I stopped by the AutoZone location recently and had a really smooth experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and got me exactly what I needed without any hassle. It was quick, easy, and they clearly knew what they were doing. Honestly, it's the kind of place where you can walk in, get the job done, and be back on the road in no time. Great customer service and a straightforward experience. Five stars. read more

I had a A/C refill can that said if it was brought back empty, AutoZone would give the $10 deposit back. The gentleman behind the counter said he didn't know anything about it and when I pointed it out on the can he said they don't charge a deposit so he didn't know why it would say that on the can. He begrudgingly threw it away after I asked if he could toss it...and I had dropped the deposit refund. I was primarily there for a new battery so the monotone lack of effort was neither here nor there. If you aren't sure what you need, I hope you get better input and knowledge. Try to do some research before you come in to this location! read more

Average in all coming in. Energy & passion can be more but passing. Got what I need for the lights & windshield wipers. It can be better honestly. read more

AutoZone Auto Parts - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Fullerton, California

Thank you Matthew for the awesome customer service, treating my car with care and thoroughness with the blazing sun on a Sunday afternoon!

I've shopped AutoZone for years, I don't think I have ever seen the staff including manager stand around just having personal conversations. Not one team member seemed to care a bit about the customers. When I asked where certain things were, the young lady asked me three times "what?" then why are the boys chimed in and told me the aisle? No one offers any assistance to look for help find or to assist in parking lot there's not much customer service here it just surprising. read more

No one at the register to help me plus Parts are a mess and they have their stuff priced incorrectly when I asked to talk to a manager they just kept sending the cashier back out to keep talking to me. They couldn't even talk to me themselves ??? Didn't honor their mess up on the pricing either. Couldn't help me look up nearby stores for the part I wanted this place needs new management worse experience at an AutoZone ever and I've been to a lot read more

Lehel was such an amazing support. He really went above and beyond for us to make sure my wife's battery worked and was connected properly (thanks to a faulty install by a roadside repair technician) read more

I walked into the store and the gentleman at the front desk had no interest in helping me. I asked him if he could help me find a spray. I was a familiar with and he pointed me to the wrong aisle. I asked him if there was somebody else that could help and he said he was in the bathroom. I asked if he could point him my direction whenever he was done after about 20 minutes I found the item I was looking for the other gentleman had came out and never came my way. I also saw two other customers not being held. This is the first time I walk into an AutoZone and I find employees that are not helpful at all. read more

Always great assistance at this location! I so appreciate it. From windshield wipers to car parts and windshield trim glue/adhesive, they have it all. My older car and slightly newer car need a little TLC every now and then and they always have what just what I need at an affordable price. Quick, friendly service too. read more

Alexis needs to do his job better. I went in to get some brake pads and rotors and they were the wrong parts. This is the second time this gentleman has given me wrong information. Also, every time I go in, he has this face that he hates life and never greets his customers. Anytime I ask a question he either smirks or responds back in a belittling tone. He needs better customer service and needs to work on getting his information right. I don't see how he is store manager. He ain't Autozoner worthy. read more

I got what I needed, the manager behind the counter was very helpful and he even helped me install my battery.

Came here just now, doors are closed, I see the employees look at me and kept the doors closed. The service is usually good but the hours maybe have changed because I am parked in front at 9:30pm and doors are locked already. Please update the hours if it's no longer 10pm read more

I had some concerns, but I appreciate that Autozone helped me to resolve my issue and answer my questions.

The one star is for agreeing to come out to my car to check my battery. I have been to this location in the past as it is close to my home. Today I went to my Toyota dealership and was told I needed a new battery. I declined and headed to this location, where I had purchased my battery two years, two months before, and still had the receipt. I approached a young woman behind the counter if she could check my battery without having to bring it in to the store. She was not friendly and seemed somewhat put out but said that she could, though she looked around for someone else to do it. She brought her device out to my car and hooked up the clamps. She pushed buttons on the device, and after a minute or so mumbled "have to bring it inside" and walked away, never making eye contact. I waited a few minutes to see if she was coming back out, then headed back in. She was on the phone so I waited for her to be done with her call, then asked her whether I needed to bring the battery into the store. She said no, that the battery was OK and couldn't be covered by warranty. When was she going to tell me this? Contrast this with the customer service I received at the Yorba Linda, CA location, by Scott. He was pleasant, brought the device out and hooked it up. At first he, too, said I might need to take it inside, but then I could see the engine icon on the device and the evaluation started. He also had me turn on the engine. Everything checked out and I thanked Scott and left. I think that this young woman didn't know what she was doing and faked the the test, then told me something that was not true. She never had me turn on my engine. The worst customer service I've experienced in quite a while. Won't be going back to the Placentia/Fullerton location again. read more

Lynn S. I had a problem with a situation at Auto Zone in Valparaiso, Indiana I I wrote to Tommy, ( I believe he said he was a district manager) with a question about Auto Zone's policies. He called me back the next day. Tommy was extremely helpful with my situation and very polite. He asked if I could come into the store and speak with Ed who is the manager of that store. I talked with Ed he took care of the problem immediately. They both went above and beyond to help me out. I will be a dedicated customer from now on. read more

Such a great team that have there! Their manager/ boss was so legit! Super kind and had a great personality, the worker that helped me out unfortunately i forgot her name, was super kind as well, they helped me buy my stuff I needed for an oil change on a 350z and I couldn't be happier with how they helped me! I'll definitely be coming back! read more

I am not affiliated with AutoZone or any of it's Employees, so there is no conflict of interest here and I don't believe I will take this down or edit it: The store itself was okay and they had everything I needed but...the fill-in manager named Andres Gutierrez was the most rude, narcissist jerk I've ever seen in retail customer service. While I and many others were in the store, he unprofessionally bullied and yelled at another employee standing at the counter who got a "personal" call real quick then hung up on his cell phone. He yelled at him right in front of the customers and made a big scene for him to "just leave" and "I'm calling the general manager and he'll get you fired". Being a manager at an automotive shop, this is NEVER tolerable behavior on the sales floor in front of customers and never tolerable between any exchange with a peer, ever. Poor Judgement! I spoke privately with another customer outside who saw the exchange and also agreed it was poor taste. Apparently, no one in the company likes this Andres guy and they hate working with him and that he just kisses up to corporate to keep his position. Autozone get rid of this guy before he and a customer have a fight. read more

Called and it rang 15+ times before someone answered. Was put on hold for 10ish minutes before I hung up and tried again. Asked if they forgot about me when they answered explaining what had happened. No apology, just a rude "we're busy." Big yikes. I just wanted to know if they had my windshield wiper size in stock before driving down. I'll definitely give my business elsewhere or Amazon. What's the point of paying their convenience upcharge of items if you get zero customer service? read more

This review is for Darlee, sorry if I botched your name! As we were about to buy a new battery, my husband asked if she could check if our battery was purchased here and was still under warranty (bad memory). Without hesitation she checked on her computer and saw that thankfully our battery was under warranty. She was informative and able to resolve our issue swiftly and professionally. Thank you again for your great customer service!! read more

Engine light went on so I stopped in for a FREE check and Nolan said he could not come out to do it but I could do it myself? I told him I was going to go to O'Reilly because they always treat me well and he told me "I should do that!" When I went back inside to ask him his name both he and the other gentleman working were doing absolutely nothing! Second strike at this location...I WILL NOT BE BACK read more

This is the closest Autozone to me. I've been here a few times. Every time I come in I feel like the staff does not want to help anyone. They chat with themselves or on the phone either with customers which is fine but at least acknowledge me waiting. Most recently the guy just waved me off even though he wasn't doing anything. Who is training this staff here. The time before the girl was very impatient as I wanted to buy the correct part. I ended up buying from Amazon. This is really a poor excuse for customer service. Hire people and train them. Not a bunch of high school or college kids who doesn't give a rats ass about working there. I want to add the last time someone eventually did help me....... read more

This is the closest Autozone near my house and I initially came here to purchase rotors and brake pads for my car. I was hoping I'd run into Jesse who had helped me before. Unfortunately Jesse was not there, but I was willing to give the guys there a chance. After figuring out what parts I needed, I was about to pay and ask if I could use the $7 off coupon I recently received, but the guy who was assisting me said I could not use it and gave me a sloppy excuse why I couldn't use it. Long story short, I didn't believe him, so I left due to poor customer service and lack of attention to detail, and drove the extra miles to the Autozone in Brea and to my pleasant surprise, Jesse was there! How ironic right? I got stellar service from Jesse and I was able to use my $7 off coupon! Moral of story: Quality customer service never goes out of style. read more

I will not be back to this Autozone even if I need to I will find elsewhere to go. I went in there looking for oil and a filter for an oil change...simple enough right? Well I don't know anything about automechanics or automotive parts and I told the associate (Violet...saw her name tag) this. I told her "I don't know what I am doing" and "I don't know what to get" all she said was "the oils are in the back and grab 020" ok, once again Idk what I'm taking and grab 0W20 and she said No! 020! Well shit I dont know. It would have been nice if she had walked back there and showed me which one to get but she was too busy talking to her coworker and mind you there was only 2 other persons in there. I didn't even bother to ask for help with the filter. I facetimed my brother and googled the information. Working in customer service most of my life, I have always been trained to go above and beyond for customers as well as paying attention to how you make people feel as THAT is what they remember the most. Violet was condescending and made me feel dumb. I know I don't know what I'm doing but there is no reason to belittle me. read more
