Absolutely terrible experience. We brought my brother's truck here to have an alarm system installed. After we got the truck back, the lights stopped working, which had never been an issue before. When my dad went back to have them fix the problem, they were rude, dismissive, and refused to help. They literally told him, "Fight as much as you want, I'm still not going to fix your car." I brought my vehicle to Main Sound on March 12, 2025 for new rims and wheel installation. I paid $1,300. Less than half a mile after leaving the shop, the rear driver-side wheel detached. The incident caused visible body damage. Instead of filing an insurance claim or taking responsibility, Main Sound referred me to another shop, promising a "full body and paint restoration." Eight months later, the car still isn't restored to pre-incident condition. I've been patient and cooperative, but the process has been nothing but delays, excuses, and broken commitments. When I asked for their insurance information to handle the matter properly, they refused to provide it. I never signed any release of liability, and I simply expected the car to be repaired the right way. They have decent pricing, but their installation and supporting hardware for audio systems is just bad. I have had 3 separate vehicles get audio systems installed (subs, speakers, tweeters and amps to each) and every single one of them have had issues with tweeters or speakers getting ground and connection issues. White noise, static and weird sounds coming out of all of them. Ironically enough it's the same issue each time. Look elsewhere if you don't want to have a headache a year down the road. read more

Joe will rip you off. He changes pricing on you in a matter of minutes. Radio install was awful AND he damaged my car. There were scratches on the inside panels, around the radio,and on my glovebox. You could tell he struggled taking out the original radio as there were huge scratches underneath. He also left trash in my car. I went in person to see if he would fix the install. He did not take any responsibility for the damage to my car and wanted to charge me more money to fix the install. After I asked for a refund, he called me crazy and refused to work on my car. read more

**DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!** IF I COULD'VE CHOSEN ZERO STARS I WOULD'VE! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! This place did my tint so I said why not continue doing business with Main Sound? Here's why I shouldn't have. Monday April 29th I walked in hoping to finance some speakers for my vehicle and I was able to finance 4 speakers, 2 amps and 2 subs with a box. Unfortunately the same day the system was installed the subs went out a total of 4 TIMES and all I could hear was the voice. Oddly, they would come back on at random. If it wasn't the subs the speakers inside would go out and all I was left with was the bass. The speakers would also come back on at random. One of the speakers also sounded popped and that's when I decided to take it back so they can check it out. How did they check for the problem? Turning up my stereo to MAX VOLUME. All I got was "It's working right now? What's wrong with it?". I was then told it was my back panel rattling and not the speaker. (An insult to my intelligence since I've been purchasing speakers since I was 19 so I know what a blown speaker sounds like.) I had to take my car back EVERY SINGLE DAY until Friday May 3rd when I finally had enough and gave up on this atrocity of a system. I spoke to JOE the owner and kindly asked him if he would take back the subs and the 2 amps and I would finance the speakers so he wouldn't lose out on money. He refused almost immediately and didn't even try to work with me. He then said I would have to contact the credit company to return the items. Not a problem because as I stated before I was done with them. I contacted the credit company and they instructed me to take pictures of said equipment and they would send someone out to pick up the merchandise. Now I'm being told that I have to mail the equipment to UTAH since they don't have a pick up team in my area AND I have to pay $80 as if I was making a payment towards the BS they installed in my car to terminate the contract. So now I'm left with this huge headache of having to mail everything back which might exceed $100 when JOE the owner could have just taken the stuff back from me and called it a day. Everybody has to pay one day, and karma will find you. PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!. Head over to FORCE ELECTRONICS! Super nice people! Adolfo is the homie! AND they approved me for almost double the amount I was approved for at Main Sound. I'm completely satisfied with the new sound system in my car from Force, but am extremely disappointed in Main sound, their customer service and their business practices.
