On November 28th my grandfather took me to your dealership. We are part of the Model T Ford Club for all of Orange County. We were there so we could ask you to participate in a small way with our antique car scavenger hunt. We just wanted 1 person to be able to pick up an antique part at your parts desk to pay homage to Ford and their dedication to long lasting quality. We were there ar your dealership to ask if it could be held behind your desk counter. Unfortunately, we met with Dave Samaraseke, who was rude to my grandfather. It felt to me like he was dismissive because my grandfather dresses in plain clothes most days. However, he is an avid rare car collector. Mr Samaraseke treated us both like we were bizarre and unwelcome, even when we explained and provided our credentials. Further, we heard him misrepresent the reason for our visit to whoever was in charge that day at 2:30pm. Dave came out and held up his hands as if to push us out, saying how busy you all are with your weekend sale and to "please leave no." We gave up and left. We told the model T community about the terrible experience. We even emailed the owner Mr Bill Lounello and left him a voicemail on his cellphone/office. We can only conclude that this is the kind of treatment he endorses at his Ford Dealership. We will be writing Ford corporate about the poor treatment. Purchased a brand new expedition and it's been in service for almost a month. First time on the freeway and the steering wheel and seats had a horrible vibration. We asked to have the wheel balanced, they said No. I had to take them on the freeway myself because they didn't believe me. Service guy notified me the vehicle had a previous complaint because of a vibration and they sold me a brand new vehicle with previous issues. They end up balancing the wheel and damaged all 4 wheels. They order new wheels and every wheel they receive is damaged. I don't even know if the vibration is fixed and now I'm waiting weeks for a third set of wheels to be delivered not damaged. Thankful the service manager is really trying to help but the problem isn't solved and spent $90,000 with no car in my possession. I showed the sales person the email I had he replied okay no problem please send me the email and I'll show to my manager. 20 minutes passed while I waited to from him to talk to his manager. They put the least pressure on me to sign, the least amount of back and forth with the deal, etc. They answered a ton of questions, let me drive several cars and let me have freedom in the route I took near the dealership with it-all to make me feel sure I got a good feel for the car. Horrible service!!! To start, they charged me $225 just to disconnect my MachE charge cable from the charging port because it was stuck. They didn't reinstall my manual override cable that Ford said to pull if the cable is ever stuck to disconnect the charging cable from the charge port. And they wanted me to pay over $250 for an electrical connector that would have costed less than $10, plus $200 in labor. The connector works just fine, it's just a plastic clip that hold it in place that was broken. I would have fixed it but not for almost $500. The service writer Jeff was the worse. It says something when the service writer is sporting a Rolex. Villa Ford will get my future business!!! read more

I'm someone who has both leased and purchased from many luxury dealers such as Cadillac, Mercedes and BMW and have never been treated this way. My fiancé and disabled mother in law wanted to lease a pick up truck from Ford and my mother in law spent 3 days speaking on the phone to Tyler, explaining her disabilities and how it's difficult for her to come in person if she wasn't going to make a deal. Tyler accommodated her and they worked together a deal over the phone with the finance manager that she was pleased with. After getting her to come in, fall in love with a car, make them test drive it, make a disabled elderly lady walk all over and back and sit in a chair for hours waiting for paper work to be drawn up they tried to change the terms of lease and give her less miles they agreed to AND jack up the lease term along with a few other minor details thinking she was old and wouldn't notice. They took advantage of her kindness and led her on for days. She ended up arguing and having a panic attack later that night from frustration. Many other reviewers seem to have similar stories. Don't go here unless you want to be lied to and have your time wasted. They don't care about the elderly or disabled, or your time or money. They also called us to bribe us with the deal we wanted if we take off the bad review. I agreed, and asked to see the contract first. They wouldn't send us the contract! They are LIARS!! read more

We made it clear to I believe his name was Jake, one of the salesmen who was very professional and informative. He showed us all the cool features the vehicle has to offer and was great! However as we were wrapping up and leaving Anthony Suresh came up to us kind of aggressive insisting for our information and trying to get a sale. I understand it's their job as salesmen to be a bit pushy but when he greeted us when we first arrived we also made it clear we were just looking around and wanted to test drive the Ford Maverick and that we were not making a purchase today. Anyways, based off his body language we figured he got annoyed and hot headed cause we didn't want to give him our contact info or because we didn't want to make a deposit to get a Ford Maverick knowing damn well we were only there to test drive and get some general information about the vehicle. Don't know why he didn't understand that we wanted to see it in person before making our decision as every normal person would. He also made some smart ass remarks and for his age I'd assume he'd be a bit more respectful and professional but when your feigning for a sale it can get difficult being told no . Sum Up: Bad customer service by Anthony Suresh. Doesn't know how to take no for answer. He basically wanted us to make a deposit just to look at the vehicle which is ridiculous, or buy the Mustang Mach-E since we test drove it. Crooked, Crooked Fairway Ford! Won`t ever take my truck back here again! Nor will i purchase another Truck from them! I brought my truck in for service, for a front end wobble, and my windows and door locks wouldn`t work. They Called me a few hours later and indicated I need a new Power Mirror Module $252.00 and I needed a New Trac Bar Ball Joint & Steering Damper $630.00 Part # 3050C. I gave them the ok to continue with repairs. I picked up my truck everything was working until a few weeks later I was collapsing my Mirrors and they stopped working. I called My Service Advisor he said bring it back. I did and he call me a few hours later and told me the truck was complete. No explanation just that it was done. I asked what they found and he said it was a blown fuse! I asked him about the Module i just paid for $252.00 he said he didn`t know. I asked: You did replace the Module right! He looked at me funny and said yes. So I thought ok maybe they did! A few months later 6,564 mile later, my front end started making noise again like something was loose. I had my truck down a Fullerton Ford for a Power Issue with my Diesel and I had them look at my front end. They fixed my Power Issue and had indicated that my Front Track Bar Ball Joint Part# 3050 was wore out and looked like it was binding up causing the noise. After I told them I already had this part replaced 8 months ago they asked me to bring in the Service Invoice and Fullerton Ford replaced it under warranty! Fairway never replaced the part! There is no way it was that wore out of 6k Miles when it never was replaced with 112k miles on my truck. Fairway or half ass fixed the problem by over tighten it or so and called it good and charged me for the $600. part. When I asked Fullerton Ford if the part was new or old they wouldn`t comment on the condition of the Track Bar! You can understand why! They clearly don`t want to be put in the middle of of the thieves over at Fairway! read more
