I went in twice and the first sales person was very nice and helpful but Angel ended up following up with me as he was who I first inquired with - he was extremely transparent, easy to work with, and helped me get a vehicle I loved and stay within my budget. I've only ever driven used vehicles and did not think I would be able to never afford something this beautiful! When I came in there were no surprises with the pricing, Angel and the financing staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Not having to worry if my car is going to start or not in the morning is an answered prayer, I'm soooo happy I found a helpful Honda dealer and I got this beautiful reliable car, thank you Angel!! We were looking for a Honda Odyssey van, and we scoured the internet for the best deal. We saw 3 in the OC and LA area, were from SD and would make the drive out if it was worth it. We saw Weir's pricing, put a quote request online and Hooman called us to discuss. We told him we need to know the price out the door and not the bullsh*t other dealerships add on. We've bought a CRV in the last few years, and we know what MSRP is, then the dealership adds on their "protection package" which comes with a extra cost of $2-$3k. Hooman made sure he's going to sell us the car at the price that it shows online. We went and it took a total of 2 hours (versus the normal 4-6 hours). There was some negotiation as we had a trade in and the alarm system, but we liked that he was able to meet us half way. He was a busy man. It was a good buying experience from the Norm Reeves in Vista, CA. There was some yelling at Norm Reeves but not here at Weir. Eli did our paperwork and it was super fast! Friendly guy. Very smooth experience. They have a play area for your kids too. Overall, it was good. We'll drive the extra mile if we decide to buy another Honda!

My husband and I bought a brand new 2025 white Honda Civic Type R from Tamir (salesperson) and John (sales manager). We are regular people, never imagining that we would ever buy a showroom car. It has been my husband's lifelong dream to own this car. To be honest, I'm not very trustworthy of others and I even question if a salesperson's kindness is a tactic. However, I felt Tamir and John were both genuine in our sale, knowing what a car like this would mean to regular hardworking people like us. They made us feel comfortable and I believe gave us a really good deal. We have no regrets in our purchase. I would definitely recommend Weir Canyon based on our experience and to ask for Tamir and John !

Was in the market to buy a new or used car, couldn't really decide until I could see the car in person. Looked around at a few dealerships and made some appointments. Called Weir Canyon Honda and spoke with Mac and made an appointment to look at a specific car the next day at 9 AM. Arrived a little late - 9:15 AM, and as we arrived, Mac was pulling the freshly washed car around to their outside showroom area. Loved that it was the exact car I was looking at (I had another dealership show me a different version of what I was looking for instead of the actual car) and he introduced himself, shook hands and we were able to view the car. Mac with no pressure at all, let us look around and when we were ready to start the test drive, Mac was ready and off we went. The car was great! 2025 Honda Pilot TrailSport in white is what we were looking at. When we arrived back at the dealership, there were water bottles already at Mac's workspace for my husband and I which was a nice touch. Mac went through the pricing and we were able to haggle a bit and got the best deal for us and exactly what we were looking for. Next we went to finance and met with Eli. Eli shook our hands, introduced himself and was very pleasant, down to earth and spoke slowly and clearly so I could understand everything he was saying. I even asked clarifying questions and Eli was great and explained everything perfectly. We signed everything, and had such a pleasant conversation with Eli about family, life, and just talking like we've been friends before. Everything was so seamless, effortless, and they really do care about you. I had such an awesome experience and I haven't bought a car in about 11 years so it has been awhile and didn't know what to expect, but Mac and Eli were awesome. I ask a ton of questions and really try to test their knowledge about the car and Mac and Eli both were put to the test with me and passed with flying colors! I am riding in style in my 2025 TrailSport! Thank you Weir Canyon Honda!

I came to Pep Boys for a simple tire installation on my 2025 Honda Pilot Trailsport -- tires I had…read morepurchased through Tire Rack and shipped directly to this location. What followed was one of the worst consumer experiences of my life, involving an unnecessary $2,247 repair, discarded property, and damage to my vehicle that required a Honda dealership to diagnose and document. My vehicle drove flawlessly for hundreds of miles before Pep Boys ever touched it. During the tire installation, they informed me my wheel hub was damaged and needed replacement. I was under time pressure with a camping trip the following weekend, so I trusted them. They told me they would source OEM parts directly from Honda. The total? $2,247. What I got instead: 1. MY TIRES WERE DISCARDED WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I had planned to sell them -- they had significant tread life remaining. Pep Boys threw them away and told me it was too late to recover them. That is not their property to dispose of. 2. THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO ME DAMAGED. When I picked up my car, the dash was lit up with multiple warning lights and error messages. I could not change drive modes, AWD was non-functional, and I could not even open the power tailgate. When I raised this with Pep Boys, their explanation was that the car was behaving as if it had been in a collision. That is not an explanation -- that is deflection. 3. HONDA CONFIRMED THE DAMAGE AND THE DECEPTION. I took the vehicle to the Honda dealership, where an inspection revealed the hub replacement had been performed with poor workmanship and -- critically -- non-OEM parts. Pep Boys explicitly told me they were sourcing parts from Honda. That was not true. I came in for a tire mount and balance. I left $2,247 poorer, without my tires, and with a damaged vehicle that required dealer intervention to assess. I have never been such a clear-cut victim of incompetence, dishonesty, and disregard for a customer's property and safety. I am formally requesting that Pep Boys corporate review this case in full. I have documentation from the Honda dealership confirming the findings above. This is not a complaint about a bad experience -- this is a complaint about conduct that caused real financial harm and left my family driving an unsafe vehicle.
