Ok.. Moises and Sebastián amazing guys! These guys came out, and were super nice and super respectful. They explained the process, explained at every step what they were doing and did an amazing job. Wheels were wiped down, and tires were perfectly balanced, even applied ArmorAll. The calipers were also wiped down. There is no way I am ever going back to a tire store and dealing with rude salesmen behind the counter, then waiting forever to get my tires replaced. This place is freakin amazing!!! My mom and I were stranded and if it wasn't for these guys I really don't know what we would have done. They are way faster than any other tire shop! We called to set up an appointment and the closest time they could give us was between 1pm-2pm but they knew we were in a not so great situation so they would try to get there as fast as they could. From the time Ruben sent us a text message (12:09pm) saying that he would arrive in about 28 minutes, well he was not only here a tad bit earlier but was completely done and gone before 1pm! Contacted these guys and they quoted me a fair price and coordinated a time they could come out. i forgot i needed new lug nuts for my raptor for the new rims to fit, contacted them letting them know it may not work out But they said they could pick up the correct lug nuts and charge me for them. Money well spent. Called these guys around 11:30am today (Friday), they were able to send someone to my office in Anaheim this afternoon. Took about 45 minutes and they repaired my tire. Eric was friendly and professional and sent me a picture of the damage and let me know when it was done. I had even got a price and asked them to bring a tire in case it wasn't repairable... and they still did the repair! These guys are honest, hard to find in car repair. 100% recommend them to anyone. They saved my anniversary. I Just replaced my tire yesterday and today was heading out to Newport Beach. Pulled into a gas station and realized I had a flat on the same tire I had just changed. I was just about to drive across the street to fill it up and hope we made it to our reservation when Moises ran up to me letting me know I had a flat. He offered to fill it up for me, inspected at the same, and offered to patch it up. They gave me a rate, it was very affordable and once I agreed he and Jesus got to work right away. They removed the tire, quickly found the problem and fixed it up. I was impressed at their knowledge and professionalism, they even used a torque wrench to measure the exact pressure of the lugs (never seen it done at any shop before) they were done in less than 10 minutes and we were back on route for our anniversary. This is my second time having Rubber On Wheels come to my house and install 4 new tires. They installed new rubber on my El Camino a couple years ago, and today they just finished installing a set of new ZR rated tires on my Ram truck. Both times were such pleasant experiences. So much better than waiting at a tire shop. Plus many tire shops hire young techs that don't care or don't have any attention to detail and may not be balancing your wheels correctly, and may not be torquing your lug nuts to spec, etc. I've caught tire shops in a hurry and doing shortcuts before... I emailed Jason and each time he replied ASAP with all the info I asked for. I set up a time for today and Eric called me promptly to let me know he was on his way. Eric is one of the coolest guys around and very experienced. He took his time and did everything the right way, mounted a spin balanced my new tires, also Installed all new Valve stems and torqued the lugs to spec by the book. You get guys that know what they're doing, plus they're friendly and competitively priced compared to the big tire chains. Best of all they come to you, extremely convenient. Rubber on Wheels deserves an award for THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and an all around honest staff. My car was on the second level of a parking structure where the truck could not fit. These guys backed up the truck all the way to the parking structure to allow their air compressor hose to reach my tire and fill it just enough to drive my car out to their truck. Once it was out of the parking structure, it wasn't 15-20 minutes before the tire was patched saving me over $100 compared to other quotes I received. These guys are simply the best around.
