You can see touch and feel their products so that you can be sure that they will work for you. Such high-quality products it's amazing. I'm a quadriplegic and I sometimes drop my phone and it's no worse for the wear. I've even rolled it over with my wheelchair and it still looks beautiful. I was told that first responders are their biggest fans. A couple times when I was here, I saw firefighters and paramedics. As I'm sitting here writing this in front of the shop, a fire truck just pulled up and four firefighters jumped out. There ring is quite possibly the best part of this case. Other rings I have purchased just end up flopping around after a couple uses. This one is so rigid and doesn't give away at all. I cannot recommend more highly about their products. I used a Rokform case for my iphone 13 Pro max for several years. It was great at the gym and wherever I needed a magnet, it was strong and never let me down. I drop my phone fairly regularly and even with big falls the case never let me down, I recently upgraded to an iphone 16 Pro Max. I had been getting ads for MagBak cases for some time and decided to try them out since its a bit sleeker design. I Saw Rokform has the new slim model, but i can't stand clear back cases and Magbak had all black so forked out the money for a MagBak Elite, I got the case in and put it and the included screen protector on and went to the gym, I stuck the magnets to a piece of FLAT steel and on my first set, a small shake on the bench made the phone drop off the metal and cracked the screen from a 3' fall!! Their customer support was total shit, while they did offer a refund, i have lost full faith in the company that won't stand behind their product and that touts themselves as the best magnetic back case.... honestly my $13 Anker case is better quality than MagBak Elite. The magnets, "kickstand" and "fingerloop" are total trash and can't support the iphone 16 pro max at all either. Anyways, I ordered and got in my Rockform case and feel such a sense of relief being back with your company and a truly durable case with a strong set of magnets.
