I just had a great visit to this kiosk. Markie was the associate who helped me and she was awesome. I called first to make sure that the screen protector I needed was in stock. She said that it was. I showed up about an hour later and she replaced it for me for 10 bucks. She also suggested I replace my ZAGG branded case... for just 5 bucks more. In under 10 minutes I was out having just spent about $15. And I had everything I needed and more. She was super friendly, kind to my children, and made the stop in hassle-free. read more

The service I've received here both times has been stellar. They're conveniently located near the Apple Store and when I've needed screen protectors for my phones, the rep easily replaces for me. I've been a Zagg customer for years and they stand by their products. Last week we got new phones and it was the end of the day. I stopped first at the Zagg kiosk indicating I wanted to buy protectors at 7:45 pm, but it was closing time and the rep wasn't sure how long I'd be. Understood. As we left the Apple Store at 8:15 pm, the security guard told us the Zagg rep was waiting for us (closing time was 8 pm). Not only did he put on new screen protectors, but an excellent protector for the camera lens (best we've ever had). That saved us an extra trip to come back for this. I have been a customer at Zag Brea Mall for a lot of years. This weekend I had a bad experience. My dad went to get his Apple Watch screen replaced and they told my dad they couldn't that he need to buy a new one. I went the next day and they told me they didn't have it in stock. I went to another Zag in Ontario Mills and there was no issue. I don't understand why they couldn't help me at the Brea Mall. read more

I have always loved Zagg's products and their warranty service. Since Covid happened and I needed to replace my screen protector through their warranty, I was told to make an appointment online. I usually go to the Cerritos location, but only a few locations were offering curbside service. Brea location was the next closest. You do have to make an appointment online. I forgot the name of the guy who helped me since I had this done over a month ago. But he was AWESOME! He convinced me to update my screen protector to their Glass Fusion, and I LOVE IT! Sometimes their installation process gets a little complicated, so I don't mind paying for them to install it professionally. This is worth the investment for my expensive phone. Ridiculous company policies in regards to warranty replacement. Online they'll charge you $10 shipping to replace a defective item less than 5 months in use under a 2 year warranty. In person they charge you $5 shipping to replace their defective product. Crappy business model. read more

Terrible service I contact them and let them know I would like a screen protector for my phone they tell me to come by for curbside service. I show up call them multiple times over the entire hour I waited in the parking lot. I leave call them again and finally talk they tell me to come to Red Robin for curbside I get there and wait another 30 minutes for someone to service my phone finally I connect with someone over the phone they send someone out to get my phone I wait an additional 30 minutes and when they return my phone the protector is slightly askew. At this point I cut my losses and leave having waited 2 hours and out $65. I could not in full faith recommend anyone use this location or service. read more

I can't say enough good things about this product, Invisible Shield by Zagg. Not only is the product a 10 out of 10, their employees are 10 out of 10 as well. I went to Brea Mall to get a warranty replacement at the reasonable price of $10.00. Rodrigo was extremely pleasant and more than accommodating. He cleaned my entire phone which hadn't been out of the case in a very long time. In this climate, during a pandemic, I certainly appreciated Rodrigo going the extra mile and cleaning my entire phone. The transaction was smooth and easy. I gave him my phone number he looked at my records and replaced the shield on the spot. Every time I've stopped by I am welcomed as if I am part of the family. Everyone should use this product on their phone. Rodrigo commented after cleaning my phone that my phone looked like it was brand new. It is currently three years old. This place isn't worth it's price tag. I paid out $40 dollars to cover my cell phone with their Invisible Shield about six months ago. I've been back almost a half a dozen times to have it replaced because it gets sticky/peels up. I've only ever had a problem with the back cover. The screen cover doesn't seem to have an issue. However, after the initial two weeks, they charge 10 dollars to replace the faulty material-despite the fact that they give a lifetime warranty? As I said, the cover is the only one that doesn't peel off, but it protects just as well as the one that came from my phone company. read more
