I was in crisis today, and these guys came THROUGH!!! Taking my daughter and a friend to the mall, my "battery" light comes on. I kinda know that that means... "BAD," so I park away from other cars when we get to the mall. Drop the girls off, run my errand, and... yup... dead as a doornail. Call AAA... battery guy says "battery 10/alternator 0." By now it's 2pm on a Saturday, with a car that can't be safely driven anywhere. AAA provided the tow, and Nick and his team set it all up, got the part, gave me a great price and had my car running safely in time to pick my daughter back up at 5:30pm. Way to go guys! read more

A few months back, we had a screw stuck in our tire, and stopped in to have it plugged. Unfortunately, the screw was in a place that the plug would not work and they did not have a tire that was acceptable to replace it. This was a new store at the time and weren't really open yet. They put our spare on for us and we went on our way. They were great to us, so when I needed tires for my truck, I decided to go here. They replaced 4 tires, replaced my brake pads and flushed the lines, changed my cabin and air filters, changed the oil and aligned the vehicle. They observed all safety guidelines during this pandemic, and completed all work efficiently, and correctly. They were very friendly and were a pleasure to deal with. I needed new tires for my SUV. Firestone installed 4 mid priced Firestone tires. However these caused my vehicle to shimmy (like jumping on and off of tracks) when driven on raked pavement on the freeway. It was scary. I notified my Firestone and they said I just needed to break-in the tires??? That did not work. So, I made appointment to have the tires and installation checked out and the tire light reconnected (they failed to do this when the tires were installed). Anyway, I left the car for another 24 hours and they found nothing wrong with the car or the tires??? Of course, they did not drive on the raked pavement on the freeway. This story and the many missteps go on and on. Suffice to say, I would not recommend this Firestone location to anyone. read more

I had my gmc truck towed to these guys to have a front wheel bearing hub assembly replaced, I had bought the part the day before brand new from oreilly auto parts, and because I had my own part they wouldnt work on it, I told them, ok, I will return my part but that I wasn't going to pay more than what I paid for the part I already had. I paid 138.00 and he told me his part was 140.00 his cost, but they have to mark up and make a profit of 12 to 15 percent on parts which would have brought the part well over 200.00. If you dont want to get burned, dont bring your car to these crooks. I was going to have these guys put 4 new 35x12.50r17 all terrains on too, but since they tried to hose me on the parts mark up, they lost a 1400.00 sale. read more

I had a bad day yesterday, I got into my car and ripped my pants;pretty embarrassing but not the end. I drive to store to get new pants and doors don't lock. This place is close and on my way home and they helped me when I had I nail in tire. So I decide to take it in. On the way I notice my steering wheel vibrates more than normal road abnormalities. Like I said I'm having a bad day. I pull in and Ivan helps me out. Does a full diagnostic on it for a great price. Informs me that I have a bad battery and the camber is off on driver side front tire. He shows me all the reports. He offered me a lifetime alignment which I knew would be great because I plan to keep my car for a while. Ivan ordered me the battery and it would be in next day. Next day arrives I get a call early that battery is ready for install. Tam helps me on second day and really helps me with understanding all the service I needed. Over the last few decades I've have numerous vehicles serviced at Firestone. I have lifetime alignment contracts on all my vehicles then pay for oil changes when I get the alignment and tires rotated and balanced to give them some new business. Evidently, that hasn't been enough for them as they told me it would take 1.5 hours then took 3 hours and charged me $120 for the oil change. Previously, they've always been reasonable. The manager said he pays that for his own oil change!!! How could that be true especially since he works there. Guess I'll just get the alignment there and the oil change elsewhere. My car started blowing smoke from the engine and I saw this place and though I got lucky. Somebody could at least look under the hood and see if it was something easy like low coolant etc. Nope. I was told that they closed in 15 min and could I bring it back tomorrow for a full inspection for $9.99. I said I don't need a full inspection. I'll pay the $9.99 can somebody just check the fluid levels and I'll call AAA. They couldn't be bothered. I was absolutely shocked. I'm actually sitting in the parking lot waiting for a tow truck. I popped the hood and checked the fluids myself and didn't see anything but not 1 of these jerks here even thought to come and ask if I needed help etc. Take your car elsewhere. If this is how they treat people imaging what they are not doing for your vehicle- and 4 of them were standing there doing nothing as I said I'd PAY if one could just check under the hood as it might be something easily recognizable for them. I found a screw buried in the tread of my daughter's 2020 Honda and took it to this Firestone to be plugged. Remembering my previous "plug expenses", I was planning to spend in the $10-$20 range. Nick, the manager, quoted me $19.99 and it would be done in a half-hour. So I agreed and went for a walk. When I came back, I was surprised to find the wheel off of the car and in the balancing machine. Raphael, the tech, explained to me how they plugged tires: instead of simply reaming the hole after removing the screw and installing the plug, they take the tire off the rim and he showed me the patch as well as the plug that they apply to the inside of the tire. They then remount the tire onto the rim and balance the resulting wheel. I was surprised; that's a lot of work and equipment for $19.99! But it's a much better solution to what I was expecting! Unfortunately, they didn't have the needed weight piece to balance the wheel, so they gave me a choice: 1) wait for the part to arrive (it was on its way to arrive in 20 minutes), or 2) they could put the slightly-unbalanced wheel back on the car immediately and I could drive away. I could then bring it back for a free re-balancing at my convenience. I chose 1) and they promised it would be done within a half-hour. Indeed, they did complete it within the promised time. Nick said they would have to adjust the bill; when I inquired further, he said he would not charge me at all because missing the part was their bad and therefore not up to their standards for the service they want to deliver. I was dumbfounded; I know that mistakes are made, but $19.99 was very reasonable and I was willing to pay it. Nick insisted on not charging me, and so I thanked him very much for his offer. So, it's nice to know that I don't have to think about where I'm going to get my tire needs met next time. And I'll recommend them to all my family, friends, and acquaintances who need tire service for a reasonable price from a team that will have their backs. read more

Was scheduled to get my allignment today at 8am, arrived there and the person incharge told me the tech doesnt get there until 8:30am and the person who scheduled me made a mistake of bringing me early.. mody disppointjng pary wss the person incharge in the front was dishonest and was trying to sell me.. to be more specific his name is Ivan. He told me that the firestone lifetime deal special going on for $200 doesnt apply to my car cus of the type of vehicle i have (m3). Prior to this appointment they already verified the type of vehicle I have! And i showed him the ad they have to prove that it doesnt exclude the type of vehicle i have and he even read the websitr and cant prove it but he said hes been working there for 5 yrs and knows the deal. Make long story short, he quoted for me for 250+ AND A 1 yr WARRANTY ONLY. So i said that doesnt make sense to pay the same amount so i went to a firestone down the street. They acknowledge the special deal and gave me a 20 dollar discount instead of 30 because i didnt sign up gor the credit card.. and on top of that I paid only $180 for a lifetime allignment warranty. When I got my car back I notice it was a bit dirty but it was fine only to notice that they damage the paint in the rims, the paint were chipped off and there are big ass scratch marks all over my rim and not just one rim, all 4 rims were damage, chipped paint, and scratched Badly. So please do not come here for your safety because I will not be sure if they will damage your guys rims too. read more

I am so disappointed with Firestone. I took my car in for an oil change and a tires check and check my air conditioning so I could drive safely out of town. I got charger $879.98. A took them 7 hours then they finally called me and told me my car was ready. I picked my car up I started to drive it to Arizona to go on vacation not even 3 hours until my trip my check engine maintenance light tire light all come on and I freaked out. I take it back to Firestone and the owner Tam Nguyen put the tester on my car comes back into the store and tells me it's your transmission. We don't do Transmissions here but I'll have my friend check it for you. I told him no I'll take it somewhere else. I then took it somewhere else had it inspected and was told my transmission was ruined. I then called Firestone spoke to Tam Nguyen again and ask for corporate office number and was told I cannot have that number I told him the situation and he did a claim for me and said that he will get my car fixed. It has now been three and a half weeks the inspector was out look at my car and told Firestone that they will not fix it. I find this very unprofessional on their behalf that it takes them three and a half weeks to inspect a car. Unprofessional to tell me that they're not going to handle the situation when it was their fault my car is ruined especially when they're manager tells you it's their fault and they'll have it replaced and fixed and now I'm told they will not this is a joke. I will never take my car to Firestone I will never recommend Firestone to anyone ever. I am one angry unsatisfied customer and I feel like I've been taken advantage of being the fact that I am a woman. You have lost a customer and I will make sure that you lose plenty more I am taking my business somewhere else forever. As far as I go, I will never go here again. I had to take a day off from work which cost me $300.00 above an beyond the repair. I got no repair. So my household has 4 cars as we have 2 teenage drivers. One of the kids car is an old 2007 Toyota hybrid that just won't die. However the battery on the hybrid needed replacement after 200K, so we needed to have it replaced at a specialty shop. During that replacement they noticed that the rear brakes needed to be changed. Instead of having them change the brakes I figured I would go to Firestone since I'm trying to build a new relationship with them. I live close by and want to use Firestone for our maintenance of our 4 cars. Firestone knew ahead of time that my rear brakes probably needed to be changed. So this morning, They called me back and said that my rear brakes look brand new and they were about 9 mm. So they did not in fact need to be changed! The other shop lied. I found Firestone to be very honest and I will definitely bring my 4 cars there! They have now worked on 3 of our 4 cars and I had great experiences each time! read more
