    I hate to write this review, but I have to be honest. I was very disappointed in my last few visits that they could not figure out why there was a clunking sound on my brakes. Plus, they are simply way overpriced and tend to create a sense of urgency on repairs that are not immediately needed. My last visit, I was quoted $7000+ to fix 3 things on the engine. Taking it a local mechanic, he quoted me $3100! AND he could get it done sooner than Audi North OC could. 2 visits ago, I received a video around 1 pm from the mechanic with a message that my service advisor would be contacting me shortly. Well, shortly was several hours later around 5 pm and that was after I called and left a message asking him to get a hold of me. That meant it was too late for them to possibly work on my car that afternoon and get back to me the same day I also had taken the car in last October and they didn't find anything wrong with the 3 things they found 3 months later. I find it hard to believe those issues just suddenly popped up all at the same time. One of those issues thought was possibly the sound I was hearing when releasing the breaks, which I've complained about almost every visit for the past 2 1/2 years!!!! Also, don't drop your car off on Saturday if you have major issues because you're not going to get an answer until Monday as they don't have their skilled technicians working on the weekends. The folks I dealt with in person were all very nice and pleasant and the place is very clean, but after those few experiences, I don't trust them to do the right thing. For the money I paid, I expect things to be diagnosed the first time, not 2 years later.

    When the 12V battery in my e-tron GT died while parked nose-in in my garage, I found myself in a difficult situation. Audi Roadside Assistance was unable to access the frunk to jump-start the vehicle or shift it into neutral for towing. This is when service advisor Jake and shop foreman Jared stepped in. They generously offered to come to my home--just six miles from the dealership--to jump-start my vehicle and bring it in for service and scheduled maintenance. Their willingness to go above and beyond truly made this the best service experience I've had.

    This place is amazing especially Jake! This guy knows his stuff and will never lead you wrong. Great communication, transparency and honest! Work orders are detailed and written out professionally with all information for the Audi technicians to understand! Definitely the heart and soul of the service department. Jake is my go to person and he will always do his best to help you out! He's always thinking about his customers first and because of him this place absolutely ROCKS! I just want to give him a huge Shout out and a 5 STAR review for his services.

    Going into the process of buying a 2026 RAV4 Woodland PHEV, I was honestly skeptical that any…read moredealership in 2026 would give a straightforward deal on such a high-demand and recently-released vehicle. Between markups, forced dealer accessories, and waitlists, I expected the process to be frustrating. Instead, David Blumenthal completely changed my perception. I had been speaking with David since November 2025, and throughout the entire process David was transparent, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Most importantly, David committed to getting me the vehicle at true MSRP with no markup and no forced dealer-added accessories - and he actually honored it! All just to get me back from a decade-long affair away from Toyota due to previous negative dealership sales tactics. David even arranged a dealership-swap so I could get the exact color and port-installed options I wanted, which honestly made the car feel custom ordered despite Toyota's allocation system. When the vehicle was finally on the way from port to the dealership, David handed me off to Luis Solares, and I was genuinely impressed by how smooth the transition was. Luis was friendly, responsive, low-pressure, and extremely accommodating throughout the final steps of the process. Luis protected the vehicle so I could be the first person to drive it after returning from a family trip, kept me updated constantly through text/email, and made the final sales experience feel personal instead of transactional. Honestly, I did not expect the whole process up until this point to be as smooth as it was. No tricks! Even during the overly-long finance-manager wait and endless document process, Luis was outside making sure the vehicle was cleaned, charged, fueled, and ready to go. Finance Dept Manager Richard Lopez ghosted his customers and never returned any of our calls left us dealing with Sales Managers: Bobby Sento whom told us to bring it up to the bank or resign the contract. So we did!!! We did the work of the dealership because the finance manager read the wrong numbers on the pricing sheet! Bank worked with us for the dealerships mistake! Bank sent over the cashiers check and my prior loan still has not been updated or zero'd out. How are your superior's allowing these guys to do business?? If I could give zero stars I would. These guys ruin car buying experiences. And messed with my credit by running another hard inquire on my credit report again. No apology, no accountability, no hey we messed up we can do this for you. NOTHING!!! Take accountability and stop talking down about other Toyota dealerships because the other Toyota dealership now make you look ignorant from sales to financing!!!

We only needed to replace the turbo hose, but they needed up doing a full head-to-toe inspection for free. And weeks later when we asked for the inspection document, and they no longer had access to it, Johnny did another head-to-toe inspection for free. I took it in for service and they kept the car for 5 days, only to call and say that they didn't know what was wrong and they would need to go in the engine and look for the problem. But it would start at 470 dollars and may cost thousands. I picked my car up and there was oil stains in the carpet and on the seats, which they tried to clean. Upon driving home the check tire pressure light came on and said the one tire was critical low, as well as 2 others. Lastly when I got him, I noticed a dent in the rear, right under the brake/ tail light. I am so disappointed, and I feel very dupped by them. I have filed a claim with Mercedes Benz USA . I have no idea what to do. But this was a very bad experience dealing with this car dealer.
