I wouldn't trust them with any kind of service on your car. Maybe window tint but that's about it. I was referred here by the dealership I bought my car from so I trusted their work but eventually everything started going bad. They say they do oil changes so I'm like ok I'll get one then. But they don't even have oil there! They sent one of the guys there to go buy some at the store and overall I waited almost two hours just for an oil change. Next time I came in was for a car battery. Their prices were about $30 less than other places which I thought would be convenient for me at the time and I even recommended someone else to get theirs as well. Both our batteries died in less than a year!! His died first after only 4 months so he went back to the store and was told by an employee they couldn't do anything about it because supposedly it was stated that the battery was reused when we purchased it. The C D in my 2003 Lexus stopped working. The dealer said I need to replace with a new one at approximate cost $1,200.00 Other option was to buy a used one from Ebay at $79.00 and find one to install it. I asked my mechanic who recommended Force Electronics and Adolfo the owner. Adolfo said he can repair it for $100.00 and wait time of two hours. Even though I live in South Orange County I gave Adolfo a try. To my delightful surprise it was fixed with one year guarantee. It took longer than the two hours but the extra time was worth it. I came here today because passengers door lock and window switch didn't work. Owner Adolfo said it would be $60 for each. I accepted and Alejandro was the tech who worked on my car. He did a good job on passengers door. Just one tiny little thing. Now the switch on drivers door for passengers window don't work. It's an old car so no big deal. I took my car over there to get my window regulator fixed they initially said they gonna replace it with a new one but instead they took out the old one and fixed it somehow and reinstalled it in the car, when I was watching all this the mechanic who was doing this got nervous and asked the other guy to tell me to go and sit in the shop. I told this to the owner and he said he has ordered a new regulator and it's on its way, in the meantime he said he wants to fix the old regulator. At the end of the day he fixed the old one and put it back in the car and told me to come back after one week if there is any problem. Bunch of liars read more

I went to get a stereo looked to get fixed and when they examined it they said they would fix it and it would be ready in a couple of days. A few weeks went by and I called to ask if I could pick up the stereo and they said yea it's ready( never reaching out to me/ I had to call them). After a few months had passed I went and picked up the stereo I couldn't do it sooner as I was busy and the shop isn't close to my house. The day before I went to pick up the stereo I called again to make sure it was all good and they said yea it was ready for me. When I got to the store it wasn't ready and they said it had a broken part they is not made anymore as it's an older head unit. I then asked why did you tell me it was ready on the phone and now here you are telling me it can not be fixed, he replied in a very aggressive tone saying "what do you want me to do about it they don't have any parts" these guys had my stereo for months and never called me when it was "ready" and when I called to check twice they said I was ready and then I go and basically waist my time going to pick up a head unit that was never fixed read more

Do not bring your car here unless you want to get a headache. The own charges before he starts working on your car. He says that's the way he does business. Before he started I asked for a refund. My daughter had found a different place that charge $230 cheaper. He said he would match the price. I waited for 5 hour. He was giving me a refund of $30. He thought he had charged me $380 when he changed $480. He didn't even know amount he charge me, I had my receipt. That's how I know he was taking advantage of me. On my way home I tried to turn on my heater and it did not work. Cold air would come out my knob would not turn to cold, the air wouldn't come out of the vents. Negative star! This place is trash! Took my car for window tint. Took them 4 hours! I get home (20 min drive) tint already peeling off! I waited few days and ALL the windows had bubbles and were peeling off!! I took car back and the owner wanted to BS me tell me all these stories and that it was a bad roll and this never happened before blah blah and wanted me to come back and I told him No!! Long story short he had someone work on my car in Spanish they exchanged words which clearly meant replace 3 out of 7 windows ugh I think not!! The worker wanted to argue with me I told him I didn't pay to have bubbles in my tint. As I went to speak to the owner they moved my car from under the umbrella! I wanted to. Kick his ass!! So I made them replace ALL windows. He rushed the shit and I still have bubbles on this second set of tint! Save your time and money and go elsewhere! Not worth the hassle at all! So I went in there for a simple stereo for my 93 Geo prizm just to get some sound in my car. First i call to make sure he has a kit to fit my car and if they still have the 79$ deal for a stereo with free installation. Over the phone Adolfo says "yeah we have it here no problem come in now and ill hook you up." (total was supposed to be 100 including 20 for the kit before his "Hook up"). When I show up and i'm about to pay they tell me the total is 120, so i talk to Adolfo and he "lowered" the price to 100 so i pay and they tell me its going to be 30 minutes. When I came back the job was done except one thing was missing... there was no kit in my car just the stereo in a huge whole. So I ask the guy who installed it and he says Adolfo never gave him a kit because they don't have any for my car, even though i had called before hand to make sure they have some for my car and the owner himself told me they did. When I went to talk to Adolfo about getting my money back he tells me that he did a "custom" job(piece of cardboard covering the whole) besides the fact that the custom job he's talking about was done by me and not the man who installed it. After talking to Adolfo for minutes and showing him that i'm not some idiot he can rip off he gave me 10 dollars back and followed by saying " ok now go on yelp and give me a good review" with a pat on the shoulder and his business cards. I was mad and frustrated and just wanted to get the hell out of there. By the way this was the fourth time I had come to this place for there cheap stereo deal and the last, he lost my business. This place has cheap deals but I would rather pay more at a professional place knowing i'm not supporting a business that rips people off. Took my car to get LED lights and when they installed them they were flickering, took my car back to get it fixed and I ended up leaving with my old lights because apparently it needed a filter or something and they had to order it and that they'd call me when they have it.. I kept calling asking if they had it yet and nothing .. A month later I come back trying to return it and all of a sudden they have the piece .. Long story short.. Anything i ever need on my jeep jk unlimited i get it installed here. They do a great job and you get to watch their work. They do professional installations and solder all wires (no caps). The best part - adolfo's prices cant be beat! I see there is another Jeeper in here that gave him 1 star and had a terrible experience. I brought in my silver jeep jku for speakers, amp, sub, etc - everything except the head unit (wanted to keep it looking stock). Adolfo's guys did an amazing job on my rig. They also installed all the lighting for my jk (9 lights) with 5 lighted rocker switches in my car - all with their own fuses and relays. Horrible. Came in because the radio face fell off (even tho they "fixed" it a week and a half ago. I'm writing this while I'm still here after 2 and a half hours of waiting for them to fix again. They have repaired about 5 other cars and the guy working on mine disappeared 2 hours ago and just came out to work on a different car while there are wires hanging out of mine. Not to mention the manager said it won't take as long if I bought a new one. What a scam. And there is a 12 year old working in the cars with them. Horrible business! read more

Very unbeatable pricing, the crew and Adolfo know what their doing. I went to another place, Stereo Warehouse in Anaheim to be exact, and I was quoted 298$! For an install on a sub, amp and head unit, they must have thought I didn't know my stuff anyhow... I payed half of that here with warranty and no add ons as the others suggested. I didn't give them 5 stars because the place is very VERY CROWDED, almost feels like your inside a sweat shop, but hey when you want a deal you accommodate to minor details that will not affect the outcome. It's not in the nicest part of the neighborhood, nor are they very friendly, but they definitely get the work done!! I got sent here from a dealer, once because of the alarm on my car, and next because my car horn wasn't working. They installed a new alarm on my car and did additional work (the trunk was not electronic and required additional work to make it electronic) to make my car better. When I returned to get my horn fixed, they were able to fix it within an hour. It's not "customer friendly," but I have absolutely no complaints. My alarm and horn both work perfectly!!
