbles would go away 1-week. I knew it wouldn't since there was actual lint/trash in between the film and the glass. I told him I would be back to get it fixed to which he, "said not a problem." I came in for the 2nd time and was sent on my way because the "crew" was not in.. I rescheduled for another day (3rd time) and this time I decided to give him/crew the time they needed. Was told 2 hours from time of drop off (I was the first person here.) I then called to get an update and was asked to give them 2 additional hours. Well, 8-hours later I was called and was Told that again the "crew" had a medical emergency and never got to work on the car.. I'm now sitting in the waiting area and my 4th time here. I was the 2nd car at 10am, it's now 2pm and I was just asked for another hour. I don't think I'll be coming back. If you are looking for a quick tint and don't mind some trash/bubbles. I don't usually write bad reviews, but this shop and its owner, Adolfo, deserve it. Dealing with the owner and his workers has been nothing short of a nightmare. I initially asked for a car stereo with Apple CarPlay. After installation, I discovered that my steering wheel controls didn't work, they couldn't get the factory-installed backup camera to function, so they installed a cheap camera, and instead of using the car's built-in USB port, they ran a separate cable for phone hookup to the stereo. He promised to fix everything and asked me to come back a week later. I had to go to his shop 5-6 times, and each time, he made excuses. He then promised me a new stereo and said he would resolve everything. I even agreed to pay him more money. However, he later said that we would install the new radio but keep the same camera. Fed up with all his lies and nonsense, I had him reinstall my old stereo. He didn't refund all my money. Overall, it was just a horrible experience. read more

I bought some aftermarket lights for my car and went to this business establishment to install. The owner Alfonso told me he could get the job done and called one of his buddies that was a so called car electrician professional HID king. They got the lights working and after one week my car went into limp mode. BMW charged me so much money to try and figure out what was wrong and when they finally put my stock lights my car started working fine except he burned out some main module. I reached to the owner of force electronics Alfonso and he just gave me the run around. I finally went in and he promised he was ordering the module in which it never happened/ he then told me to reach out to HID king who did not care and told me that force electronics never paid him for the job. I handed the money to the owner of force electronics and I paid him. As a single female I felt extremely disappointed. Not only is it hard as a female to look into businesses like this because I don't know about cars, and thought I could trust these people. The owner from force not only made me feel extremely uncomfortable by commenting about my looks and what not during this time, but he lied and never ordered that part for my car. Alfonso said not to worry and he can have it fixed guaranteed. The first day they told me it was "fixed" so i went to go pick up my car. I was still experiencing problems with the radio and told Alfonso it is still broken. He said to bring it in AGAIN. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and brought it in. He told me he needed 3 hours to fix it. So i came back later in the day and guess what. He still did not fix it. Honestly, i don't think he even did anything. He even had the audacity to try and charge $500 for his fake service. He will say yes to your face and make it seem like he will help fix everything but he won't do anything to fix it.
