I brought my loved BMW Z4 Coupe to Adolfo, because I trusted and was satisfied with his work in the past. This time will be the last time and I will also take him to small claims court. He and his team destroyed my car. I only came in to have a stereo installed . For installation I was charged $125. It took a while to do and I noticed that the installer was very aggressive with the way he was handling my car when taking the inside panels off to run the speaker wires. After he called us and told us the car was ready, I just wanted to get home because I lived 2 hours away. Once I got home. I was horrified! I found that the installer has hit the bumper to his tool car and caused a deep gash on the front part. I just spent $4000 and had the car painted not even a month. The inside panels of the car where all ripped apart and not properly put Back. I tried putting them back and I cannot. There are plastic pieces of my car that I found in my trunk and have no idea where they came from. On top of all of this. The next day , the electronic dash control system is malfunctioning. My lights would not come on and stereo they installed is not properly working. I tried calling and texting Adolfo and of course he did not response. Next stop, small claims court. Thank god I kept all my documentation showing the car was in perfect order until I took it there. Warning!!! I would not even think about taking your luxury car or even your car there period. We went to get a key fob, fob and programming were $80. We left got home and the fob would not work, had to go back the owner tells us it's the door locks that's another $160 for some reason it was just the back lock the would unlock but not lock. We looked up the car and programmed the fob ourselves. It was the owners way of getting us to come back in spending another $160 What a rip off he was also trying to sell us an overpriced radio with an inflated installation cost. I was referred here by a co-worker of mine, who told me that this establishment does a great job with window tint. He specifically mentioned Kimberly and Adolfo and they should be the ones that I ask for. Upon arrival, they greeted me warmly and I asked them several questions I had regarding the process, which they all promptly answered. I left my vehicle in their hands and went to grab a quick bite to eat, and less than 2 hours later I had my vehicle (2018 Ford Fusion Sport 2.7L EcoBoost) all blacked out and looking pretty. Wow, My tints make my sports car look more sportier, thank you especially for $110!! It comes with a 5 year warranty and no bubbles are present so far. As far as the seating, the area has 6 chairs total and it's by where the workers are working so leave your dogs at home (they let you bring them but leave them at home). Of course you can always just Uber home and pick up your car later which I would because we came on a Sunday and they were busy. While here I scraped my rim because I didn't see a curb so they fixed my scratch so thank you for that, you didn't have to especially because I scraped it myself like a Dummy. They broke my stereo panel left scratches and dents all over the place refused to fix it or refund. The amp installation looks like they gave up on it. On top of that they fixed one thing and broke something else. Now my car doesn't beep when I lock it so I went back since they broke it they should fix it. This guy is a crook!!! Don't do business with him . I bought a wire kit a woofer box and sub . They installed the kit but gave a shitty box with a port that the dude coverd with a pice of wood and we had agreed he'd give me a 8" kicker sub but he didn't have it so he said come tomorrow and I'll it then . So he gave me a cheap loaner . I came the next day and nothing , next day excuses , to make it short he ended up telling me that he'd call me when he got it . Let's just say it's been over 4 months. Took a flashing Odometer in to be replaced and mentioned what the issue actually was, after the guy laughed at me telling him what it was he then "fixed" the issue that was NEVER fixed, after telling him the issue he said to bring it back, i brought it back and he said it never happened i went to leave his store and all the lights flashed i shut it off immediately and showed him, again go to pick it up and NOTHING was fixed, i paid 300$ for this guy to just look at my car parked in his lot, we decided to take it apart and fix the pieces we told him need to be replaced and noticed nothing was done. Parts installed never flashed and now i have a BROKEN odometer due to the horrible work done at this establishment. i wouldn't recommend my worst enemy here. read more

These people have no clue what they're doing. Went to get an alarm and stereo put on. Stereo was a simple one that costed 100 at Best Buy and this guy charged me 200 for it. On top of that, they make you wait hours for something so simple, workers are just going back and forth. Alarm is not properly wired, control won't unlock car I already had to take it twice somewhere else to adjust the wires. Oh and let me tell you my button pad for the windows got messed up. Not saying it was them but the owner assumed it was the little equipment that holds the window from inside. He was way off and decided to charge me that and ended up returning the part. Charged me 200 dollars for a new button switch pad and o Reilly had it for $40. He did not care to refund what he had done wrong so I had to call my bank, thankfully they voided the transaction that was overcharged. The owner Rodolfo is a scammer, he asked me to pay $350 for alarm even before it was installed! He said it would be 2 hours for installation and it was 24 hours because he said he didn't know my van was different electric type. I got the van delivered and the alarm doesn't work. It goes off if I bang the windshield not even connected to side windows or door handles. His professional way to do business is awful. I saw how much the alarm cost online and he's bumping up 3 x the prices. I am requesting a full refund and remove all his product from my van. Do not trust this company. Would leave 0 stars if possible, the owner-Alfonso- is your typical bait and switch sales guy. Brought in my mothers dodge Magnum to add in a touchscreen head unit and back up camera. First of all , he quotes all the times at 30 min, even though my car was there for over 8 hours. Inspected the car and found they had broken the center console clips around the stereo and didn't even try to let me know, guess they were hoping I wouldn't notice but now my whole center console falls off while driving. They didn't even put a bezel around it, once I called him out on it he stated he would have the parts to fix it. I waited and gave him a few extra days, two weeks later I have to hunt him down and he says he got the parts in. I take the car in 9am, says it would take 20 mins but an hour later they hadn't even looked at the car. I left and came back later and when I asked him if he was going to actually fix it he tried physically fighting me and offering to kick my ass if I didn't stop asking him about it. Total scumbag, didn't dip to his level of pettiness and told him to just fix it so I wouldn't have to come back. Do not come here if you want quality work done, cheap work isn't good work. Ruined the dash on the vehicle, should have gone somewhere else. I have a 2005 Chevrolet 4x4 Crew Cab LT that is Baby and Pride N Joy. I plan to keep her for over 20 years and keep it OEM. Well one day one of the most common things that go wrong on this model is with the stereo CD player. What happens is that it fails too eject the CDs or CDs get stuck. I shopped around and could have upgraded to Bluetooth and have Sirius and the whole nine yards but then it would not be OEM and cost me a pretty penny. I was fortunate and met an honest vendor who referred me to Force Electronics who did repairs. I was very thankful for this because I really wanted to keep my truck in OEM condition. I called and left a message but never got a call back so I went there to Santa Ana and met Adolfo Acosta who is the Owner and President of Force Electronics. The place was in a shopping Strip Mall with an anchor Mexican Food Market. This place was a real discovery and had just about everything you could want to upgrade your auto stereo and more. Being a small business man myself I was quite impressed by the the entrepreneurial enthusiasm Adolfo displayed to me. He gave me great quotes that blew other vendors out of the water! I could have purchased a new upgraded system for my truck because of those superb bargain quotes. But chose to have my old system repaired which was why I initially came there for. Adolfo then just had me drive to the back where the techs removed my stereo and tagged it for service. I paid up front and Adolfo said he would call me when it would be done by the following day. The back parking was bustling and at times difficult to park but once in the service area the techs jumped right on it and I was in and out of there in just a couple of minutes. I came back the next day and as promised the vehicle was ready. The techs reinstalled my old stereo just as fast as they removed it. My OEM stereo is now working like a Swiss watch! Adolfo told me the stereo repair had actually been completed the day before and he had tried to call me but he did not leave a message. None the less I am very satisfied with the service, speed, and prices at Force Electronics and I surely would go here again. Oh and by the way, Force Electronics guarantees their repairs for 6 months. Thanks Adolfo.... Only if negative stars were possible! Coming here was a nightmare to say the least. I came in for an amp and speaker install in a brand new jeep wrangler unlimited. I was recommended this place by a good friend. So I call and spoke with Adolfo at 5pm right after work on a Friday. He said come on down, it'll only take an hour. I thought sweet. I get there at 5:30, and the place looked like a swap meet display. And I get a really bad feeling. I spoke with Adolfo. He gave me a decent quote. It's a pretty simple procedure, I thought whatever just get it done. I ask Adolfo to make sure he is using good wires. He said, "no prob, I put in 4 gauge." He'll call me when it's done. I get a ride from a friend to my office to do some work instead of waiting. At 7:30, a little worried because I haven't received a call, I call. Adolfo says, it's almost ready, we close at 9. Come by then. I get there at 9:10. I see my car, with the dash complete off. I'm thinking, there's no way they'll be done anytime soon. So the guy doing the install comes up to me and says he has at least another few hours and asked to keep the car overnight because it's closing time. It'll be ready by noon next day. It's not like I have any option. I said sure. So, I call my friend to come back and get me, while I wait in the laundry mat next door for him. Keep in mind, this is not a very friendly looking neighborhood. The next morning, I borrowed my roommate's car to get to the office. I get no phone call. So at 2:30pm I call. Adolfo says it's ready. I get there, they placed a sub in the car. I already told them, I don't want to buy a sub. They tried to sell me on the sub. I'm like NO! They proceed to do an a/b test with and without the sub. It's not going to fly. They tweaked the speakers so bad that the mids weren't even audible, just to prove the importance of a sub. Yeah, I'm not buying it. So they pull the sub out. I drive off. I get to the nearest gas station to get gas. I played with the settings on the head unit. I noticed, that the faders were reverse. How do you eff up on the fades? I also noticed, that the rear right speaker didn't work. So I drive back. The install guy, said he can fix the fades quickly but will need some time to troubleshoot the rear speakers. He's busy with another car right now, but come back in 45 minutes. I return to the office and wait the 45 minutes to go back. I get there and sat outside and watch them rip my car apart again. I was there for about 2 hrs waiting!!!! The install guy tells me it's my head unit. They can put it back together but I'll only have the right channel working on all four speakers! I'm thinking wtf??? But, I was so frustrated and just wanted to get out of there. I just didn't care anymore. I'm like sure. I wait another 45 minutes. Adolfo comes up and tries to tell me the deal with my car. I was so mad, frustrated and displeased. I said sure whatever and just left. I had top of the line JL speakers and HD900/5 amp. It should have been an easy install for anyone competent. These guys took 2 days totaling 6 hours to install, 2 hours to fix their mistake. And I drove way with 900 Watts of mono sound! Wtf??? serious wtf??? Today, I looked at the wires they used, and it was the cheapest tin wires you can get. I now have to find another place that will undo everything they did. Put in all new wires. Yeah, this place shouldn't be in business. I would even go to say, the money I paid, was just to get my car back just to get out of there. read more

I have been coming to this place for the past 3 years for all my stereo needs. Every time I have come here it has been a good experience and I have always had great customer service. Adolfo (the owner) is very professional and accommodating. This shop honestly sells and does everything from installing stereos, amps, subs, hid kits, car alarms, navigation, custom installs and pretty much anything else cool that you can do to a car... Also if you purchase equipment there you get out installed right then for FREE... Yes, some people may say that the location of the shop might be in a somewhat sketchy area but it's totally safe. I have referred a couple of friends there already and will continue to do so. They have all had great experiences too. It can get busy there at times and you may have to wait a bit for an install sometimes but I have had better experiences here than Al & Ed's our any other shop I have been too. The one complaint I do have is they need to get lawn chairs and put them out back again (the old ones must have got tossed our something) out would be cool too if there was some form of table to eat at while you wait for your install. Oh yeah the installs are done in the back of the shop out in the open so you can see what is being done to your car... All in all this place is awesome and you should go there... read more

I can understand why this place could potentially get a bad wrap. It's in a pretty shifty part of Santa Ana, the in-store inventory looks like it came off the back of a truck or maybe even a chop shop and the install area is a warzone. BUT...aesthetics aside, this place is great. I purchased 2 pairs of Infinity Kappa 682.9cf 6x8 speakers. They are about $150 a pair retail, pretty much unparalleled at their level. Only when you start getting into the Focal's or Boston's can you really find something better. Anyway, I bought the 2 pairs for $200 out the door...and that was installed. Tell me how you can beat that. And they were brand new, factory sealed. Yadda yadda. They even went the extra step when they were doing the install. I have an old 91 Explorer and the door panels are pretty much on their way out. The install guys, on their own behalf, took it upon themselves to do some minor repairs on the passenger and rear passenger arm rests. They re-insulated the panels and used new adhesive to make sure everything looked new again. Half off prices, free CLEAN installation and free interior work? I'm sold. I'm going to come back for a 5ch amp and some HID's. Swallow your pride and give this place a shot. read more
