I had a seamless, I would even call it pleasant experience with Audi North OC. I corresponded primarily with Anthony Canche who was a joy to work with. We chatted over the course of a week or so, and a little before that when i started this car shopping journey. I hate to write this review, but I have to be honest. I was very disappointed in my last few visits that they could not figure out why there was a clunking sound on my brakes. Plus, they are simply way overpriced and tend to create a sense of urgency on repairs that are not immediately needed. My last visit, I was quoted $7000+ to fix 3 things on the engine. Taking it a local mechanic, he quoted me $3100! AND he could get it done sooner than Audi North OC could. 2 visits ago, I received a video around 1 pm from the mechanic with a message that my service advisor would be contacting me shortly. Well, shortly was several hours later around 5 pm and that was after I called and left a message asking him to get a hold of me. That meant it was too late for them to possibly work on my car that afternoon and get back to me the same day I also had taken the car in last October and they didn't find anything wrong with the 3 things they found 3 months later. I find it hard to believe those issues just suddenly popped up all at the same time. One of those issues thought was possibly the sound I was hearing when releasing the breaks, which I've complained about almost every visit for the past 2 1/2 years!!!! Also, don't drop your car off on Saturday if you have major issues because you're not going to get an answer until Monday as they don't have their skilled technicians working on the weekends. The folks I dealt with in person were all very nice and pleasant and the place is very clean, but after those few experiences, I don't trust them to do the right thing. For the money I paid, I expect things to be diagnosed the first time, not 2 years later. read more

This is by far my best experience at a dealership for repair, and my service advisor, Dan, was absolutely top notch. I have been taking my car to another shop for service for years, and recently I had an extended warranty repair need, and the shop quoted me way above my deductible. I reached out to Audi North OC, Dan picked up, and walked me through the entire warranty claim process, that I just need to pay my deductible. While my car is in the shop, Dan kept me informed via both phone and text messages. The technician also found another issue that needs replacement, and Dan helped to file the warranty claim on that as well. Came in for a diagnosis on my Audi Q5. They charged me $295 and had me sitting there for 2 hours. Then the rep comes out like it's some big reveal and says, 'We still don't know what's wrong... but for just $885 more, we might figure it out.' Oh cool so almost $1,200 just to guess what's wrong? Let's break this down: - Drove 8 hours from Reno, NV and had car issues along the way - Went to this dealership for a diagnostic Tuesday - Warranty approved majority of repairs Wednesday - They started working on repairs Thursday - They will complete all repairs by Friday I'm supposed to drive back to Reno on Saturday, and they're making it happen. SQ5, with extended warranty from Audi Beverley Hills, engine light on. First visit, incomplete fix and charged me $400. Engine light back on in 30 min, same exact error code (or say, there were 2 errors and they only fixed one). No refund. Causing the immediate second visit. Second visit, took a month to diagnose, ended up an engine swap & rebuild, charged me $1100 (extended warranty covered the majority bill $32000), spent 3 months. Steve put significant effort negotiating with the warranty. However when booked to pick up the car, wheel alignment is off. Third visit, took my car home and noticed a strange consistent noise when steering. Filed a complaint here. Fourth visit. Under the hood, one component was making contact with another when steering, caused by misaligned installation during the engine job. Quick fix in one day. In summary, Steve & Luke took my complaints seriously and communicated well. They did the best I could imagine, in the customer's front. The technicians backstage are a bit loose in quality control and quality assurance, hope they learn and get better. John apologized and showed me his determination. Blake & David have been nice and patient through these days. Raising 1 star to 4 in recognition of their team efforts. Not a perfect journey, costing some extra gas and time, but eventually all resolved. read more

7-1-23: Came to help a good friend shop for a new vehicle. As soon as we stepped in the showroom, we were greeted by one of the friendly staff. Never once did we feel that sleezy used car lot sales pressure. Levi was our salesman and he was great. Answered all our questions, let us browse and evaluate vehicles freely. The absolute worst Audi dealership around. A total hustle. They lie and are dishonest. We took our car in for a diagnostic because it was leaking oil. They told us if we wanted the 80k mile service it was $1300, and a diagnostics was $295. We told them to do the diagnostic first and then we would decide. Quote of $7,000 for repair .. we said no - we're gonna trade it in, so we will pay for the diagnostics and pick it up. They tried to tell us they did the service on an engine leaking oil everywhere (and a car that just had an oil change and cabin filter etc. about a week ago) and we owed $1600?!? We never authorized the service and who would service an engine with $7000 worth of damage while we were deciding whether to repair or not. Steve Cosby changed the whole story and outright lied to us multiple times. Go to Santa Ana. They're much better. read more

While I was doing the paperwork portion of my purchase, my new-to-me SUV got cleaned. The dealership also provided me with both keys, book and service history along with a title/vehicle checklist that showed the car didn't have any title issues. I wasn't able to get a lower interest rate through the dealer, but they were more than gracious with going through my credit union and honoring the price given over the phone without any fuss or shadiness which goes a long way with me. The notification which came in the mail was very clear about what to do in preparation for the visit to their shop at Audi North OC. Appointment setup was a breeze through their automated phone system.
