Review on the service dept and service advisor. Upon arrival the service advisor I was assigned to…read moreIman Azimi had me go into the lobby while he looked at the car and even opens the hood, after a few minutes he calls me back to look at the car and shows me the engine area with the hood open, he points at what looks like very recent markings on the engine cover and says they are from a rodent or some type of critter crawling around the engine bay and suggests a $190 rodent repellent service. The markings he was pointing had clearly been done by him as if looks he just grazed the surface with his finger tips. That is why he had me walk away and wait for him while he opened the hood and touched the dusty engine cover. There was no real signs of rodent damage. Of course I declined the service but a service advisor faking "evidence" of rodent damage to sell an overpriced and unnecessary service is extremely scammy and deplorable on both him and the dealership. It's a disgrace to Weir Canyon Honda that their service advisor resorts to pedaling their services with fraudulent evidence. I've been going here for a couple of years already. We bought our Honda somewhere else but have been going here since it's closer and up to recently the service has usually been good. I'll make sure to make the public especially elderly or owners less knowledgeable about cars aware of this disgraceful scam.

When I first started looking for a new car online, JM was the one salesperson who really engaged…read morewith me and stayed committed from the very first message. I was very specific about exactly what I wanted, and I had a lot of questions before I was ready to visit a dealership. I contacted several dealerships, and most seemed primarily interested in getting me onto the lot rather than actually providing the information I was asking for online. We all know that once you're at the dealership, it can be easy to feel pressured or steered toward something that may not be exactly what you were looking for. JM was completely different. He treated me as though I were standing right there in the dealership. He answered my questions, researched what I needed, stayed responsive, and never made me feel like I was wasting his time simply because we were communicating remotely. Most importantly, there was never any pressure. JM made the entire experience comfortable and easy, and after dealing with several other dealerships, nobody provided the level of service he did. Ultimately, JM is the reason we chose to purchase our new Camry from Toyota of Orange. The one area where I think the dealership itself could improve is the financing and checkout process. We arrived around 7:30 PM to complete the purchase, so the late hour may have contributed, but the process took considerably longer than what I've experienced with previous vehicle purchases. That said, I would not take a star away from JM for something that wasn't within his control. This five-star review is about the service he personally provided, and he absolutely earned it. Super pleased with Fullerton Ford, especially their service department! I was having transmission…read moreissues in my F-150. Before coming into Fullerton, I had originally taken my truck to another Ford dealer in the area, in which my truck sat there for a week, not even pulled into the shop, undiagnosed, and fully un-communicated with by the service advisor. Which was super frustrating being out a vehicle for this amount of time. I ended up picking the truck up and taking it over to Fullerton, which was a great decision! At Fullerton, I got in touch with Cesar, who took excellent care of me and my truck. He was super communicative, and productive on getting my transmission issues fixed under warranty and was even able to get me a rental car while my truck was getting wrenched on. I do want to note too, the whole service team was great, when Cesar was gone or out for lunch they all picked up his work and made sure I was taken care of. Hopefully I don't find myself back in the service department anytime soon, but if I do, I'm 100% bringing the vehicles to Fullerton over any Ford service dept in SoCal. Might even find myself in the sales department later on down the road!

Buyer beware. I believe the sales manager's name was Mark -- a heavy-set Latino gentleman who…read morehandled the price negotiations. On Friday, February 28, at around 7:00 PM, I went in to purchase a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport that was advertised for $38,060 (see photo). During negotiations, Mark insisted I had to purchase paint protection, LoJack, and several other add-ons totaling nearly $7,000. I declined multiple times, but he claimed the items were already included in the price -- something I later confirmed is not legal to force on a buyer. He refused to move from a price of about $45,000, despite the vehicle being listed around $38,000. I ultimately walked away. After leaving and doing some quick research, I returned to the dealership and informed him that mandatory add-ons are not allowed. At that point, he changed his story, saying the products were already installed on the vehicle, then provided yet another price including LoJack, claiming it was already in the car -- which did not appear to be true. In my opinion, this felt extremely dishonest and misleading, and the entire experience came across as very shady. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle here to carefully review pricing and question any forced add-ons.
